No need to object to WW for being in charge in XX.. because GM will arrange everything.. ^_^ just believe in GM..
GM may be have a reason why WW put in charge in XX.. so that ZZ can focus on helping all sentient beings..

Yes! There are many that participated in Pure Karma's event, that have not taken refuge with GM Lu.
When Affinity arises, refuge taking will materialise! :)
