If I remember, this is a place call Kochi, in India.
I visited this place about 10 years ago.
Another local attraction is the "Dutch Palace" that I mentioned previously, which contains lots of wall murals of divine beings like Buddhas, Boddisattvas, Dakinis,..... BUT no photo taking allowed inside.
