One good news to share :
There were these 2 units I have been marketing for awhile but cannot be sold. Especially the hdb unit,
gotten 2 offers but in the end buyers always back out..
Yesterday it suddenly came across my mind to use your new label to dedicate to each unit per lotus with one set of incense paper each.
Tonight I have 2 viewings for the hdb unit.
Both groups of buyers all very keen.
Eventually closed with one of the group. Paperwork all done J
Now just waiting for the other Penthouse unit to be sold..
