Red beans and rice 红豆与米饭

Porridge - rice, unpolished rice, red beans, scallops, cuttlefish, dry prawns, mushroom, chinese yam, lotus seed halves, rock salt, olive oil, ....
Serve with - water cress
粥 - 白米,糙米,红豆,干贝,鱿鱼干,虾米,冬菇,淮山,湘莲,矿盐, 橄榄油。。。

I have just discover that Red beans and rice is a popular dish in many places all over the world! :)
