Book 2 is entitled [Appearance of the Buddha]
Due to copyrights issues, readers have to go read the sutra on your own, then you will be able to follow what I am saying or sharing my take of this part of the sutra.
I can only find Book One that is somehow freed and stand-alone! :)
Continuing from Book 1, this chapter deals with all those beings stated in Book one and their thoughts and questions. Then how Buddha answers them with his Infinite Wisdom, Compassion and Powers.
Questions on the characteristics of the Buddha, like his abilities and knowledge and mystic powers and etc.... and their spheres, like in all ten directions throughout the comos.....
Then it described Buddha knowing what each is asking and thinking and emit light accordingly in answer!
