In the above, I shared a visualization of transforming all sentient beings into Padmakumara. It happen sometimes in March 2009 about 7 months after I took refuge with True Buddha School and before ordination as lama.
It all comes from the 4-immeasurable visualization.
This is Boddhicitta of sharing one's cultivation and knowledge with all sentient beings.
Guru commented that this is Mahayana mindset and can attain Buddhahood.
A fellow student chose to follow another who told him that he has to dedicate merits of cultivation to himself first and when he is alright then he can dedicate to all sentient beings.
If you have similar mindset then I humbly advice you to re-think the purpose of Guru's 4-immeasurable visualization; vows; verse....
What is the purpose of Guru teaching you these?

I would also like to ask, when do you think you will be ready to dedicate to all sentient beings?
This student came with very dark aura and after about 3 cultivation sessions, the darkness receded about 80%. It is sad that he is influenced by someone that cause him to drop out of attending cultivation with Pure Karma.
However, I sincerely hope he continues to cultivate diligently and keep his promise to dedicate merits to his karmic negatives at least.
In Tantrayana, you cultivate from the Mindset that YOU are already a Buddha!
You research the characteristics of Buddha and cultivating accordingly.
When You put Self in front of others, you have a hard time to DROP SELF!
Think of who can help you rid 80% of your darkness in 3 sessions?
Only Living Buddha Lian Sheng, your Root Guru, can do so, when you show sincere intent to repent!
Sentient beings' Attachment and Fixation often leads them astrayed.
