Oh ya, yesterday my stomach very bloated & painful bcoz the fibroid on my uterus (i don't wanna take surgery,just taking chinese herbs). So i chant high king avalokitesvara (trying to visualization the mandala in my heart, the best i can) - then the bloating & pain reduced slowly. Feel much better after 21x! And, can i get the vajrasattva repentance liturgy?for the proper visualization

With Uterine Fibroid, u can actually use Jin-mu's healing method or Guru's mantra!
Chanting Gao wang is very good for negative karma as well.
As long as the tumor is benign n not causing you great discomfort, it is up to you about choice of surgery or not.
However, remember to go for regular checkups to ensure you are ok.
I don't think you need the Vajrasattva Repentance liturgy as more will only confuse you.
The high king visualization that I shared on line is more than enough.
That is actually higher tantra already just like the one that I shared in Seattle during my maiden dharma speech.
Just stay cool calm n clear minded and shout or yell for guru when in need. Of course you must be goody good n cultivate regularly n also chant lots of Guru mantra to dedicate to all sentient beings
U can chant guru mantra or jinmu's if you have abhiseka already, n visualize guru or jinmu reaching a hand into your abdomen, shine light on the tumor to shrink it and then grabbing it and draw the tumor out from you body n throw it away.
It is very simple but you must say sorry to all karmic properly and also pay debts by dedicating merits to them or incense n etc to them.
Like the Karmic packs you did for your late brother.
Remember the most important is your sincere apologies and willingness to repay karmic debts. chant lots of guru mantra or high king or which ever u like and dedicate to all sentient beings, wishing them well and happy and at ease.
It is simple with a sincere heart!

A lady that didn't take refuge has uterine fibroids too. A shijie, her neighbor taught her how to chant High King Sutra and dedicate the merits. I also suggest she helps us fold lotuses with Usnisa Vajaya Dharani printed incense paper. Her Uterine ones improves tremendously but now secondaries in the breast. She just has to continue medical treatment and do dedication at the same time.
[These incense has the Dharani and as per the sutra, contact also will get karmic negatives cleanse. Also advised to chant Amituofo when she is folding, because one of Usnisa Vijaya's right hand is holding an Amitabha Buddha.]
