When we see the Sea waves, we will know there are highs and lows;
Highs means the Smooths and Low means the Roughs;
Sea waves have never been still and Life is almost the same.
Smooths or Roughs; if you can see them as the same,
when Smooth, you do not overtly get lost to extremes;
when Rough, you also do not howl and blame the heavens or earth;
at this time, you can then have no stress completely,
thus Broke Free already!
