2-1-2012 Timing?

Fashi, someone told me burning lotus n incense paper to those karmic negatives n spirits must be after 3pm cos their timing is different fm ours. 


Is it true? 


I dun quite believe but I'm curious to know the answer.

    Per GM's procedures in smoke offering practice for karmic negatives is from 5pm to 9pm.This would mean its the most effective time.
