Dear all, 

I will share [Exercises to clear channels to ease Blood & Qi flow] after the Repentance practice.

These are the ones that I shared with a few students in conjunction with techniques of [Merging into  Water] or changing Astral Planes.

These exercises are beneficial on their own for good health.
