The above is made with the following using same technique as "Buddha jump ove the Wall", layered from the bottom of the pyrex bowl are:-
Cabbage
Chinese Mushroom (Dried)
Chinese Sausages
Mid-joint chicken wings
Ginger strips
Other ingredients:
Water
Sunflower Oil
Sesame Oil
Salt to taste
I cooked this covered, in microwave oven at High for 3:30minutes; Medium High for 8 minutes; and High for another 3:30 minutes.
It has the taste of steamed chicken and the chicken stays truly fresh and tender.
Of course, chicken goes well with ginger; mushroom; and cabbages. :)
