Lotuschef - The Chef.



Home away from Home!

This is a pretty healthy and sumptuous meal that I cooked up.

Ingredients:-

Marrow; Carrots; Tofu (Bean Curd); Lean pork; Chicken fillet;

Taro powder (this is extremely saltish when taken as a drink, which is what the manufacturer recommends. However, the fragrance of the Taro is too much to resist, therefore I added about a tablespoon to the soup in place of salt.)

The Rice Vermicelli is a very special kind and it retains its fine texture after cooking and it becomes transparent too. Unlike some that becomes opaque white after cooking.

There is one produce in Xin zhu which are truly the best I have tasted and good for frying.

Viola!!!

The finished product ready to be served!!!

Yummy!!!

I am going to dig in now.
