In today's session, added True Buddha Sutra; Heart Sutra; Ksitigarbha Boddhisattva's mantra for Elimination of Fixed Karmic Negatives; Usnisa Vijaya Dharani; Gratitude to Parents mantra.

Dedication to all beings & particularly to all victims of Natural or Man-made disasters that happened recently!

I recorded this session and it completed in 45:21 minutes. :)

If you are sincere, Cultivation session with many additions only takes about 45 minutes!

Therefore, don't make excuses of being busy & no time to cultivate.
