These are result of dialogues with some individuals that I counseled.
Case one: The Boss yelled and shouted at her all the time. After less than a year, she left that company and found another that is much better in remuneration and amiable.
Case two: The Boss is always absent, thinking his absence won't be discovered by his superiors.
Staff turnover is high. The remaining has to pick up the slack left by those that resigned.
With the influx of University Graduates into the Job market, most seniors are shock constantly by the Knowledge levels of these juniors.
Human nature is such that one forms a protective shield when Danger is perceived! :)
Or they retaliate!
Well, don't take my word for it, try talking to some of our fresh graduates from different fields, it is truly very "enlightening" to chat with them.
Of course you must have an open mind. :)
Some of our juniors are truly very creative and innovative and they often shocked their bosses into Plan A - Show Control / Power - Suppression of these juniors.
Plan B - Elimination - Making life so miserable for the juniors that they resign of their own accord.
Plan C - Withdrawal - Minimised Contacts or Group Discussion or Brainstorming Session.
Hahaha!
