This is my personal viewpoints & readers may choose to differ.
In Tantrayana, it is common that the Guru teaches each student how to yoga with ONE DEITY only.
As the days passed, most of the knowledge got lost along the way on how to yoga with other deities.
GM said when you can yoga with one then you can easily yoga with any other you choose provided you have the relevant empowerment from your Root Guru.
Problem here is that not all Root Guru have the same experience & cultivation history as GM, they themselves might not even have YOGA with any Deity at all but is a self-proclaimed Dharma King or Rinpoche or etc.
The recent Dharma King Test sparked some curiosity & I went to "investigate". Haha! Just being nosy!
I read there are lots of certification from various Buddhist leaders & etc for someone claiming to be the Highest Buddha!!!
These certification & their originators bears looking into closely.
I have come across many that claims they are Dharma Leaders & they asked hefty prices for their services.
Then they disappeared for 3-6months to purge the Negatives they absorbed.
However, with each absorption, there are unpurgables which become "poisonous" residues. As these accumulate, these leaders get sickly & weaken rapidly. As they looses Power, what they did previously all void & the negatives returned in full force exacting higher penalties of the persons concerned.
I know of one that went into hospital for severe bleeding from gastric ulcers. Then his lungs failed & etc.
Another gets darker & darker & his predictions very very inaccurate.
Another has a very sorrowful expression all the time claiming he is constantly taking on negatives for sentient beings.
My brother sponsors many of these so called Dharma kings & etc. Giving me some insight into how some of them operates & their resulting karma.
HOW DO ONE CERTIFY SOMEONE HAS A CERTAIN ABILITY WHEN ONE DON'T EVEN KNOW OR HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THAT PARTICULAR FEAT?
LOOK AT THE SUBJECT "OBJECTIVELY" WITH THE 8-FOLD PATHS?
If what Sakyamuni & other Buddhas & etc did not share the full amount of know-how during his sentient-stink here, who's to know?
If what was already shared is not good enough or incomplete, then all the existing Dharma Kings or leaders are not good enough & also their knowledge & cultivation also incomplete!
When one truly understands how the Universe "operates", one would never claimed to be the highest or bother about certification of his identity in the sentient realm at all!
More over, how can one pronounced others' knowledge as incomplete & then claimed they are qualified enough to certify his claims of being the supreme one?
Isn't it like A telling B that his Dad is not home by saying: My dad tells me to tell you he is not at home!
Haha!
Now the other aspect: Human factor!
To maintain their self proclaimed status of Dharma King/leader, they pretend to know what you are demonstrating & signed on the certification document!
Their teachers don't have complete knowledge & their teachers' teachers & so on all didn't have the Complete Knowledge. Best act intelligent!
Pray tell how can one give the Truth or alleged to Knowledge they weren't taught or have any inkling what goes???
Controversial to the extreme???
Lots of teachers with-held knowledge as they want to maintain their Supremacy over their students. This is another channel when knowledge disappeared with their death. Getting lesser & lesser!
That was logic talking!
Let's be "illogical" now!
Have a good & thorough look at the claimant of being the Highest Buddha or certified to be one?
Also look deep & long at those that supposedly did the certification or affirmation please.
Haha! have fun!
I remember advising in this blogspot that if anyone scare you or turn you off when you look deep & long :-RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
Just some areas to look at : The eyes, general aura, facial manifestation - expression/wrinkles placements/size of mouth/....., bone structure, gait & place this person inside a lotus & see what goes.
The only Buddha you need to heed is yourself!
Ignore those that try to control & direct your life as well. A yogi cultivate to ultimately control his own life & death, not let others have that control.
