The main ingredients:-
Cultivation of Boddhicitta; Viusalization; Purification.
Visualisation in daily cultivation is an essential for advancement in Tantrayana.
Most skipped over this during cultivation; or do not allot enough time and effort to instil it into cultivation and daily activities.
For example:-
One can visualize delivering the souls of those living beings like fowls; cows; pigs...when we see them at the markets. One can help them take refuge and then do the deliverance with visualization and chanting relevant mantra and corresponding mudra if possible.
In this act, One actually practices Boddhicitta as well!
As you become more proficient at visualization, you have actually the ability to Astral Projection.
Using Mind (Visualization); Will (Heart); adding Qi (Wind energy); you can eventually merge with any chosen Divinities at will and also merge into the Universal void.
