Chanting gao wang is very good but u have to be at ease n comfortable. just close your eyes n enjoy the peace n comfort this sutra will bring you

now the visualization:-

you visualize guanyin pusa =avalokitesvara sitting on a lotus throne in front of you. 

as u chant, u imagine her mouth is moving n the sound of the sutra comes from her mouth into both your ears and thru the central channel down to your heart chakra

as this sound waves touches your heart chakra, an 8-petal off white (pearl) colored lotus open and guanyin pusa sits in the centre of this lotus. 

as you chant, the buddhas n boddhisattvas start to sit down all around guanyin pusa in circles for Buddhas n squares (outer formation) for Boddhisattvas. visualize as small dots of white lights. 

the formation is the same as Borobudur n I posted into my blog early this year around end of Feb to early march. go take a look.

with all divinities in the sutra sitting upon the lotus in your heart chakra, it is transform into a Mandala like the Borobudur.

As you repeat chanting, you can stop visualizing guanyin in front of you. All of them sitting within you on your heart chakra. 

As you continue on n on reciting their names n they radiate light all around, you light up from within n all your darkness disappear very fast.

the main point to note is that all sentient beings are merge with you as ONE. so when u attain buddhahood, they also arrive with you. 
This comes from the beginning of Sadhana where u do 4 immeasurable visualization, putting all sentient beings with you in cultivation. after getting light blessings from guru, they and you transform into light bodies n all merge as one. 

There is no longer any differentiation of who is who. therefore you do not have parents, friends, enemies n etc

[As u progress, you can enlarge your heart chakra until it fills the universe n you merge with the universe or so call disappeared into the universal void.]

This part I have yet to share with singapore students. I have shared the first 2 variation with them.

Hahaha. Steven, this is yet another I wanted to share with you all during cultivation. 

There are more where you can do healing when you merge with guanyin pusa n etc. 

first practice what I have shared n we shall see whether the affinity to share the healing visualization materialise or not.

Most medium can't do much if someone of higher power cast black magic on you. 
Let me know any master tried to heal you or bless you n then you start to feel unwell.

At the start of your cultivation, please invoke Gm n tell him to help you please. 

then chant his mantra at least 7 times.

tell him you want to chant & dedicate to all sentient beings n may all be healthy n happy

Drop self then u can cleanse yourself faster. 

Remember you don't exist anymore after u do the 4 immeasurable visualization at the start

u n all beings are ONE already.
