Red beans and rice 红豆与米饭

Porridge - rice, unpolished rice, red beans, scallops, cuttlefish, dry prawns, mushroom, chinese yam, lotus seed halves, rock salt, olive oil, ....
Serve with - water cress
粥 - 白米,糙米,红豆,干贝,鱿鱼干,虾米,冬菇,淮山,湘莲,矿盐, 橄榄油。。。
配-西洋菜

I have just discover that Red beans and rice is a popular dish in many places all over the world! :)

* Red beans and rice is an emblematic dish of Louisiana Creole cuisine traditionally made on Mondays with red beans, vegetables, spices and pork bones as left over from Sunday dinner, cooked together slowly in a pot and served over rice.
