7 support being the top of the head, both shoulders, both hands forming mudra facing upwards as in picture and both feet with sole facing upwards too.
Sit up straight to straighten the spine as much as possible too.
This is the Lotus Pose as per Guru.
Notice the Vital system of Left; Right and Central channels too.
At the same time, One visualize self as translucent and only outline and the channels remained.
Hahaha! Yes! One "hollows" out as above!
