He is my elder brother & I ever wrote to USA to 'guiyi' him before.

However, he couldn't chant '四归依‘ mantra at home & i was told that this is not effective (he is a 弱智 person)

hi dear, even the deceased can guiyi n during live animal release we also help the animals to guiyi, u can help him do the same. chant on his behalf n visualize he is doing so beside you. 
those in coma also can guiyi, don't listen to those that have no idea that Gm is a LIVING BUDDHA!
