About 10years ago, mu upstairs neighbor made good the leakage problem into my apartment.
We both did Water-proofing thoroughly to his floors and my ceilings.
Less than a year after this, he sold out to a couple that return to Singapore, after migration didn't agree with them.
They started a huge round of renovation and the water seal was broken.
Water started to leak into my apartment again, all over.
They did do some minor correction but didn't completely arrest the problem of leakages.
You can see stalagmite and stalactite from my master toilet ceiling that evidenced a prolong leakage. (shown below)
The leak is bad that the ceiling lamp was never re-install at all.
See the ceiling soaked with water and marked the ceiling?
This is only the master toilet, the rest weren't spared too!
