I said: You are the only one that knows your own case well or thoroughly. You just sit down, and invoke Guru's presence; form mudra, visualize Guru in front of you and smiling at you. Say what you want to say or ask what you want to ask. Finished up by chanting Guru's mantra at least 1080 times.
Then wait patiently for direction from Guru on what path to take or what method to employ to solve your problems.
Of course, you need to be diligent in cultivation, you cannot need help then chant Guru's mantra!
Also you need to listen attentively to Guru's Dharma sharings, and do not do what Guru did not ask you to.
