JunHao Fashi, can we also do this Samadhi in
any sadhana? Main hand mudra of all Buddha, the first mudra during Da Li Bai
yaa? Is there any pic of Tibetan "Za" seed syllable? How to end the Samadhi,
i mean the visualization? Thankz ya
Francesca Poon Faith dear, please go dig online for the seed syllable.
This Samadhi u can do all the time. However Remember that there is Impermanence,
therefore scenario in Samadhi varies as well. Do not get fixated to any Form.
You return to Earth of course. Hehe! But the feeling is too shiok for u to want
to return. Cheers

mudra? i usually not really enjoy doing Samadhi at the end of cultivation because
my legs get numb, have bought meditation seat pillow but still have the same
problem
Francesca Poon If for za hom ban huo - needs empowerment from Guru. For Samadhi
can form the General Buddha mudra, both hands like amitabha's mudra but thumbs
meet n not form O individually.

Poon to be able to enter Samadhi easily, u
have to seat upright maintain a straight "central channel", u can
stretch out your legs n no need to cross them. Just make yourself comfortable
enough to almost sleep. Hahaha! It is most importance to allow your lungs to
expand and breathe easily too. Following the steps thru with visualization, u
can easily enter Samadhi. Cheers n happy cultivating

do not add anything to prolong the prelude before Samadhi. u can add more after
Francesca Poon the trick is to concentrate on one visualization at a time
n u eliminates other thoughts. Another importance point is you breathe slow n
regulate rhythm, almost like going to sleep. if u come to Singapore, come join

Poon that evening in seremban, Malaysia, a
shijie told me her legs not numb or cramp at all even though she crossed them
throughout the session. it was a long session as we chant 100-syllable mantra
108 times n I also explained visualization throughout in Chinese n English.
Hahaha!
The Main trick is to enter Samadhi n you don't feel anything/ discomfort
at all. You "Drop" self!!! Cheers, have a nice day

Lotus Nino: Btw, I've been practicing yoga sport for about 2 years only to realize that the sitting straight, as per your reply to Faith Junhao, did help me to avoid my leg from getting numb hahahaha. Thanks for reminding me, it helps a lot especially upon entering the core stage.
