Currently the house is rented out, what  can I do to ensure that the Hse n tenants are 平安 besides guiyi the earth diety?

[If my kin that have already taken refuge with True Buddha School dropped into Hungry Ghost realms, then which is the fastest way to bardo deliver them?]

Of course we believe 100% in GM, but every fahui we 超度 [Bardo deliver] for them already, y they still in 饿鬼道 [Hugnry Ghost Realm]？
