Please note the requirements for successful cultivation is one is able to yoga with the chosen Principal Deity or Divinity and Root Guru's presence is compulsory.
Many think that the 4 Preliminaries Practice is for beginners despite Guru's statement to the contrary.
Guru said the 4 Preliminaries Practice is the basic and also the Ultimate.
One that is truly well versed in the 4 Preliminaries Practice will be able to substitute everything he/she does into the Sadhana.
Remember Guru said everything we do is Dharma?
