He seek out King of underworld and query him on this special matter.

In this present times, lots of youth is addicted to Internet cafe, computer games & once addicted do not know how to come out of it. Resulting in their being a useless person, shutting themselves away in a virtual world. As there are lots of youth like these, there is no other recourse but to Transfer to Ant Country.
Another lot of youth addicted to drugs for excitement and neglect studies, if did not commit crimes like stealing ; robbing then Transfer to Ant country.
Yet another lot addicted to Gambling, electronic gambling too, if did not commit crimes like stealing ; robbing then Transfer to Ant country.
Upon hearing these, GM felt sadden.
GM: Addiction also categorized as CRIME?
Underworld King replied: Wasted as a Human being.
GM: Why transfer to Ant Country
