In this session held on 7-1-2012, we chanted High King Avalokitesvara Sutra x 7 times; True Buddha Sutra x 3times; 100-syllable mantra x 108 times....
Why are we all wearing ceremonial robes and drapes?
Hahaha!
Before the session I explained why and how to overcome the Hindrance of Heat brought about by donning the robes and drapes!
Look closely, most are cultivation happily and "coolly" too!
I decided to put up a form of hindrance for this session and seems all did quite well!
To be able to meditate, One has to overcome external factors which cause discomfort and One is distracted.
To all attendees, did you all have fun?
