南乳素食 Red Fermented Bean Cubes Vegetarian Cuisine

Above & below: Slow fire frying red fermented bean cubes till crisp & fragrant.

Above: Adding cabbages strips.
Below: Adding from left and circle back - dried Chinese mushrooms, red dates, dried Daylily 金针菜, black fungus, gojiberries.

Above: Adding Bean-skin 腐皮
Below: Adding Cellophane noodles 粉丝

Above: The Finished cuisine! :)

As there is Cellophane noodles, it is a complete One-dish meal!

That is, if you remember to not add salt! :)
