25-1-2014 SZ's Speech [3] - Bright Light Method 明光法

i need to walk around to wake up!

AA: :)  the first method of mingguangfa, does it have to use amitabha buddha as the yidam emitting red light? or can we use GM instead with white Hom in the throat?


LC: I don't know lol
but our throat has the AH seed syllable
that of amitabha

I just chant guru mantra and radiate light outwards n sleep in bright light like I am the Sun
just do what u can or feel good about



AA: i was thinking the same

LC: and I use HOM or SZ in my heart chakra

variation also must have some basic dharma knowledge n fundamental facotrs like seed syllable n yidam matching

the transform into dorje and etc. I find them too complicated

the "lung yang kang" of burning up also lazy to do! hehe

so my choice is still SZ in heart chakra


AA: i think that's the simplest one to do

LC: ya. i taught all to do this one

as with cultivation, the methods are immeasurable or infinite. knowing about them is good. However, the BEST is what you are comfortabel with and CAN DO lol!

The methods that SZ shared in this session, are just some possible methods only. 
You do not need to change whatever you are doing all along, as long as what you have been and are doing is effective or has been effective all along. :)


Bright Light Methods 明光法 - enables one to sleep in midst of Bright Light.
无事无心 No worry No Heart - no matters that will worry or trouble you.
No external and also no internal matters that worry or trouble you, and you can quickly sleep.

There are physical factors and also mental factors that hinder sleep.

As a person ages, his body production of  褪黑素 Melatonin will directly affect his ability to sleep or not.

SZ said that he is lucky as even he is 70 years old now, he still the same as when he was 17, and just lie down only can sleep soundly within seconds! :)
He just cultivate Bright Light Method and off like a light, all shut down and not conscious of what's what anymore. 

1. Lie down & visualize that there is Amitabha Buddha's Seed Syllable "Xie" at the throat chakra.
Then Amitabha Buddhas radiates Red-colored light and beam onto your throat and the "Xie" syllable.
The "Xie" spin or rotate and viusalize Amitabha Buddha appears in your throat chakra and emits light to the top of your bed, forming a net. 
This net is like an umbrella shield and slowly descending to cover or engulf you.
You are sleeping in the midst of Red-colored light.

Then you chant mantra: Om Ami Tay Wa Said! 

When you sleep in this environment. nothing from outside this shield will disturb or able to affect you in sleep. You sleep fast and soundly too!

SZ said: Tantra Dharma is very Simple. Needs to see whether you are sincerely using your Heart or not. 
When you are, and concentrate, you can do the above easily! 


2. Placed the 5 Buddhas in respective chakra from the top - Vairocana - White, throat - Amitabha - Red; heart - Akshobhya or Bhaisajyaguru - Blue; umblical - Ratnasambhava - Yellow; secret/private - Amoghasiddhi - green.

You can visualize the 5 Buddhas or their Seed Syllables emitting light or the lights of their respective colors at the corresponding chakras and form an umbrella shield and you sleep within.


3. Lying down and visualize the following  with Chant 3 syllable mantra  - "Lung Yang Kang".
Lung - Great Puja/Homa Fire arises and burning you to ashes
Yang - Great wind blow away all these ashes on the your bed
Kang - Al l transformed or void.


SZ said its Ghost Presses down on the People and not Bed! :)
But commonly termed as: Ghost pressed down on Bed! 鬼压床

When Ghost presses down on you in bed, you feel suffocated and very uncomfortable, you can chant Guru's mantra silently from your heart as you can't move or speak at this time.

You can also chant your own Principle Yidam's mantra or True Buddha School's 8 major Principle Yidams mantra.

On these Bright Light Methods, SZ concluded that when you know these methods, NO ONE CAN FIND YOU OR INVADE/ATTACK YOU.


SZ continues to share - Waking up as Yidam.
Visualize that there are loss of Fairies, beautiful women residing in Heaven, shaking drums, making gorgeous Heavenly Music. They are singing too.

Therefore it is important to cultivate before sleep and upon waking.

He added that with the Bright Light Practice, you can defend self and also spread out to your family and whole house. This way, no one can steal from you while you are sleeping.

Also with 3 syllable mantra of "Lung Yang Kang", nobody can steal from you, hurt you and when you don't exist, you also don't have any illnesses anymore.


NOW THINK: 
The practice of creating a clone of yourself so as to hide away from enemies, 替身法, becomes unnecessary anymore with Bright Light Practice, agree?

If you have fallen prey to those that exacted huge sums from you for shielding you from Ghosts or Karmic Enemies, you

should realized by now, they are NOT EFFECTIVE at all!

Want to wake up and do it the way taught by SZ at this session? :)

Although the Clone method also taught by SZ, but I have already clarified that the practitioner or person attempting to do Clone method, should really have "powers" to invoke relevant Deities or Divinities.

Also this Clone method  has an Effective period of not more than ONE MONTH!

Hahaha!
