In an instant, Wisdom engulfs everything,

Whoever wish to chant the Buddha's name, the Buddha will just be by your side.

The above is the 6 realms vajra mandala which is [Ah He Sa Sa Ma Ha].
Its in part of GM Lu's long mantra.

On Wednesday, I met a fellow student, Q, and I noticed she is greyish ~ which means she is not in good health.

This trip to HK, I brought along many stacks of the above mandalas; some Usnisa incense blocks; and other gifts.

I taught Q how to hold on to a piece of the 6 realm vajra mandala, close her eyes, visualise Root Guru smiling and beaming light at her, and she just maintain this visualisation and chant mantra silently.

Of course, I helped her a little by placing my index & middle fingers over her hand which is securing the printed mandala. Its light initialisation or sparking up the mandala.

2 other fellow students were present, and after a while I pointed out to these 2 students that Q aura's has changed and her cheeks started to be rosy and shiny.
Actually its movements of good energy chasing away the stale or stagnant qi.

Hahaha!
This printed pieces of 6 realm vajra mandala really helped many.

If you chant the Buddha's name, the Buddha will be beside you.
Similarly,  if you chant Root Guru's mantra, Root Guru will be beside you.

Its a pretty easy assignment and the method is one that I repeatedly use, and just need Root Guru's mantra!

Later, Q revealed that she suffered from cancer years ago!

AND, I met an old friend today that has the same greyish aura.
At first she keep insisting that she is well and just tired.
However, she told the truth that she was recently discharged from hospital for treatment of complication of lung cancer which seems to recur over and over again.
As she is of other religious leanings, I gave her some advice and some help silently.
We parted ways when I noticed her general aura improved. 😍

The above email came from someone that we didn't hear from for years!
Well?

Lets talk about "Wenshi" or personal matters consultation!

For fellow students, if you come forward to "Wenshi":-
first state how many years you have taken refuge with GM Lu?
next state what you are cultivating daily?

The TRUTH is - its all on your face!

In the FIRST place, why do you think you need to "Wenshi"?
Thinking to get Divine Help in your personal life!
Hahaha! Why do you think you need Divine Help at all!

Now there is this female fellow student in Seattle that comes to the temple purportedly to volunteer her time and strength.

BUT, she eats all her meals at the temple, her family also come for dinner every evening and she pilfers instant noodles & dried goods from the dining hall's cupboards and drawers, choosing stuff she and her family like!

To tell you the Truth, all these is written clearly on her FACE!

So what did GM Lu said that all of these errant disciples failed to hear and understand that they think they need to "Wenshi" and pilfer stuff from temples thinking its their dues?

Or those given titles and attempts to dictate to others and expect others to hand over their money?

Hahaha!

If you cultivate regularly and with diligence PLUS fully understanding every step of your way in the Sadhana, YOU can see whats wrong with Self and also with others AT A GLANCE!

Yes, GM Lu said you just need to Open Up your Central Channel and accumulate enough Light energy to project LIGHT onto others' faces to read them!

What excuse can you come up with to "Wenshi" ever again?

I watched the Taiwanese drama [The Teenage Psychic] starting from sometime last week.

2 days ago, someone related this story to me ~

While MJ was strolling along with RS, RS stopped by the side of a bridge and keep quiet for some minutes.

As they continue their stroll, RS told MJ that she met a male ghost and had a dialogue with him.

Male ghost said that he committed suicide by jumping off the bridge at that point and from then on, everyday, at the same time and location, he repeated the suicide scenario again.

RS said she advised the ghost to move on as his family has also left this world.

She told him to go towards the "LIGHT".

I met RS few years back and she claimed to be a Psychic, with power to heal with energy!

Well?

RS has a greyish aura that is dull and I categorised this as that of one with ghostly aura or being possessed by ghosts.

I advised MJ that in future if RS relate similar sighting of ghosts to her, MJ should form the lotus mudra with her left hand and silently chant Guru's mantra and visualise her left hand light up with pinkish light like that of a lotus flower, and then placed a ball of dull light representing ghost, then lift the left hand up and visualise handing over to Guru or Amitabha Buddha. 

O! Lighting up one's hand with light must remember to mobilise "Qi" energy, by drawing in and spreading to one's hand.

Ah! The stories in the Taiwanese drama?

The storyline is about how a young girl that has psychic powers is being exploited to cheat others for monetary gains of those that are supposedly her care-givers!

Abusing Psychic, or bluffing others alleging to have Psychic powers, is common and XX of TBS is just one of many.

Do steer clear of these cheats!

The fellow student on the receiving end of her remarks were stunted!

This is another reason that I started to distance myself from this chapter too!

Then Admin sent Lian Wang & Lian He to talk me into giving over control of my blogspot & website to them! They failed!

O! Before that, Lian Ning, came at me in Taiwan temple and then used Shi-mu's name to order me around! :)
He also failed!

Remember the Diamond sutra's [No form theory]?

If you think they are incharge of you or have ability to manage you, then you are not a wise and learned Buddha's student!

Because, the First Key to Buddha's teachings is to leave suffering and attain happiness!

Means Self control of own's destiny! :)

O! A quick scan of with Light to see Light within your body, takes less than 10 seconds! 

But 30 seconds is more thorough!

It is true then with the self-effort and seeking from within, we all can be the guiding light itself.

I guess you might have dry lips from repeating this again and again to all people :D

Sadhguru: If grace is not available to you or you are not available to grace, it does not matter how much money you have, how much wealth you have, whatever nonsense you have, you will not live a beautiful life. 

A Guru’s grace is not some airy thing that you imagine. 

It is a very physical presence. 

It’s as physical as the breeze that you feel. 

It’s as physical as the sunlight.

What you refer to as the Guru is just a certain energy, a certain possibility. 

It is not the person. 

A certain person has only become a representative of that energy and that space. 

If you have to see, it is light that you need, not the light bulb. 

But right now that particular light bulb happens to be the source of light. 

So you tend to think “I cannot exist without the light bulb.” 

On one level it is true. 

But the nature of the Guru is not limited to time and space. 

So it is not because you sit next to the light bulb you get the maximum light. 

You could be a thousand miles away and you may receive more grace than the person who is right now sitting next to that person.

Success will not come to you without grace. 

Somehow, one way or the other you have to learn to be receptive to grace. 

Just your mental state may make you receptive, 

the way you keep your body may make you receptive, 

the way you keep your emotions may make you receptive or you have more complex methods, 

you understand the mechanics of how it works and you become receptive. 

But without grace there will be no success. 

You maybe brilliant but still you will be a failure. 

You may be immensely capable still you will be a failure.

But a moment of grace, and suddenly you will see everything will be successful. 

For you to be peaceful, for you to be happy, you can do it from within. 

If you know how to keep your body and your mind, you can do these things. 

But being successful in what you’re doing will not happen without grace. 

Without the lubricant of grace your machine will not go too far. 

Everything will be an uphill task in your life. 

Most human beings do this to themselves because they are so full of themselves. 

They will not become available to grace. 

Everything in their life is hard work – 

education is hard work, 

going to work is hard work, 

marriage is one big hard work. 

But if you become very receptive to grace, you find everything is effortless because you are now a well-lubricated being.

I remember sharing that we are all "Light Bodies" and when we merge together, there is no way to differentiate Each Individual's Light Body!

To many, the Zen ideology means "some crazy statements from some crazy person"!

Hahaha!

AND a True Guru shares widely and freely without demanding that you pay for his sharing too!

Sadhguru and GM Lu have lots in common in that they freely share Universal Secrets with All and those that have the relevant affinity will become Enlightened faster.

That's all! 

For we are all Equal in that we all have Buddha Nature!

That's the True Difference between An Enlightened One and a Sentient Being! :)

Likewise all materials shared in this blog is Free and those with Affinity get to Full or True Realisation ahead only, but all will eventually reach the "other shore" as well!

Your due diligence in cultivation determine the speed you arrive at the "other shore", not anyone else's efforts!

We give thanks to those that share "universal secrets" with all, in order to benefit all!

See Buddha Nature 见佛性?

Still remember GM taught how to lightly press on our eyes, to See Light?

Well, if you can see dots of medium blue or Gem-blue light, you have done pretty well in cultivation.
If there are yellow dots of light, you are doing something right in cultivation.
Or if you can see dots of white lights, you have an idea what is Seeing Light!


GM said the Gem-blue light is light of your Buddha Nature.

If you don't see any light, then start now by being diligent and sincere in cultivation.

Learn the Right way from GM only!

Pay attention to all speeches from GM and pick up Keys that will help guide you cultivate well.

Don't delude yourself that you can see this and that too!

If you do everything the Bodhicitta way, your cultivation path should be pretty smooth sailing. :)

Yes! Bodhicitta!


O! Don't bother to try and deduce who can see light and who can't too!

Nothing to do with you!

You only have to stay focus and put in diligent efforts sincerely in cultivation!


You will find as you move along, you really need to do lots of research into topics that GM talks about or brought up.

Last year, I met a chapter's incharge from Taiwan, while she was mopping the floor in the ladies' washroom.

A glance somehow became a quick scan and I told her to wait for me, as I am going into one of the cubicles to ease myself.

When I am done, she is no longer inside the washroom.

I went in search of her and found her within seconds.

I said I would like to talk to her, and we went to a corner outside, a balcony of sort.

I said her health was not too good and her kidneys and heart had problems.

She affirmed my statements and told me that she had asked SZ to help her.

She said: SZ told me "A miracle will heal me"!
[她说：师尊跟我说 - 奇迹就能治疗好我！]


The following - I taught her to chant Guru's mantra in 3 different ways only! 
[以下 --- 我教她用3 个不同方式 （念上师心咒）而已!]

I smiled.

Then I asked her to chant Guru's mantra.

After a while, I stopped her and told her to do it with visualization of Guru blessing her with light when she chants!

I again stopped her after a while, and asked her how she was feeling at that time?
I could see she started to light up a little. :)

She replied she felt a bit better.

Hahaha! Now the Finale!

I taught her to chant Guru's mantra, visualizing she is Guru and radiating Light to all, without differentiation and segregation! 
Just sharing the goodness of Universal Energy in the form of Light! :)


This time she stopped and smiled and said she felt wonderful and she said I must be the Miracle that SZ told her to find! 
[这次，她自动停下来， 微笑着对我说，她觉得很好，接着说道， 我应该是师尊叫她找的奇迹!]

Doing Repentance for Choosing a Presidential Candidate

2011, I was in Seattle for the Autumn event.

After checking in, I took a bath and start up my laptop.

I chanced upon Election News posted by a fellow student, in Facebook.
He told me that polling is over and votes counting in progress.

I went to "check-out" the candidates from the link of this student.

Looking at the 4 of them, I noticed that TT has a shine or light.
[Yes! I am Mad! - A shine or light from a Still or photo!!!]
Hehe!

I said TT is the best amongst the 4 and he will likely be the successful one for Presidency!

Well, the student informed me the next day that I am accurate and TT is the chosen President!

However, that "Choosing" or "Selecting", more from "nothing better to do" cost me dear!

I did repentance and vowed not to get involve in matters of like nature hence!

Means I am not to even look at the candidates in future and mentally pick One for that campaign!

SZ said that we do not get involve in politics.
Ordination means best away from any Sentient battles too!

We are to help others leaving suffering behind and cannot interfere with Karma and its paths!

Doing Repentance means MUST NOT REPEAT!

So far so good, didn't encounter like situations. :)

Only look at physical health of others and help them if I can.
Anything else? Can't see!!!

Question: When Will XX Die?

Another dreary topic - Death!

Death is a Suffering that Buddha Dharma explains clearly and One can cultivate and overcome this suffering before it occurs.

All Sufferings like Life & Death can be taken into proper perspective and it is not a scary event to be dreaded at all!

Sentient Beings are swift to Pronounce Someone else's Death when the Doctors take these patients off Treatment.
This is true for those suffering from carcinomas, especially what is commonly labeled as "End-stage"!

I was asked to go help do some Pre-death chanting for someone that is critically ill at a local hospital.
The duty reverend in that Temple said that I need that kind of experience as I am newly ordained! :)
He sort of shrug out of his duty too.
I am not attached to the temple but he is and he draws monthly wages from the temple.


A student asked me why I didn't agree to go in the duty reverend's place.

I said: SZ said that we must not pronounce anyone's Death Sentence, before the actual event!  

Also, as True Yogi, our words and statements will Materialized, as the Dharmapalas around us will execute our wishes!

I will agree to go and chant for Blessing and the rest is up to the Individual's patient Karma.


This is what I always do for the so-called "Soon to Die".
I will talk to SZ and ask for blessing for this person, if he is to stay alive, then please let him recover fully. Else, please let this person pass peacefully and comfortably and please deliver him to a better place or Pureland if possible.


3 years ago. I recall a student showed me her son's photo and asked me, can he be cured?
I looked at the photo for a while.
I told her to ask SZ.
She said that she asked SZ, but SZ didn't reply! :)

The kid is suffering from an incurable disease and prognosis is poor.
However, there is light in him, evidencing that SZ has already reached out to help him!
Moi?
Really don't need to do anything at all! :)

Am I crazy? Hahaha! Who knows!
Seeing light in a person from a Photo!!! Hehe!
YES! MAD! Very much so!
Hahaha!

After a cultivation session.
2 years ago, a student asked me whether she needs to have surgery or not.
She fears surgery!
I looked at her and she is filled with dark blue light [as picture above] of Bhaisajyaguru Buddha!
I told her that SZ is already healing her, as well as Medicine Buddha.
She didn't need surgery hence!

SZ said that Qi energy can clear blockages which is major cause of illnesses, therefore as long one cultivates well, one will be healthy and remain so too.

SZ is a Living Buddha, if you cultivate sincerely with due diligence, you can heal self too! :)

So what is Death?
Just a change of Shell and Status or Form only!

One's Buddha Nature never dies!

Hungry ghost is a Western translation of Chinese 餓鬼 (èguǐ), a concept in Chinese Buddhism and Chinese traditional religion representing beings who are driven by intense emotional needs in an animalistic way.

The Chinese concept is related to the preta in Buddhism more generally.

These beings are "ghosts" only in the sense of not being fully alive; not fully capable of living and appreciating what the moment has to offer.

The English term has often been used metaphorically to describe the insatiable craving of an addict.

Chinese folk religion

Hungry ghosts also appear in Chinese ancestor worship. 鬼法界, 鬼界 is "the realm of hungry ghosts".[2] Some Chinese believe[who?] that the ghosts of their ancestors return to their houses at a certain time of the year, hungry and ready to eat. A festival called the Hungry Ghost Festival (TC: 盂蘭盆, SC: 盂兰盆 Yúlánpén) is held to honor the hungry ancestor ghosts and food and drink is put out to satisfy their needs.

When Buddhism entered China, it encountered stiff opposition from the Confucian adherents to ancestor worship. Under these pressures, ancestor worship was combined with the Hindu/Buddhist concept of the hungry ghost. Eventually, the Hungry Ghost Festival became an important part of Chinese Buddhist life.

According to transcribed oral tradition, some Chinese villagers believe that spirits may be granted permission to return to the world of the living, and to take what they can from there, if these spirits had not been given sufficient offerings by their living relatives.

Tibetan Buddhism

Main article: Preta

In Tibetan Buddhism Hungry Ghosts (Tib. ཡི་དྭགས་, Wyl. yi dwags, Sanskrit: pretas) have their own realm depicted on the Bhavacakra and are represented as teardrop or paisley-shaped with bloated stomachs and necks too thin to pass food such that attempting to eat is also incredibly painful. Some are described as having "mouths the size of a needle's eye and a stomach the size of a mountain". This is a metaphor for people futilely attempting to fulfill their illusory physical desires.

According to the History of Buddhism, as elements of Chinese Buddhism entered a dialogue with Indian Buddhism in the Tibetan Plateau, this synthesis is evident in the compassion rendered in the form of blessed remains of food, etc., offered to the pretas in rites such as Ganachakra.

Seen these?

Greedily grabbing and seizing of Offering brought by others - These happen all the time on Sundays in rainbow temple after fire puja when students grab greedily at others' stuff from the offering area!

It is a horrible sight indeed to see after an auspicious session by SZ!

Seems most popular are bottled water! 

Don't cost much but also like to take away from others for Self. :)

Watch them next weekend, the look in their eyes and the Joy of "Success" at pilfering is indeed hair-raising! 

O! They would return to "hunting grounds" after storing their loots! 

Some put their loots in their cars and return for subsequent rounds.

It is good practice to Observe and Store and you slowly learn to read auras, with good Qi & Light mobilization.

Hahaha! I seem to be seeing Ghosts too often!!!

Crazy Wisdom – Light & Sight 光与见

The above are from the recent Seattle Autumn Event.

The Pindola depicted here is so much different from the figurines on sale in different sizes during the event.
The figurines of Pindola sold at event venues were all very different as the look of Pindola is "scared" with mouth opened!

The vendors all claimed that Pindola is ugly looking!
Hahaha!

UGLY and Scared or Frightened really very different, do you agree?


Now back to Light & Sight.

Light on objects enable us to see them according to the Amount of Light shining on these objects.
Similarly, when you "borrow" light and then beam them from your 3rd-eye chakra or Tian Xin chakra, you have Sight that is beyond "human" eye.

When LW keeps speaking to me in broad daylight, the "borrowed" light and the daylight lighting him up, helped me to "read" his aura or "energy" easily, if he but knows it. :)

SZ said this one can see light during cultivation.
Now, has this announcement in public caused him dearly in term of increasing his level of susceptibility to  adulation & praises, factors of the 3 Poisons?

Well, if you have a good look at LW, his aura is dull and his eyes tell its own story. The facial expression also a dead giveaway to the level, if any, of central channel light-up.

As to LH that hardly contribute to the conversation, SZ said he has cultivated Anasrava Dharma well. He used to be cheerful looking and shining.
Go have a closer look at him now.

As per SZ, with "borrowed" light and know-how to deploy this light, a cultivator has Sight beyond "human" or physical eye-sight.

It is very similar to Mirror-reflection.

Just like the camera that picks up lighted scenes and records them, all "Eyes" other than the Physical Eye, can work like the camera.

Listen attentively to SZ, go watch repeatedly on how to "borrow" light.


Beware the 3 Poisons too!

Four Pillars of Destiny is a Chinese, Japanese and Korean conceptual term that describes the four components creating a person's destiny or fate.

The four components within the moment of birth are year, month, day, and hour.

Hahaha! 

Let us look at the above from yet another interesting angle. :)

Now let scroll back to Guru's speech about reading people's fate from photos with Thubten Ksiti.

Looking at pictures capturing people's Physical Presentation of Appearances.

Is there need for the Four Components mentioned above? :)

Now Guru also said that Thubten Ksiti is able to read the Fate of those VMs sitting on stage At A Glance, and the Fate = Karma for 3 Times.

Means Past; Present & Future! 

Does Thubten Ksiti needs the Four Components here too? 

Now can you try to understand what Guru meant by not going through the study of Fengshui & Astrology and etc. which are side-doors?

Scroll again to recent speeches about Lightening Up Central Channels and Transformation into Light; Borrowing and Accumulating Light; and the article in Rainbow Body Attainment Book 3 - Appearance of Pure Light.

Lighting up Self and then enabling Self to project Light at Will, onto subjects, One can read their Fate or Karma.

As to the proper methods, wait for Guru to share and give the respective Abhiseka.

Alternatively, wait for Guru to teach you Astrally and give your the respective Abhiseka.

I remember advising some students to not waste time on Fengshui & Astrological materials.

Also advised one to forget what he has learned from a Taoist practitioner, because what he learned are Methods of Convenience to solve Sentient Matters, but effectiveness varies from practitioner to practitioner.

Fortunate for the student in {Lotuschef on Bazi 八字 [2]}, the master is honest by telling them that his methods or data will not be effective or accurate for certain category of people.

YES! he won't be able to apply his knowhow to True Yogi like Shizun! :)

He also won't be accurate for those people that can [Merge Into Elemental Planes] at will. 

I share a little about Merging into Different Planes in this blog. 

Time to listen to Shizun properly and cultivate diligently, right?

AA: Fashi, you can see whether a person is cultivating or not?

LC: Yes. Why ask?

AA: That day you tell the fellow student that do not attend fire puja regularly, that he must cultivate daily.

LC: Hahaha! He actually has improved much from our first meeting, back in 2009 when I am still a shijie.

When one cultivates properly, with right mindset, he/she becomes brighter & brighter.
It's a shine of good health. A glowing golden-yellow aura.

When health is no good, they show a pale dull beige color or very dull pale yellow.



Dear all,

Actually, your Vital essence or health essence, can be seen and gauge roughly by your aura or hue.

Now your Blood & Qi circulation determine your health or Life essence.

Just like Universal Wisdom is required to sustain One's Dharmakaya form. :)

In Cultivation, your Channels will be developed gradually and these added to your general Life Essence.

Of course, Qi is a very important instrument as it is sole mobilization tool in our body.

Breathing in and out of skin-pores also can be cultivated and when successful will give you a glow all the time.

The student that has gall stones, opted to cultivate and monitor for a while, as she is afraid of surgery.
When I asked her last week, she said the pain has eased.
What Shizun taught us Truly Works!

During fire puja sessions, I would have a look at each student before helping them to do the offering.
So far so good, am able to help attendees get better generally.


Now to the point! :)

When you are able to SEE light; and for the past few years, you are still able to SEE the same during each cultivation session; YOU ARE STUCK! 

When you think you are in Samadhi, and you see the same scene, YOU ARE STUCK! 


My homework:-
法而本然 - Dharma's origin is Natural.

YOU created the same scenes over & over again, and you got tangled up with these similar scenes and not able to move on.

YOU did not FREE SELF to merge with Nature.

In other words, You become Stagnated at the First stage of Sight of Light!


Once again, you don't have to believe my views, and this is my homework anyway.

Go ask Shizun for instruction and guidance is the best, if you are STUCK!

Guru mentioned some students that can see light.
2 of them are laypersons. :)

There is a difference though to the Light that each one of them can see.

Now the VM starting to see light back in 2010 and 3 years hence, he can still see light.

The sister of a VM can see Guru's Dharmakaya form.

The 3rd one, the professor, can even cultivate to light up and maintain the light, vibrating it along the channels to achieve great bliss for a whole day [24 hours].

Hahaha!

Of course the One that can [USE] Light is the best one among the lot.
Guru said that he, the professor, cultivated diligently all the time and didn't lax a day.

What does Guru wants to impart to us? :)

Why non in Core, except the VM Lian Wang, can see lights but the rest still can't?
These 3 years, what has he done to "upgrade" his cultivation?
He might not like to hear this, but his aura is dimmed when he & Lianyue, approaches me in Taiwan Temple.
Yes. He lacks "shine".
In fact both of them are pretty dull in aura.

Mindset!

Core's published the Disciplines alleging to be from Guru, stating that care-givers of Guru, will get merits from Guru even if they have no leisure to cultivate, and also their merits win thumbs up against those top cultivators that also top in abiding Disciplines!

Listen to Guru or Core?

Guru also said one has to be Pure, External & Internal too.

I read our #2 , he has blocked channels. So cultivating Inner Tantra is practically impossible for him.

O! People that like to shout, don't take offence. From Medical view, they have hearing problems only. Do be nice to them.

Being able to maintain great bliss for 24 hours, the student already got through Anu Yoga in solo cultivation. Therefore, a partner is also not necessary as per Guru.

With Yab-Yum or Anu Yoga, Guru already said that both must be the same level and have achieved Guru Yoga. For the Solitary cultivator, he/she can invoke from the universe, a Dakini or Deity to cultivate Anu Yoga.

Guru's partner is White Tara.

Do you all see now, why I said cultivation depends Solely on Self and Guru's guidance?

Also those layperson can also achieve great results with Diligent Cultivation and adhering to Guru's teachings staunchly!

Out of the 3 that Guru mentioned, 2 are layperson!

Now Think: Does label matters? Core said I am no more a reverend of TBS, that doesn't mean what I have cultivated will all be lost by their statements!

Most of you that read our blogs can see we are still doing perfectly and also lots of light orbs, showing us all that Divinities also join our session all the time.

Hahaha!

I am telling the Truth as it is about what I can see only.
You can choose not to believe or go consult Guru about your own problems and why you can't attain results that others can, even new comers are showing promising signs of "Moving up the cultivation ladder" .

O! actually Guru gave us the answers too in this session, he said you must be PURE within & without!

This speech is recommended to be listened to repeatedly too, until you grasp all the Keys within.

Now Sight! Varsi told Guru to gather light into the 3rd Eye, then can "SEE" liao.

This one needs good Qi Mobilization, just like Anu Yoga. :)


YES! I am harping on 9-steps breathing again!

Guru on "stealing of life's essence"

In today's speech, Guru talks about Armor Protection at rest.

There are many methods but a strong one is recommended when sleeping.

The protection of sleeping in light is a very good one. 

Building Vajra Flooring; walls and top ceiling; and light up with Vajra Fire, will adequately protect you when in sleep from having your life's essence stolen by spirits. Also, you enjoy good quality sleep and refresh after the rest.

Of course, you will be healthy as well. 

Hahaha! What did I do all the time and also share with those around me?

Guru taught to visualize transformation into one's principal yidam before sleep.

He was in Dallas in November 2009 giving Kalachakra Abhiseka.

You visualize the the yidam in detail as yourself and chanting mantra gradually goes into sleep. 

Actually, this is a good fundamental practice to Dream Yoga.

I always chant Guru's mantra, visualizing I am Guru, radiating lots of light; and go to sleep, amidst all the brilliant light radiating outwards. 

Simple and easy to do? :)
