PP: then tell him to continue to do offering & cultivate, dedicating merits of cultivation & offering to all beings, wish all beings well.

PP: ppl like KY will argue that they have not reach that level yet so they have wishes or demands to make of the divine

AA: it's like a total surrender, knowing that your needs and everything will be taken care of, but not everyone can come to terms with this

PP: thats the absolute trust & faith in the divine or one's root guru to ensure you are alright if you have boddhicitta and actively cultivating for all's benefits

PP: thats why when you wish is like NI's to clear own karmic negative then he needs to work harder towards that goal liao

4. deal with the problem n eliminate it once n for all, so never repeat!

Hahaha! 

Clearing karmic negatives truly needs the Individual's own efforts to acknowledge own's negatives and charge forward hence to correct his/her own problem.

What can I do for these people?

Give advice on a case by case basis only!

As "To do" or "Not to do" all up the the individual themselves!

Likewise, GM Lu said when you make request of the Fortune Gods/ deities, you must first have the relevant merits for your wishes to be granted!
