How many of you noticed signs put up by certain temples that you light only One stick of incense?
The lady in the last photo has a whole bunch with her!
Now Greed and Misconception?
You have the mindset that the more incense you offer, the more blessing or higher chance of your wishes coming true!
Wishes! Not One Wish only! :)
There are some that didn't even pay for the incense the offer at the temple.
They think that the incense placed at certain areas of the temples are free for all.
So they light a whole bunch too!
In so doing, they think that they will be bless and their wishes all materialize as well!
I remember during one Fire puja session, many students grab incense sticks and kept offering into the fire!
Question: did you pay for any part of these?
When you light or burn incense that belong to others, you are helping them to offer only!
If you make wishes and ask for blessing, then you owe those that bought the incense!!!
Haven't you plenty of Karmic debts to pay already?
Your mindset caused you to Increase your Karmic Debts all the time!
Be the Giver & Never Never the Taker, please!
