Just take the above of Lotuschef, when obviously in Cultivation, Transformation takes place.
Therefore, you see a much "younger" version of Lotuschef,with rosy cheeks and hue or aura.

I remember advising fellow students to take a photo before cultivation and then one after cultivation.
COMPARE!
If you find very obvious differences, and you look younger and shinier in cultivation, then Congratulations, you can somehow Transform or able to draw light energy through your body.
If you look younger and shinier all the time as compared to the past, thats even better!
