1-4-2011 Dream Yoga梦瑜伽 [2]

The contents and cultivation techniques taught by TBS's Living Buddha Lian Sheng requires one to take refuge and have the relevant empowerment. Failing which, one might be stealing something as you have no authorization to do so. Stealing is motivate by one of the 3 Poisons - GREED.
To enjoy full benefits, please do the necessary. Amituofo. Lama Lotuschef.

Please re-read Dream Yoga and GM's Dream within Dream.

Please also go read all that I have share about Dreams in this blogspot.

Dream Yoga - the yogi gets to a stage when he/she is conscious of the Dream and control the Direction of the Dream.

I remember GM's Dharma Speech in Dallas 13-11-2009 at Kalachakra Event.
GM said before you go to sleep, you visualize Kalachakra from top downwards, chanting his mantra.
Then you visualize that you have YOGA with him. You go to sleep chanting his mantra.
When you wake up, you visualize Kalachakra wakes up and continue chanting mantra.
Then you get up.

What are the benefits?
Haha! I can't remember that much as I watched it almost 18months ago.
Perhaps some of you that have watch that speech can share with me and everyone too.

Anyway, you can try practicing Dream yoga with GM as the principal. This should be easier.

L told me that even if the spirits don't show for her to see, they talk to her, resulting in her being unable to sleep well.
After taking refuge with GM and cultivating, things improved.

Someone wrote & ask me why did I say that being able to see spirits is a great suffering.
Being able to hear them or feel them around you is also great suffering as most of these people are unable to get enough sleep and they tend to be sickly.
Some of them even mess up your relationship with family & friends, because they want your full attention or you did not fulfill their demands.

Haha! One benefit of Dream Yoga is that you become Gm or other Divinities during sleep and you sleep well without disturbances. So be diligent and work hard.
