Fixation - Impermanence

19-2-2012 Fixation - Impermanence

GM shares the Mirror method of visualization yet again yesterday.

As per GM, you place the Principal’s picture on top of a mirror in front of you, you memorized the Principal’s features and cultivate till the Principal and you merges and the reflection in the mirror is the Principal and not you.

Hahaha! GM said it is not so easy to attain yoga this way.

Today, student told me that the Mirror method I shared with her works for her.

I shared this recently…

You place the picture of thePrincipal you want to cultivate for that session in front of you and stare at it when you are suppose to visualize transformation into the chosen Principal. Assuming the picture is a mirror and you are looking at your own reflection.

This is only good for making you concentrate when you can’t visualize the Principal clearly yet.

Eventually, you have to do it the way GM taught us.

GM also said you can yoga in many other ways.

Don’t stay on the picture too long though as you have to drop forms and proceed to transformation into light and eventually merging into the Universal void.

GM conferred titles to certain students making them Vajra-masters, Dharma Lecturers, Dharma teachers,Dharma teaching Assistants.....

A gentle reminder to all,Nothing is Constant, be prepare for changes all the time.

The titles were conferred in good faith for some achievements.

However, GM’s Sword of theYogi, revealed to us that many of these people have gone astray or corrupted.

Nothing is Permanent.

One has to be diligent all the time where cultivation is concern.

My point is GM would prefer that each of us cultivate diligently with what he has shared with us and still sharing constantly.

Each and every one of us is a potential Buddha.

J … The path to Buddhahood is filled with hindrances and no one gets through without diligent efforts and faith in our Root Guru.

Someone asked why I did not attend Dharma talk sessions by some masters, who is alleged to be very wise.

Who can ensure or guarantee that these masters maintained their initial properties whereby titles were conferred?

Who can be better than GM, our Root Guru?

Who can simplify Hard facts for us all to understand?

As a 3-year old in TBS, I have much to learn from GM through his video speeches or writings.

I believe that spending time listening to someone using “big” terms to share Dharma is a luxury that I can’t afford time for.

At the same time, the speeches are hard to digest too.

Why create suffering for self to sit through something that will only make us feel ignorant and lacking, because we don’t have time to go research and learn them?

I mean the "big" terms.

Buddha teaches us all to leave sufferings behind and be happy.

Of course the choice is ours to make!

I would vote for listening to GM repeatedly rather than waste time in traveling; waiting and listening to something which GM has already explained very clearly.

Dear readers, do you agree with me? J
