有很多与我未曾谋面的众生，却凭着听闻而开始无缘故的毁谤我！嘻嘻！

Well, to lodge a complaint against me, you need to have the RIGHT Techniques!

其实，如要告我的状，你需要【正】技巧或方法！

I have written that if you want to complain about me to get me penalize, you need to do so to my Root Guru, the Living Buddha Lian Sheng!

我写过如你要投诉我让我挨板子，你必须通过我的根本上师，莲生活佛！

For the technique of complaint, listen to GM Lu and they Keys to get at me is through Guru Yoga only!

欲要告状的技巧，听听鲁师尊的开示，搬到我的要诀只能通过上师相应法！

Hehe! However, if you are able to achieve Guru Yoga, you won't want to hurt me or anyone ANYMORE! 

嘻嘻！可当你能成就上师相应法，你就不会再想伤害我或任何人了！

Because with successful Guru Yoga, you are to some extent Enlightened!

因为，上师相应法成就者已同时达到某程度的【开悟】！

[Platform Sutra ~ Refuge has 3 gems of own heart, internally adjust or synchronize own heart's nature, externally respect others]

經文分明講，「自歸依佛」，自己歸（皈）依自己；「不言歸依他佛，自佛不歸。」

The sutra clearly states: Self refuge in Buddha - Self take refuge in Self; not speaking of refuge in other Buddha, and not take refuge in own Buddha.

為什麼「自佛不歸」？

Why don't take refuge in own Buddha?

因為，第一個，你錯用心，

Because, Firstly you USE Heart Wrongly;

第二個就是還沒證明到「自佛」，你還沒辦法證明到「自佛」，就是說你的修行還不夠力，功力還不夠。

Secondly, have not affirmed [Own Buddha], you still have no means of affirming [Own Buddha], that is to say you still have not cultivated to have enough strength, or Efforts ploughed not enough!

有一個joke，跳蚤、蟑螂和蜈蚣，它們三個是好朋友，有一天早上，它們三個睡醒，就商討：「誰去買豆漿？買燒餅回來？」跳蚤就講：「我去買好了。」蟑螂就講：「跳蚤一蹦一蹦一蹦一蹦的，豆漿在你手上，跳一跳，豆漿都會跳出來。跳蚤哪能去買豆漿？」蜈蚣就講：「我去買好了，因為我的腳很多，而且我走得很快。」跳蚤和蟑螂就同意蜈蚣去買。經過了一個小時，還沒有買到，「奇怪，怎麼還沒回來？」跳蚤和蟑螂便開門出去看，原來蜈蚣還在門口穿鞋子。這就是錯用心。 

修行本身來講，你一定要[穩紮穩打]，像師尊，能夠開悟明心，能夠看見佛性，是穩紮穩打，而不是在那邊拖時間。
Talking about Cultivation in itself, you need to be [tightly bind & steadfast], just like Grandmaster, can become enlightened or attain realization of own's heart, able to sight Buddha nature, tightly and steadfast, and not dragging out time there.

很多真佛弟子皈依了很多年，才來問我：「我的本尊是誰？我的護法是誰？」
Many True Buddha School's students that had taken refuge for many years, just come and ask me: who is my Principle Yidam? My Dharmapala is who?

可見你還沒有修啊！
This Evidenced that you have not cultivated yet!

還有很多人，「上師相應法」都沒有修，「加行法」也沒有修。
Still there are many, have not even cultivate [Guru Yoga], [Preliminaries] also didn't cultivate.

◎你要穩紮穩打的話，一定要先修好「加行法」，種種的「加行」，只要「加行」很穩了，「上師相應」就快了，「上師」一相應，「本尊」就相應了；「本尊」一相應，「護法」當然相應。 

因為「護法」是跟著「本尊」的，「本尊」是跟著「上師」的，「上師」是跟著「加行」的，你只要「加行法」一相應，「上師」就可以相應，可見我們「加行法」的基礎都打得不好，「上師」都沒有相應。 

不是講我們這裡的上師都沒有相應，不是。不過，只要當了上師以後，又不想當上師的，當然是「上師」都沒有相應；或者是說，他離開了上師的職位，當然沒有「上師」相應，他不能夠做到真正的上師，如何稱為「上師」相應？所以，「加行法」非常重要，加行就是穩紮穩打，不能像蜈蚣出去買豆漿，一個小時以後還在那裡穿鞋子。 

為什麼「自佛不歸」啊？因為沒有認識「佛性」啊！沒有見證「佛性」啊！你如果真的開悟了，真的是見性了，你當然是「歸依自佛」。為什麼會「自佛不歸」呢？就是你的功力不夠，才「自佛不歸」。「無所依處」，因你「自佛不歸」就沒有可以依靠的地方；你相應了，道心絕對是堅固的；你開悟了，就知道甚麼叫作「皈依」，甚麼叫作「自歸依」；見證「佛性」，你也能夠「自歸依」了。今天，你不能「自歸依佛」，是你自己「無所依處」啊！你沒有辦法去依止。 

我們「自歸依佛」也不是自己非常的驕傲：「我是歸依我自己！」不是這樣子的，這也不是「唯我獨尊」。

We took Self Refuge in own Buddha does not mean self is very proud; I take refuge in myself! Not like this, this is also not [Only I reign supreme].

釋迦牟尼佛講「唯我獨尊」是因為祂已經明心、見到「佛性」，所以祂敢講：「唯我獨尊。」所以，「唯我獨尊」就是「自歸依」啊！

Sakyamuni Buddha said [Only I reign supreme] because he already attained Full realization, able to sight own Buddha nature, that why he dares to say: I reign supreme.

Thus, I reign supreme means Self refuge!

「我是歸依我自己的『佛性』」，所以才叫「唯我獨尊」啊！

I am taking refuge in my own Buddha Nature, thats why term as [Only I reign supreme]!

祂不是「我就是權威」、「我就是霸王」、「我就是獨裁者」，不是的，是祂認識了自己的「佛性」，已經歸依自己的「佛性」，所以祂才會稱為「唯我獨尊」啊！

He is not saying that  [I am the authority], I am the Overlord, I am the Dictator, not like that, it means that He has known His own Buddha nature, and has taken refuge in his own Buddha nature, that is why He terms it as [Only I reign supreme]!

「我」，是「佛性」，而不是肉身的這個「我」，大家不要搞錯了，「莫錯用心」，不是「權威」。 

[I] is [Buddha nature], and not the [I] of flesh body, all of you don't be mistaken, [Do not use heart wrongly], Not the [Authority].

我不認識蓮拂上師
I am not acquainted with VM Lian Fu
因為昨天委會公布開除了上師資格
Because yesterday Admin announced sacking or removal of her VM's status
同時 也不是真佛宗的法師 弘法人員
At the same time, she is no longer a TBS dharma propagator as well as a reverend
開除理由是【不懂密教一皈依】
Reason for removal is [Do not know Tantrayana's One Refuge]
我就想怎麼可能不懂!
I am thinking how is it possible she don't know!

【一皈依】是剛皈依的真佛宗弟子都懂的道理不是嗎?
One refuge - something all new students that just took refuge should know, isn't it?

這點引起我的興趣
This ignite my interest
剛剛就特別找她的開示出來看
Just now I specially watch her dharma speech
我看完整篇開示 覺得都很好啊
After watching it completely, I felt it is real good

找不到漏洞或邪見 Can't find loophole or evil view
當時她也如真佛大眾一般 At that time she is like all True Buddha students
言語時時刻刻頂戴根本上師 Always maintaining Root Guru atop her head
感恩根本上師 Grateful to Root Guru
開示一百分 Dharma speech 100 marks
哪裡不懂一皈依? Where is the don't know One Refuge?
完全沒毛病阿? Completely no faults at all

但是這樣又被師尊認證開悟 However, one that is thus affirmed by GM Lu as enlightened
又被師尊認證為藍蓮花童子的上師 also affirmed as VM that is blue padmakumara
怎麼最後會被以不懂「密教一皈依」開除了呢?
Why at the end get sack with allegation of not knowing [Tantrayana's One Refuge]?

我相信 這中間過程 一定是有理由的
畢竟這是2009年，九年前的開示了
這九年中間
發生什麼事
我不知道
但我想一定發生很多事
WHAT HAPPENED?

我想再次提醒大家 I like to remind all
所謂【明心見性】的開悟者 That enlightened one that has [truly realized self nature]
她是知道修行方向目標而已 she already know they direction or key to cultivation
沒有疑惑 without doubt
就像她還沒到目的地 even if she hasn't reach desination
但是至少她手中有指南針 but at least she has the compass in hand
知道正確方向在哪裡不會迷路 know the exact direction and won't get lost
如此而已
但並不代表她已經證道
該怎麼修行還是要怎麼修行
一樣都沒少

而她明心見性後
要不要走到目標?
或者說她要選擇哪條路
怎麼走到目標
那是她的選擇!

想到一個禪宗公案: 二祖慧可斷臂求法
 Recall a Zen Koan about Zen Patriarch Hui-ke who severed his arm to get dharma
從達摩祖師那邊得到印心
最後付法給三祖僧璨之後
竟然大異其趣
整天在賭場酒店出入
After receiving the Dharma mudra from Bodhidharma and then transmitting it to 3rd Patriarch Seng Chan, he became completely different and spend his days going in and out of gambling dents and hotels

人家看見他就問: Those that saw him, asked:
你是一個堂堂受戒的出家人
整天跑酒店賭場
這樣像話嗎?
You, an ordained monk that accepted the disciplines, spend all your days in and out of gabmling dents and hotels, is it appropriate?

二祖就答：「我自調心，何關汝事？」
 ( 這裡的調心就是指修行之路)
2nd Patriarch replied: I self tune or adjust heart, what business is that to you?
(Herein, Tune heart means a direction or route to cultivate)

關於宗委會開除蓮拂上師的事

一來我對這位上師
【過去不識 現在不識 未來也不識】

二來是否她 明心見性之後
跟二祖一樣 發願要去度化異教徒
以至於
行徑言語
跟主流真佛同門上師弘法人員不同
這我也不清楚

但畢竟她是師尊認可過傳授過代表開悟的祖衣
的藍蓮花童子 所以 小子我不敢亂評論
【我沒那麼笨 別想套我話 好嗎!】

最後 套二祖的名言 Quoting 2nd patriarch's words with slight alteration:
改一下:
「人家大姑娘 因果自負  何關汝事？」
The lady is responsible for her own karma, what business is that of yours?
「人家大姑娘 自調心  與佛性何干?」》
The lady self tune her own heart, what relevance is that to Buddha nature?

Then they serve me up saying - lotus chef, lotus chef ........ Lucky that he didn't continue to share his ignorance further in writing....
 我问他：是不是说师尊错了，明知连戒会犯戒还留下这祸根？哈哈哈！

 现在，他们又重犯 - 说连弗不懂【一皈依】！

禅宗公案 Zen Koan – 破灶堕和尚 Broken Stove Monk

有一个 “灵性” 附在一个破灶上，以灶为身，使灶显灵。
There's a "spirit" that attached itself to a broken stove, using it as its bodily form, making the stove display "Spiritual".

于是有很多人祭祀它、供它、求它解决疑难。
Thus many came to pray, offer, and beg for aid to solve their problems.

这个灵性贪图人的供养，而且好食血腥之物，也就随乡人的愿而大显神通。
This spirit's greed for offering, and favours bloody stuff, thus display great spiritual powers according to villagers' wishes.

顿时，一传十、十传百，乡人都杀牛宰羊供养这个破灶。
At this time, words spread and all villagers slaughter cow and goat to offer to the broken stove.

有位禅师（慧安国师的弟子）恰好路过此地，看乡人如此愚痴，而这灵性欲望如此炽盛，不惜杀生害命，太不象话了！

There's a zen master (state master Hui-an's diciple) who happened to pass by this place, seeing the villagers' ignorance, as well as the spirit's flourishing desires, not bothered about killing and harming lives, really too ridiculous!

于是，他油然生起大悲心，要度化这个附灶的灵性。
Thus, his great compassionate heart automatically grew, and want to succour this spirit attached to the stove.

他拿起禅杖，在灶上敲了三下，说道：
Lifting his Zen Staff, he knock the stove 3 times, saying:

“泥瓦合成，圣从何来？灵从何起？恁么烹宰物命！”
Clay and earth combined, where does the Saint comes from? Spirit arises from where? Killing and cooking lives this way!

其意是告诫这个灵性，你本性是遍一切处、妙用无边的，可你却拘着在这个泥水砖瓦合成的破灶上，受人供养，杀生害命，看似享受，实是造业，将来定会受报无穷。
[The above is a warning to the spirit about deeds that can result in great calamities to self and also about One's nature having no boundaries if used virtuously.]

问它“灵从何起”？
Asking it, "spirit arises from where?"

即是点醒它，灵不在砖瓦的灶上，而在你的佛性中，趁现在无色身之累，赶快回光返照，认识佛性，即能遍一切处，自在逍遥而无往不利矣。

To wake up this spirit, telling it that it is not of the clay or earthen stove, but within one's buddha nature, at this time when have no form restriction, quickly reflect and recognise buddha nature, then can be everywhere, free and unrestrained and goes about everything smoothly too.

禅师又敲了三下，这个灶就一下子倒塌了。

ZM again knock 3 times, this time the stove collapsed.

灵性现一俊俏男子身，给禅师顶礼，感谢说：
Spirit display a handsome man's body, pay homage to ZM, said thankfully:

“我本此庙灶神，久受业报。今日蒙师说无生法，得脱此处，生在天中，特来致谢。”

I am originally the stove deity of this temple, paying for karmic deeds for long time. Today, thanks to master for sharing - No grow or arising dharma, got to be free from this place, born in the heaven, thus specially came to express my gratitude.

由此，禅师得名为 “破灶堕” 和尚。

一切精灵都能附在草木砖瓦上而显灵，就象我们这个妄心纳在肉身里面，但只能遍这个肉身，而不能遍其它的地方。

因为执着了这个身体是我，却不知身外的一切都是我，这是多么愚昧无知呵！

古德云：“青青翠竹，尽是法身；郁郁黄花，无非般若。”

山河大地尽是法王身。

佛性是无所不在、无时不在、无处不在的。

只因我们妄想执着之故，不知道佛性遍一切处，只晓得这个肉身。

这不是太可惜了吗？

禅宗公案 Zen Koan – 自伞自度 Own Umbrella Succour Self

有一个信者在屋檐下躲雨，看见一位禅师正撑伞走过，于是就喊道：

‘禅师！普度一下众生吧！带我一程如何？’
A believer was standing under the roof to shelter from the rain, he called out loudly to a passing Zen Master walking pass with an umbrella:

Zen master! Succour a sentient being please! How about bring me a distance?

禅师道：‘我在雨里，你在檐下，而檐下无雨，你不需要我度。’
ZM said: I am in the rain and you are under the roof, there is no rain under the roof, you do not need me to succour.

　　　　　　

信者立刻走出檐下，站在雨中，说道：‘现在我也在雨中，该度我了吧！’
Believer immediately walked out from under the roof and standing in the rain, said: Now I am also in the rain, should succour me already!

　　　　　　

禅师：‘我也在雨中，你也在雨中，我不被雨淋，因为有伞；

你被雨淋，因为无伞。

所以不是我度你，而是伞度我，你要被度，不必找我，请自找伞！’

ZM: I am also in the rain, you are also in the rain, I don't get rain upon because have umbrella, you get rain upon because don't have umbrella.

Thus, not I succour you but the umbrella succour me, if you want to be succour, no need to look for me, please go find umbrella yourself!

　　　　　　

说完便走了！
After saying these, ZM walked away!　　　　
　　　
自己有伞，就可以不被雨淋，自己有真如佛性，应该不被魔迷。

Having own umbrella then won't get rain upon, having your own true inherent buddha nature, should not be misled by Mara.

雨天不带伞想别人助我，平时不找到真如自性，想别人度我。

On rainy days don't bring umbrella and thinking to get others to help self, that is do not find own's true inherent buddha nature at all times and expect others to succour self.

自家宝藏不用，专想别人的，岂能称心满意？

Don't use own's treasures, always thinking of others', how to be truly satisfied?

自伞自度，自性自度，凡事求诸己，禅师不肯借伞，这就是禅师的大慈悲了。

Own Umbrella Succour Self, Own nature succour self, all matters seek from self; ZM refused to lend umbrella, this is ZM's great kindness and compassion.

真性與識神的鬥法 Battle between True Nature & Subconscience

真性與識神的鬥法

　　佛門禪宗是「直指人心，見性成佛」的法門，這個法門最重「見性」二字，也就是見到自己的「真如本性」。

In Zen Buddhism, [direct pointing to people's heart, sight nature become Buddha], this Dharma door is most important [Sight Nature], that is sighting own's [True inherent nature].

最初釋迦牟尼佛拈花微笑，迦葉尊者領悟，而後再傳阿難尊者，到了第二十八代，傳至達摩尊者。

而達摩來到中土，變成中國禪宗的第一代祖師。

禪宗傳法，有六祖慧能的發揚光大，有馬祖的「見性成佛」光輝，唐朝是禪宗極盛的一代。

　　禪宗到後來，元朝末年由高峰法師提倡「參話頭」禪，禪的「直指見性」變成了「文字禪」和「口頭禪」，此是禪宗的式微。

「參話頭」雖也是光輝燦爛，但這「話頭」的真實義，一般人是無法領悟的。

　　要「真性現前」，一要悟道，二要實修。

For [True Nature to appear], first must Realise Path, secondly must cultivate diligently or steadfastly.

要知道「真性」是一種起於元會之上的如如本性，今天我直指這「真如本性」就在「天心」，「真性」就是人的本來面目，當靈魂投胎的時候，真性留在天心部位。

Must know that [True Nature] is a meeting of energy or essence of one's original or inherent nature, today I point out this [True Inherent or Original Nature] is located at [Tian Xin]. [True Nature] is one's original facade, when one reincarnates, this true nature remains at the Tian-Xin location.

識神則居到下心去，就是血肉的心，由肺在上以覆翼之。

Subconscience however abides below, where one's physical heart is,  protected by the lungs.

識神又稱塵心，是因識作用的，所以一切由識的變化，妄想、妄念、七情、六慾、執著、邊見，聞驚則心慌，聞譭則生悶氣，見親人死亡則生悲哀，見美色在前則目眩神馳，這些就是「識神作用」。
Subconscience also termed Dust(Sentient) Heart, for conscience purposes, therefore all transformed from conscience, like delusional thinking and thoughts, 7 emotions,  6 desires, fixation, side-view, develop panic when hear the frightening, become moody when hear slander, develop sadness when see demise of dear ones, develop excitement when sight beauty, all these are [Effect of Subconscience or Dust Heart.

　　筆者常常如此說，這是一個比喻，人身中的「真性」與「識神」，就像兩個神，真性是佛是善神，識神是魔是惡鬼，這兩個神彼此互相鬥法。

Writer often said this example, [True Nature] and [Subconscience] abides within each human being, this are 2 deities, True Nature is Buddha is Good deity, and Subconscience is Mara is Evil Ghost, these 2 deities battle with each other.

識神愈強，則欺負天心的真性，縱欲逞凶，無所不為，此等人「真性」昏昧，真性的光不凝聚，死後必入冥府地獄，這是無可懷疑的。　　

而修道人，習「禪」習「定」，真性現前，守住「天心」，以真性之光來克服「識神」，這真性在坐禪中出現，制住「識神」，真光迸現，可以有通靈靈通，光聚自主，成佛成仙，這種「坐禪通明」是千古不傳的祕密。　　

在這天地之間，我常常感覺到，人生如同蜉蝣一般，生命非常短暫，時光不多，若貪欲享受，朝樂暮死，這人生確實是泡影，「真性」不顯，六道輪迴，永遠生生死死，隨時光而敗壞。

所以我常勸人知修，若不知修，如同蜉蝣，朝生暮死，人生並沒有多大意義。 

　　

我今天特別指出：
　　天心就是意土，意土就是淨土，淨土就是佛國，真性在其中。

　　真性就是神光，就是先天一?，一?就是密法，通明在其中。

　　道家的丹道之法，原來是用「神光為用」，「以淨土為依皈」，以「精水」為基。

再深一點說明，魂依天心的神光，魄依內心的識神，用鍊魂來保住神光，從此制魄斷識。古代的道家修鍊功夫的要訣，就是用魂來制魄，簡而言之，用真性來制識神，這方面佛門和道家根本就是相通的。 　　

我特別指出：

　　道家修意土，就是佛教淨土宗的修法。

　　道家修神光，就是佛教密宗的修法。

道家修一?，就是佛教禪宗的修法。

（一?就是真性）　　

道家守住精水，就是佛教戒律守法，精水若充足，神光就凝聚，意土淨土自然凝固而不散，在道來說，是「結成聖胎」，在佛來說「往生淨土」或「即生成佛」是也。

我個人在坐禪中，很快能「用神光凝聚」，這種久鍊的純功，如同母雞在抱卵，用溫火慢慢蒸發，何愁小雞不會破殼而出。

我實實在在告訴讀者，一個人若能久鍊坐禪，溫火聚，真性自可見，這不是相信不相信的問題，而是做與不做的問題。

見「真性」，就是小雞破殼而出，道人得道，就是見「真性」。 

　　何以魂魄各附真性與識神，這點我說明如下：

魂是陽，是輕清的一股真氣，故同真性一處。

魄是陰，是沉濁的一股邪氣，故同識神一處。

魂好上天成仙成佛，魄好下地成陰成鬼。

道家修道，便是把陰魄給鍊盡了，這鍊盡陰魂，便是「純陽」，呂洞賓祖師就是依此而得「純陽」成仙。

　　我曾經拜訪佛門大宗師。

　　宗師曰：「你是心魔。」

　　有先天一貫道批評我：「是考魔。」

　　有世俗凡夫指著我的鼻子說：「是迷信。」

　　有妒嫉者大聲疾呼：「妖言惑眾。」

　　然而，他們知道嗎，普天下能知此真理者已不多，我就是最真實的一個。

我在千夫所指的環境之下，祕密修持我的道功，

我用淨土的唸佛，唸唸不斷，一心不亂的修往生佛國；

用密宗的觀想，神光接引攝受灌頂來修密法；

用禪宗的直指真性，通明全部的佛理，了知一切。
　　在坐禪見一切景，我皆視為化境，一切明了自心不動不喜。

　　有一次，偶然見一位相貌圓滿莊嚴、神色清奇，手持蓮花的童子立於我前。童子手持蓮花，立於蓮座之上，穿天衣，戴聖冠。

「童子何來？」我問他。

「我從摩訶雙蓮池來。」 　　

「老遠從西天來，所欲何為？」 　　

「度眾生。」 　　

「眾生若不識，又如何？」 

「隨緣來去，總有一二。」

童子並不生氣，隨即一跳，入我額頭之中，消失不見。 

於是，我想了一想，終於明白了，我來自摩訶雙蓮池，是蓮花童子再世，那位相貌莊嚴的蓮花童子正是我的「真性」，原來我的真性出現，同我彼此對答，真性就是我，我就是真性，佛就是我，我就是佛。

　　這個禪定，有一個很深的警示，蓮花童子來度眾生，創「真佛宗」，統攝利鈍，眾生有緣的，學法若乘舟，一定到彼岸。

但是一些緣淺的，也自然隨意去來，能度一個就是一個，能度二個就是二個，一切隨緣也。

　　我的前身是，頂上白傘蓋慶雲，大圓鏡光明，頭戴紅冠，中有珠串，大白寶石，右手大智印，左手持開蓮花印，大指食指持一朵白色蓮花，胸掛佛珠，瓔珞全身嚴飾，身披光明天衣，腳踏白色蓮花，全身放大光明，從頭至腳，無不莊嚴殊勝，令人見了，起恭敬心。

　　這件事實告訴我，我已毅然決然的下定決心，除了「度眾生」之外，我已無其他的追求，對一切世俗，皆無所求，我的人生，就是修道度眾生的人生。

早期可跟師尊合照机会多，后期人多了，不好意思再打扰師尊再与師尊合照了。
Writer showed some photos of self taken with GM.

Lamenting that in early days there were many opportunity to have photo with GM, but as student's population increases, writer feels best not to disturb GM to take photo with.

唯有与蓮花童子金身合照，結果有人說我的臉很象蓮花童子的臉。(笑)

Therefore, only can take photo with Padmakumara's statue, resulting in some saying that writer's face quite similar to that of Padmakumara's. (Laugh)

我是很渴望天天与師尊在一起，但沒福份啦。嗚~
Writer eagerly hope to be with GM daily, however no such meritorious fate. woo~

其實如果沒入佛知見領悟到師尊的意旨，就算天天与師尊一起，都是离佛很遠。

In actual fact, if didn't enter into Buddha's realisation to understand GM's instructions, even everyday with GM physically, also very far from Buddha.

相反，如果領悟到師尊的意旨入佛知見證得般若實相，不管你遠隔天涯，才是真的与師尊在一起。
In the other hand, if realised GM's instruction in entering Buddha's realisation affirming true form of Prajna, no matter how far the distance in between, One is truly together with GM.

請看以下這故事：

Quoted from Mindset: It's the Thought that Counts!:
[--- Subhūti (Pali: सुभूति; Chinese: 须菩提; pinyin: Xūpútí) was one of the Ten Great Śrāvakas of Śākyamuni Buddha, and foremost in the understanding of emptiness. ---]

有一次，佛從忉利天來下人間，人間的佛弟子，都歡喜的去見佛。
依次序，比丘應在比丘尼之先，但蓮華色尼 (Uppalavana Theri) 為了先得見佛，即化作轉輪王(Chakravartin)，走在最前面。

他以為最先見佛了，但佛對他說：

不是你先見，『須菩提 (Subhūti) 先見我身』。

The Buddha said to Uppalavana Theri: You are not the first to see me, Subhuti is the one that first see my form/body.

原來，那一次，須菩提沒有參加迎佛的勝會。
Actually, that time, Subhuti didn't join the welcoming event for Buddha.

當眾人去見佛時，他想：佛曾說：見法即見佛，我何不正觀法相！
When all went to meet Buddha, He thinks: Buddha said: See Dharma is See Buddha, why don't I Rightfully view/visualise Dharmakaya!

於是他就觀察諸法的從緣生滅，從無常為門而悟入空性進入實相，徹見了如來法身。

佛肯定的說：不可以身相得見如來。
Buddha said very precisely: Cannot rely upon bodily form to see Buddha.

這些身相，都不過是假名如幻的妄相；佛的無盡莊嚴，也一樣的絕無少許法可取可得 。

《金剛經》- Diamond Sutra 所說

「凡所有相，皆是虛妄，若見諸相非相，即見如來！

共勉之。

蓮生活佛／文

　　道明禪師即慧明禪師。
Zen Master Dao Ming is also Hui Ming.

　　首先依五祖弘忍禪師，初無解悟。
First study under 5th Zen Master Hong Ren, but didn't reach enlightenment.

　　後來，聽到五祖祕密付法付祖衣給六祖「盧行者」，即率眾追殺六祖。
Later, he heard that 5th Master secretly transmit dharma and ancestral robe to 6th master [Yogi Lu], then led group to chase and kill 6th Master.

　　在「大庾嶺」追上。
Chase successful at [Da Yu Ling].

　　六祖見慧明禪師追至，即擲衣缽於磐石，說：「此衣表徵信物，可力爭，任君拿去。」
Upon seeing Master Hui Ming, 6th Master threw the robe and bowl against some great rocks and said: This robe is signifies Matter of Faith, can snatch with strength/force, up to anyone to take away.

　　慧明禪師上前取之。
Master Hui Ming went forward to take it.

　　「衣缽」如山不動。
[Robe & bowl] like mountain, immovable.

　　慧明禪師大駭。
Master Hui Ming was greatly shocked.

　　慧明說：「我是來求法的，不是為了祖衣，願盧行者開示於我。」
Hui Ming said: I am here to request for Dharma, no for the ancestral robe, hope that Yogi Lu teaches me.

　　六祖答了一句千古名言：「不思善，不思惡，正恁麼時。阿那箇是慧明上座本來面目？」 

6th Master answered with a fame statement of infinite time: Not thinking of Kindness, Not thinking of Evil, right at that time. That one is the True Facade of Master Hui Ming.

　　慧明一聽，當下大悟。遍體汗流，泣而拜之。 

Upon hearing these, Hui Ming immediately became enlightened. Perspiration flowing down from his whole body, he tearfully paid homage to 6th Master.

　　慧明禪師又問：「上來密語密意外，還更別有意旨否？」
Master Hui Ming asked again: Other than secret words and meaning, is there other directive?

　　六祖答：「我今與汝說，即非密也。汝若返照自己面目，密卻在汝那邊。」
6th Master answered: What I said to you, also not secret. If you reflect upon your own facade, the secret is on your side.

　　慧明禪師說：「我雖在五祖弘忍處隨眾，實未省自己面目，今蒙指授入處，如人飲水，冷暖自知。今天，六祖即是我師了。」 

Master Hui Ming said: Although I study under 5th Master Hong Ren, actually have not study my own facade, thanks to your pointing out, like One drinking water, knowing its coolness or warmth personally. Today, 6th Master is my teacher.

　　六祖答：「汝我同師承五祖，善自護持吧！」
6th Master answered: Just like my studying with 5th Master, diligently persevere on my own.

　　（這位慧明禪師，後來改名為道明禪師，因為慧明與慧能，同一慧字，因避六祖上字，才改道明。）

　　我說：「六祖慧能禪師的這句不思善，不思惡，正恁麼時，阿那箇是本來面目？」

　　其中大玄旨，而且是大大玄旨，此旨是天大地大間的真理。

　　道明禪師一聽即悟。

　　我現在問大家：「汝悟了沒？」

　　我想，還是有很多人，思了又思，又思再思，遍體汗如雨下，但，仍然不知其中的玄旨。

　　六祖慧能又補充說了一句：「汝若返照自己面目，密就在汝那邊。」

　　（這句話更清楚了，更慈悲了）

　　最近。

　　有很多人問我：「師尊！什麼叫明心？」

　　「師尊！什麼叫見性？」

　　我一聽，便跑。

　　他們即追。

　　我說：「你們不要追著我問，追了大半日，大半月，大半年，也問不出一個所以然。你們何不返照自己面目呢？」

　　我實實在在的告訴大家，明心，一定要明明白白自己的心；見性，一定要親證佛性。

I truly tell all of you, Ming Xin =Understand Heart, must fully understand One's own heart; Jian Xing=Sight nature, Must self affirmed own Buddha nature.

這是無法去表現出來的，我不能夠告訴你，因為那是「我」的祕密。
This is there is no way to show and also cannot tell, because that is [My/Self] secret.

　　重要的是，你自己明白自己的本來面目，一明白，那就是你的了。
The important point is you must understand your own original facade, once understand, thats yours.

　　照光三昧！ 

Lighted up 3 forms!

　　你如果得了「照光三昧」，我保證你，馬上明白，什麼是不思善，不思惡，正恁麼時！
When you attained [Lighted up 3 forms], I can guarantee you will immediately understand what is not thinking of kindness and not thinking of evil,  right at that time!

The above, hopefully will further stamp in the message that YOU & You Alone, can reach Enlightenment on your very own and MUST look inwards too!

Also, 6th Master is illiterate, which also exhibited the independence from Written words!

He is also not from a rich or wealthy family! 

To those that are well schooled or educated in the written words, You too need to have the Keys to reach Enlightenment. Your academic qualification might aid you but not all the way though. :)

Now what's important?

Start from understanding Basics and build from there!

O! 6th Master's birthday this year, falls on the 28 March 2015. The Lunar 9th day of 2nd Month.

My Lunar calendar birthday also happens to be the same as 6th Master's. :)

27 March 2015 is Sakyamuni's birthday.

29 March 2015 is GM Lu's Ordination Anniversary, also that of Padma Guru.

Bloodstream Sermon

The mind is Buddha, nirvana or enlightenment.

This is the reality of self-nature. 

The mind is Buddha-nature. 

Whoever sees his own nature is a Buddha. 

It is useless invoking Buddhas, reciting sutras, making offerings and keeping precepts, if you don’t see your own nature. 

Running around all day looking for a Buddha is a thorough waste of time. 

Just realize your own nature. 

There is no Buddha outside your own Buddha-nature. 

The nature of this mind is basically empty, neither pure or impure. 

This nature is free of cause and effect. 

This Buddha-nature needs not practice or realize. 

It does no good or evil; it does not observe precepts. 

It is not lazy or energetic. 

It does nothing. 

A Buddha is not a Buddha. 

Without seeing your nature, you cannot practice thoughtlessness all the time. 

This mind or Buddha-nature is not the sensual mind. 

It never lived or died throughout the kalpas. 

The mind has no form and its awareness no limit. 

“ A tathagata’s forms are endless. And so is his awareness”. 

Our mind is the same as the mind of all Buddhas. 

“Everything that has form is an illusion”. 

“ Wherever you are, there is a Buddha.” 

We’ve always had our Buddha-nature. 

Our mind is the Buddha: don’t worship a Buddha with a Buddha. 

Once a person realizes his mind or Buddha-nature, he stops creating karma.

Your mind is like space: you cannot grasp it. 

It has no cause or effect. 

No one can fathom it. 

This mind is not outside the body, which has no awareness. 

It is not the body that moves; it is the mind that moves.

This sermon speaks of the Buddha-nature, which is empty and has no form. 

We always have had the Buddha-nature within us, and this sermon also describes in detail what is the Buddha-nature. 

But it does not teach us how to see our Buddha-nature.

A couple was quarrelling, and the Female said to the Male: Only dog will love you!

男的很安靜、很鎮定、很慈祥的說：「我昨天繼承我爸爸的遺產，一共有一百多億。」
Male very calmly, very steadily, very caringly  said: Yesterday, I just inherited my late dad's estate totalling more than a hundred billions.

這女的一聽，就馬上趴下來叫：「汪！汪！汪！汪！汪！」
Upon hearing these, the female immediately prostrate on the floor and bark: Wang! Wang! Wang! Wang! Wang! 

【蓮生活佛 盧勝彥法王(盧師尊) 妙語演繹】
GM Lu explained the above uniquely in Dharma Context.

為金錢迷失啊！居然學狗叫，因為她自己講說「只有狗才會愛你嘛！」
Lost because of Money! Even to the extend of learning to Bark like a dog, because she said that [ Only dog will love you!]

我們學佛的人，不能為金錢迷失、為名迷失、為地位迷失，甚至於為感情迷失，都是不可以的，要保持很清醒的一個狀態，這樣比較好修行，如果你迷失了，執迷了，就是執著了。
Us, Buddha's students, cannot be lost because of Money, Fame, Status, or even because of love & feelings, Must maintain clarity status, this way is much better for cultivation, if you are lost, fixatedly lost, that is Fixation or Attachment.

我們的聰明才智，在於學佛、學法、學聖賢僧，若是你聽到了正法，你要將正法牢牢的記在你的心中，口訣記在你的心中，修行要怎麼修，修法要怎麼修，唸經要怎麼唸，觀想要怎麼觀，手印要怎麼結，咒語要怎麼持，都有方法的，都有口訣的。

Our intelligence and wisdom, in learning Buddha, Dharma, Sangha,
and if you hear True Dharma, you should memorise firmly by heart,
key-points memorise in your heart,
how to practice cultivation,
how to cultivate dharma,
how to chant sutra,
how to do visualisation,
how to form mudra,
how to chant mantra,
all have methods and key-points.

Did you truly understand what I am trying to share?

Sadly, NO!

I put in a clause stating: These are statements of a certain student, didn't I?

That is a Single-pointed view of the student relating her Version of what she made-up of another person only!

But the story was used as a live example to discuss Dharma! :)

Let me share with you something important to remember before you start to go convince or instigate any matters or start a war with only your short sighted and limited view and comprehension of the surfaces of matters! 

If you need to convince others to gain majority "votes" or opinions against a True Sangha, make sure you are armed with adequate "ammunitions" consisting only of Buddha's Philosophy and Dharma! 

Buddha's Philosophy and Dharma are geared towards "Awakening" an Individual's own Buddha nature and resulting in the Awakened Individual performing for the benefits of all beings!

Telling others to stay away from someone that you judged as unsatisfactory; 

or like VM HJ telling others to not befriend those she had pronounced as "Bad"; 

Pray tell where is your Root Guru at these times and 

What happened to your Root Guru's teachings at these times too?

Hahaha! Remember well and by heart that "In Tantrayana, You Must Have your Root Guru with you at All Times, if you are a True & Sincere aspiring to be True Yogi"!

For Qualities of a True Yogi, please refer to GM Lu's book "Sword of the Yogi" and there in lies 10 qualities that a True Yogi must have!!!

O! Remember that Dharma are methods to execute with the knowledge of Buddha's philosophy!

Don't show your utter ignorance so readily and leave yourself wide-open for All to Read!

龍樹破「修福」者 Nagarjuna Broke Up [Auspiciousness] Cultivators

天竺十四祖龍樹大士，得了十三祖迦毘摩羅付法之外，便至南天竺弘法。
After 14th Patriarch, Nagarjuna received Dharma from13th Patriarch Kapimala, he subsequently went to South India to propagate dharma.

南天竺的國人，太半以修「福」為主，所謂修行，就是「做善事」了。
People in South India, more than half cultivate [Auspiciousness] mainly, and cultivation to them is just [doing charity or kind deeds].

龍樹大士為他們說法。
Nagarjuna expound dharma to them.

有修福者，質問龍樹：「人有福報，世間第一。徒言佛性，有誰能見？」
The Auspiciousness cultivator, questioned Nagarjuna: People have Auspicious Rewards, topmost in the world. You talked about Buddha Nature, who can see it?

龍樹說：「汝欲見佛性，先須除我慢。」
Nagarjuna said: If you want to see Buddha Nature, need to get rid of own Pride first.

修福者問：「佛性大小？」
The Auspiciousness cultivator asked: Buddha nature is big or small?

龍樹說：「非大非小，非廣非狹。無福無報，不死不生。」
Nagarjuna said: Not big nor small, not wide not narrow. no auspiciousness nor rewards/retribution, no death nor birth.

修福者折服。
The Auspiciousness cultivator, was impressed.

龍樹大士為度化這些人，施展神通，現如滿月之輪，清淨湛然。
Nagarjuna in attempting to succour these people, exhibited Astral Abilities by transforming the wheel of a Full Moon, clean pure tranquil.

其中，龍樹的首座弟子「迦那提婆」，謂大眾說：「識此相否？」
In their midst, Kanadeva (Aryadeva), Nagarjuna's top disciple, spoke to the crowd: Know this Form?

大眾答：「目所未?，安能辨識？」
Crowd answered: Never seen before, how to explain?

提婆說：「這是大士現佛性體相，以示我等。何以知之，因其無相三昧，形如滿月，佛性之義，廓然虛明。」
Deva said: This is Great Teacher showing a form of Buddha Nature, to show us. How to know this, because his formless Samadhi, shaped as Full Moon, the meaning of Buddha Nature, solitary yet pure and bright.

龍樹大士復本相，說偈：「身現圓月相，以表諸佛體。說法無其形，用辨非聲色。」
Nagarjuna returned to original form, said this verse: 

Body exhibit Full Moon form, to represent all Buddhas' body.

Expounding Dharma without their forms, explaining not sound nor form.

最後，龍樹大士付法給上首弟子「迦那提婆」。
At last, Nagarjuna transmitted this verse to his top student [Kanadeva].

付法偈曰：Verse for Dharma transmission:

「為明隱顯法。Only understanding invisible and visible dharma.
方說解脫理。Then can expound break free theory.
於法心不證。Pertaining to Dharma, Heart is not affirmed.
無瞋亦無喜。」No aversion nor like.

在這裡，我要告訴大家，到了今天，談到修行，許多人都會說：

At this point, I tell all of you, to this day, when talking about cultivation, lots of people will say:

「我心好，就好了！」

My Heart is good (Kind), thats good enough!

「修行，就是做善事，就對了！」

Cultivation, is just doing charity or kind deeds, that right already!

這二句話，至今仍然盛行。
These 2 statements, till now still widely proliferate.

我不敢說，這兩句話，有什麼不對，「心好」、「做善事」，正是做人的根本，升天的根本，至天堂的根本。不管任何宗教，均以「心好」、「做善事」為根本第一。
I dare not say, these 2 statements have any error, [Heart is good] , [do kind deeds], is exactly the basic of being a human being, rise to heaven's root. No matter which religion, all base on [good heart], [do kind deeds] as the first base.

佛教亦言：「諸惡莫做，眾善奉行。」也！
Buddhism has this saying: Do not do all bad/evil deeds, respectful towards good/kind deeds.

然而，「心好」、「做善事」，是有形的。
However, [Good Heart], [Do kind deeds], have forms.

一般，以為「心好」、「做善事」就是功德很大了，但是，他們不知道，「心好」、「做善事」，就如同一粒沙，彈入一座山。

Most perceived that [good heart], [do kind deeds], means great merits, but they do not know that [good heart] , [doing kind deeds], is just like a grain of sand sprung into a mountain.

這是我常常用的比喻。

This is how I usually illustrate my point.

以今天的宇宙觀而言：
With today's Universal view as example:

地球如一粒沙。

Global earth is just like a grain of sand.

汝善事再大，仍然在沙中。在一粒沙中，做善事。

No matter how big is your kind deeds, still a grain inside the whole sand pit.

Doing kind deeds within a grain of sand.

所以，做善事，要以無功德想，才是長養「菩提心」的方法。

Therefore, doing kind deeds, need to perceive as No merits, then is method of growing and nurturing [Boddhicitta].

也即是：「所謂功德，就是沒有功德，才是功德。」
That is to say: Speaking about merits, is then no merits, then is merits.

( Lotuschef : Hahaha! Sounds familiar? This is similar to Buddha's teachings in Diamond Sutra!)

大家可以想一想，中國有五千年的歷史，其中慈善家不在少數，我們今天看看，他們的功德也是無形的。You all ponder on this, in 5000 years of China's history. charitable people are not few, let us see today, their merits are formless.

有形的功德，何存？梁武帝蕭衍自以為功德甚大，如今他的有形功德何存？
Merit with form, still exist? Emperor Lain Wu Ti, Xiao Yan, thinks that his merits are pretty big, at this moment does his merits' form still exist?

我實實在在的告訴大家：「功德無形、無相。」
I truly tell you all: Merit is shapeless, formless.

龍樹大士現出淨月輪相，以表佛性。

Nagajuna exhibit pure moon chakra form to show Buddha Nature.

在密教的觀想之中，正是「月輪觀」，「月輪」就代表了佛性，因為除了「淨月輪」，佛性根本是無言無說的，是不可說的。
In Tantrayana's visualization, this is exactly [ Moon chakra visualization], [Moon Chakra] thus represent Buddha Nature, because other than [Pure Moon Chakra], Buddha Nature is basically without description, is cannot speak of.

我當然明白「淨月輪」是無相三昧的表徵。
Of course, I understand [Pure Moon Chakra] represents Formless Samadhi.

我若坐法座之上，不言不語。
If I sit upon the dharma throne and maintain speechless.

請大家告訴我，佛性是什麼？是什麼？

Please can all of you to tell me, what is Buddha nature? What is it?

See Buddha Nature 见佛性?

Still remember GM taught how to lightly press on our eyes, to See Light?

Well, if you can see dots of medium blue or Gem-blue light, you have done pretty well in cultivation.
If there are yellow dots of light, you are doing something right in cultivation.
Or if you can see dots of white lights, you have an idea what is Seeing Light!


GM said the Gem-blue light is light of your Buddha Nature.

If you don't see any light, then start now by being diligent and sincere in cultivation.

Learn the Right way from GM only!

Pay attention to all speeches from GM and pick up Keys that will help guide you cultivate well.

Don't delude yourself that you can see this and that too!

If you do everything the Bodhicitta way, your cultivation path should be pretty smooth sailing. :)

Yes! Bodhicitta!


O! Don't bother to try and deduce who can see light and who can't too!

Nothing to do with you!

You only have to stay focus and put in diligent efforts sincerely in cultivation!


You will find as you move along, you really need to do lots of research into topics that GM talks about or brought up.

SZ said that "You don't owe me and I don't owe you, you don't have to take refuge with me."

On another occasion: "You don't need to admire me as Lu Sheng Yan, but learn from Living Buddha Lian Sheng."

SZ also said recently he has renounced almost all sentient material and matter except for a few.

What's my point?

Look at the students eagerly kneeling and awaiting "Mo-ding" after each event in Caotun Temple.
Look at those that eagerly come to Caotun Temple from all over the world to attend SZ's events.

In the recent event, there were some that are not student that came upon recommendation by students and about 10 of them are friends of Pure Karma's regulars.

YY: They are stealing my Fans!
[YY is a reverend and he has a pool of followers which he classified as Fans!]

LC: Do you really have Fans?
[I started a Zen Dialogue upon SZ's "go ahead" nod.]

Note: to this reverend, Fans are fellow students that follows him or give offering to him. These offering to him represent Live Support for his daily needs.


Many got replies from SZ for their "Enlightenment Arrows" and this reverend is just one amongst many.
SZ said he is near the borderline and told him to continue to work hard to Full Realization or Enlightenment.

Hahaha! I had a great time "playing" with him!

I reminded him that in Cultivation, it all depends on Self Efforts and Diligence.

Fans are Sentient Possession that he has to "Let Go". 

Fans are also fellow students and sentient beings that we have to Treat As Equal. - Wisdom of Equality!
No one should treat any other being as lowly servants or slaves.
No one should look down on others, because of their sentient status in life!

Please go and revise the 10 Attributes of a True Yogi written by SZ, in the book "Sword of the Yogi".
All those VMs, Reverends, Chapters Bosses,... dishonestly stole from SZ and respective chapters!
They are headed for Vajra or Timeless Hell or the 3 Lower Realms as per White Tara!

No Segregation & Differentiation:- the reverend classified fellow students as HIS fans! 

Body Speech Mind are your representation and they tell "your story" very clearly and precisely too. :)
Enlightenment? Still far away, as this reverend got entangled again by Sentient Mud.


The Announced Enlightened Ones?
Well, see for yourself!

I had a real close-up glance at our Thubten Ksiti Rinpoche.

You can also add him to your list of who to compare those you think are Enlightened and Authority of Buddha Dharma with, and of course SZ is the First on this list!

The shining warmth like the Sun that brings you warmth, security, comfort, brightness and joy!
That's what you should feel, and use as a gauge when you are still learning, and help you from dropping into traps of greedy and unscrupulous beings.

 SZ said that Maitreya Bodhisattva promised to provide for his and his family livelihood and sure enough, he has ample to live with and surplus too to be charitable.
The Sheng Yen Lu Foundation is only one such channel for the surplus, as well as Lotus Light Charity branches world-wide.

ME? I have also been well looked after and still am, by SZ and Divinities!

Reverend YY still lacks Absolute Believe & Trust in SZ!

Another fellow student, pretty senior one,  was sitting in this group chat.
She asked: How does SZ talks to you?

Hahaha! In her question, I realized that she has still fail to Yoga with Guru!

Dear all, having too doubtful a mindset is detrimental to your cultivation.
Just as thinking too much and thinking you are being intelligent!

Wisdom is truly a different kettle of fish and what more Universal wisdom of all Buddhas!

Cultivation as per SZ starts with your cleansing yourself of unwholesome thoughts and behaviour/habits! [31-1-2014]

自空 - Void Self
他空 - Void Others

These are keys to revealing your own Buddha nature!

I humbly suggest that you listen FIRST and DIGEST before you butt into any conversation!
Being too hasty to add your take, you revealed how Unstable and Hasty you are, not giving yourself Time to Absorb and Analyse.

I noticed many writing down SZ's speech, word for word, then they chat with someone, then they missed some parts of SZ's speech,, then they get frustrated and agitated and eventually they felt real unhappy because they think they lost their chances to learn from SZ.

In all this process, this person is too busy with OWN AGENDA to truly pay full attention to SZ.
They got trapped by themselves and the Chain of Thoughts & Reactions they churned on their own.

I remember advising all to Listen Attentively first and if you missed or think you missed out any part, you can always wait for the written transcribe or watch the recorded video.
No loss at all!

Know that when you are busily writing, YOUR MIND is Occupied and you can't absorb the True Essences that SZ wants to share with you!

Do you know that for those that are not meant to hear or benefit from SZ's teachings & sharings, they either can't attend or sleep through the speech!

Hahaha! No Kidding!

Most offer to reverends or Sanghas, as it is meritorious to do so.
They will be bless by Buddhas, as  Sanghas are part of the Triple Gem of Buddha, Dharma, Sangha.

However, you must offer to True Sanghas as well as True & Authentic Buddhas! 

Go bring out your knowledge of Buddha Dharma and have FUN.
What more can you pick up from the reverend's outlook?
I didn't reveal all, else you all will be busy guessing!

Hahaha! Yes! Most get diverted by being "busy-body" minded and waste time guessing at who is the one I am writing about!

Don't waste time on unimportant matters, please!

Crazy Wisdom - Not Bad, But Lost 不是坏，是迷失

Snapping my fingers, I realized something?

Well?

This has been in my mind for the past few weeks! :)

We all have the same Inherent Nature of Purity or Buddha nature.

What went wrong is our karmic deeds from the past that Influenced our present and future too if we don't find our way HOME!

Like those that lost part of their spirits, we can try to locate the time & place these happened and try to rectify with Buddha Dharma.

Or like Shizun said that day that people go from side-doors, learning methods for sentient matters but not to Free Self from Suffering and Samsara. They can still "Arrive" , but takes a longer time and journey.


For those that lost their spirits and can't recall when, we still have other methods to help them of course. I will not be sharing these now.

For those that Lost their ways, sit down and reflect upon what you have done wrong.

That is the time from which nothing seems to go smoothly or the time when you become more and more unhappy or unlikable.


O! One important Key you need is to remember that Your Greatest Enemy is Yourself!

To those that can't forgive others, if you listen to Shizun closely all these times, and didn't realized that forgiving others actually Free Yourself from Suffering, then you best go and re-watch what Shizun said.

Harboring lots of ill-feeling against others, you won't be happy at all.

Buddha Dharma actually in place to help all find happiness, therefore if You claim to be a Buddha's student, listen to your Root Guru, or Buddha, and you should find plenty of ways to LET GO!

Free Yourself and Don't entangle yourself into chains.

O! Shizun talks about the 12 Affinities that those in Hinayana learn to resolve and break free.

These are actually like chained rings, so best to break them up.

My humble suggestion, Find time to ponder on why and when you started to get lost.
