师尊讲禪定大手印 Guru on Mahamudra [2]

大日如來禪定
「大手印法」,最先要學「七支禪坐」,也就是「毘盧七支坐」。此「支禪坐」即是心身平衡之坐式也。這種坐法,在印度稱為「蓮花座」,在我們稱為「跏趺座」。雙足成金剛式,通常我們看到佛像,雙足交叉,腳板向天之式,所以又稱「金剛座」。
坐「蓮花座」,可以使身心完全平衡,邪念去除,且血液流動正常,令體質柔而耐苦。且用「七支禪坐」,可得根本智,得禪定,直接成佛.
這「大手印法」,並非簡單的,其下手,先從「毘盧七支坐」開始,先從調伏了身體上一切生理氣脈著手,借著「蓮花座」、「定印」、「挺胸、收下顎」、「舌抵上顎」、「目定一處」來調和身心。這五大要件先學好,基礎先打定,才能向「清淨圓明」的心法下手。要達到「無修無證」,也要先從「有修有證」來「加行」。
這「大手印法」,是完完全全實修「氣、脈、點」的方法,不是空口說白話的,要「即身成佛」,不是研究佛理而已,而是實際去行,去修練,有了真正的相應,方知我盧勝彥絕非虛言,絕絕對對不是虛言。

Vairocana Zen Meditation
To learn the 7-support pose of Vairocana Buddha for balance of mind & body. Also called Lotus Pose inIndia.
Sit in crossed legs position, both sole facing skywards, this post is also called [Vajra pose].
This one not only can achieve complete balance of mind & body; can also rid evil thoughts; enable normal blood circulation; resulting in flexible body structure to withstand hardship. Using this pose can get Root Wisdom; Zen meditation and directly attain Buddhahood.
Mahamudra is not simple, from beginning with the 7-support pose, synchronizes all of one’s body biological processes , wind and pulses, relying on the [Lotus pose]; [Set Mudra]; [Chest out, rein in lower jawTongue tip touch roof of mouth]; [Sight set at one point]. These 5 main points are the initial steps or key pointers to start to learn to build a foundation then able to go forth to [Purity and Fulfilling Brightness] .
To achieve [non cultivate, non certification], still must start from [cultivate, certification] as [Preliminaries].
This Mahamudra is completely True Cultivation of [Qi – wind energy; Pulse – channels; Dots – Bintu] method, not just empty words only. To attain Buddhahood upon this body, also not reliant on study of Buddha Dharma only. One must Truly execute and cultivate, upon attaining Yoga, then you will realized that Guru is not lying all this while.
