判因續軌：你沒有遇到佛法就是輪迴之因，遇到佛法就是涅槃之因。

Deduce the Cause/origin to continue Path/route:-

If you never meet Buddha Dharma then that is the cause of Transmigration,

If you meet up with Buddha Dharma then that is the cause of Nirvana.

以笑話（蛋白、蛋黃、蛋殼）解釋不一不異，這就是龍樹菩薩的中觀。

The joke - egg white, egg yolk, egg shell ~ explains [Not one Not different], which is Nagajuna's middle way.

柴米油鹽醬醋茶是佛法，現實的社會也是佛法，勝義諦的世界也是佛法。

Wood Rice Oil Salt Sauce Vinegar Tea (these are the basic essentials of human survival) is Buddha Dharma, the realistic society is also Buddha Dharma, the Absolute or Surpasses All elemental truth is also Buddha Dharma.

心、佛、眾生三個是沒有差別，是龍樹菩薩顯現出來的中觀。

Heart, Buddha, Sentient being, these 3 has no differences, that is Nagajuna Boddisattva's revelation of the Middle Way.

是不一也是不異，是自己本身念頭的問題。

Is not one also not different, all the problem is ONE's own mindset!

These few days the various HK chapters holding events, thats why fellow students all go attend events at the chapters that they belong to .....

Shizun said many times ~ Vajrasattva's repentance is the greatest repentance method.

That is just by cultivating [Four Preliminaries Practice] only!

: 你说，身为师尊的弟子为什么就是没听懂师尊的话呢？

You say, as Shizun's student why still can't listen comprehensively to his words?

: 密教主要是听根本上师的而已。这么难实行？

Tantrayana mainly need to Listen only to Root Guru. This is so hard to execute?

: 不成就，就赖到师尊头上！给XX骗了，也是师尊为什么没有早点说破！

Can't attain success, then blame onto Shizun's head! Let XX bluff, also why Shizun don't expose or reveal earlier on!

: 香港上师，就只有.......有点光泽。其余的都没有。

HK VMs, only .... has some light or brightness. The rest don't have.

跟着他们能真正的有效忏悔？

Following their lead can truly be effective in Repentance?

: 失去传承？莲H逼同门离开台湾回香港参加她的堂星期天同修，不可以参加师尊在香华的法会。她恐吓到如不听她的话，师尊来港时不给他们入堂。。。。

Loss Lineage Transmission? Lian H forced fellow student to leave Taiwan to go back to attend a group cultivation session in her chapter on Sunday, cannot stay to participate in Shizun's event at Xiang Hua. She threatened them if they do not obey her words, when Shizun next visits HK, they will not be permitted to enter her chapter .......

: 这不是重自己，损他人？她自己流下参加师尊法会！

This is putting importance on Self to the detriment of others? She can stay back and attend Shizun's event!

: 她还有传承吗？

Does she still have Lineage Transmission?

: 跟着这些人走，最后只会［落空］！

Following those like these, will eventually [End up Empty]! 

: 当然，如果听我的［只需师尊心咒］堂会就喝西北风！ 😜😜😜

Of course, if all of you listen to my [Only need Shizun's mantra], the chapters will all [Drink west north wind]! 

: T少，你试过［师尊心咒］的神奇，就知道问题在自己而已！

T sir, you tried and experienced [Shizun's mantra] amazing/divine effects,  then will know that the Problem lies with Self only!

What if I tell you that all hoards of you attending events hosted by FAKE Masters that of course UNABLE to Invoke Root Guru's Presence, are like those in Hell being herded towards their destination to various Halls of Hell as per their Karmic Negative Influences!

I have seen herds of people with tattered clothing, dirty and disarrayed, being chained up to one another and walking barefooted over rough terrains!

Why being chained together?

Because you all share the same level of Karmic negatives or even joint perpetuators of Collective Karma!

Yes! Not just listen to Shizun's words BUT MUST UNDERSTAND AS WELL! 

You still have time to scold me or reprimand for "Talking Bad" about VMs?

Who is telling the TRUTH all along, and who is Lying all along?

To those that joined hands with TBS' Admin to detriment the Admin's Perceived Version of Lotuschef, you did yourself very wrong and best you wake up and save yourself immediately!

To those that pushed other VMs' popularity around all these years, you are into Collective Karma and bound to be chained along with them to their destined location in one or more Halls of Hell!

For those that are into disrupting our blog, namely the previous lotuschef.org and deleting some dharma propagating materials with links to youtube, YOU can now start to do repentance as frequent as possible with Sincere Intent, because of Harming Yourself by Hindering Dharma Propagation.

All of you have been chanting mantra and many even desperately pushing for the 8 million quota that GM Lu set for a trip to Maha Twin Lotus Pond!

You forgot the KEYS!

Mudra; Visualisation & Mantra.

Employing Guru's mantra as the constant but varying the visualisation is what I use all the time to help those that need cleansing! :)

For those that are not GM Lu's student, I advise them to chant Namo Amituofo or if they are of other Religious Faith, then chant whatever they feel comfortable with!
[For example: Chanting "Hail Mary...." is fine!]

The Principle?

One Universe Only!

The Key is Focus or Concentrate on ONE!

Remember what GM Lu said about Pure Body Speech Mind?

Thats when you are diligently cultivating with Mudra; Visualisation & Mantra!

GM Lu said, can use effectively then its good dharma or method.

Of course there are some that are disturbed by spirits and it is best to keep a close watch on them when teaching them to clean themselves!

If you really need help, TRUST GM Lu to find a way to help you! 

Don't run wild and believe those Fakes that are after your money, after sentient possession, and have already lost Root Transmission Lineage!

Those that detrimented GM Lu's teachings are the real ignorants that are bound for the 3 Lower realms of transmigration!

AA: 法師。我舊同學業障也重。佢夢過靈界來攞債。所以離婚。失業等。我給過很多經=她。但佢懶懶閑。但最近又夢到冤親。

[AA has an old classmate that she perceived as having heavy karmic negatives. Dreams of spiritual realm coming to collect debts. Divorced & jobless. AA gave her many sutra but she is relax and lazy. But recently, karmic creditors come into dream again. AA feels that can succour one also good. Sentient beings are ignorant. Also suffering. 

AA wants to bring her to see Reverend, hope reverend can succour her to chant sutra.]

BB: 犯桃花。渡? 要看【缘】。念经否，都是个人选择。

无需浪费时间见面。
[Karmic is of sex related sins. Succour? Must see (Affinity). Chant sutra or not, all personal choice. No need to waste time to meet up.]

AA: 對看緣。有時約佢出來會甩底架。我都係比高王經佢聽。叫佢跟住唸
: 隨緣
: 星期一晚約左ZZ同你食反
BB: 记得MM师姐吗？

自己都不愿意改变，以为靠【外力】就可以一帆风顺！
AA: MM佢自己好執著。照返自己意思去生活。無計攪🙄

BB: 记住不要安排应酬。我要做法会准备。
: 业障要靠自己去还，去消，去化。佛法是其工具而已。

【用】是佛教的方法。明知又不肯自救，就是无缘。
: 嘻嘻！我喜欢吃家常便饭。像师尊的【不油，不咸，不甜】😍

AA brought her friend to dinner despite my telling her that I don't want to meet this person!

The friend attempted to put questions to me, but I told her clearly: Cannot Ask.

AA brought out a laminated version of "High King Sutra" and said how nicely down is this version. She wanted to give it to her friend. The friend refused to accept it.

AA said agitatedly to her friend that these past 3 years, I braved having to bear your karmic negatives in trying to succour you.....

I stopped her saying that you have given her enough. 

There is no need to repeat the same. 

If she is in need, she will dig out those you gave her and use them.

No need to give her anything further, just wait for her Affinity with Buddha to arise.

The friend left after dinner bringing with her the laminated version of "High King Sutra"! :)

AA said to me then that all she wanted was for the friend to chant Guru's mantra of Om Guru Lian Sheng Siddhi Hom!

Dear all, remember the one that came and consult me and I advised him to steer clear of women?

He died about 3 months later, ran down by a truck on our expressway.

He touched the woman that I advised him to steer clear of!

Karmic sins of a sexual nature?

There are more than one creditors coming to collect and they are lined up in order of severity of debts owe to them!

Succour?

I told AA this means from the start to the finish!

That is to end "On the Other Shore"!

Please go read the sutra for better understanding of "Succour".

People that I don't wish to meet after looking at their photos, mean they have yet to show [Buddha Affinity]!

O! If you like, you can label me as "Lacking Compassion"! :)

GM Lu sharing Lamdre or Path & Fruit, should help most understand that each one of us need to work our way to the Path before we can attain the Fruit.

Without sincere & diligent efforts by Self, One stays Ignorant and worse scenario, continue to pay Karmic debts!

I wrote in this blog about sighting GM Lu walks into a fellow student sitting facing me while we were having tea!

The scenario was repeated several times and I told the fellow student that he can do this visualisation while chanting Guru's mantra.

One evening, after Homa event.
About 12 of us were cooling off in a McDonald's outlet.
From my left hand side, a couple AA & BB sat 3 places down.
AA, the wife started to urge BB, her spouse, to voice something.

BB said pretty accusingly: Fashi, why you didn't teach us the Manjusri deliverance mantra for mealtimes?

I asked: O! I didn't? Then what have you two been doing before meals?
(I dine with them often, and when I was doing the Deliverance and Great Mandala Offering, they were also doing likewise with mudra and mantra).

Hahaha!

BB replied: We chant Guru's Mantra.

I said: What's wrong with Guru's Mantra? It is the same and has the same effect!

YES!
What's wrong with Guru's Mantra?
Hahaha!
The problem is at that juncture, I saw a scary spirit that is bend on mischief in AA!
O! There are more than one in her though.

AND, I remembered when a fellow student emailed to asked me about the before meals ritual, I replied and also sent a copy to AA to share with her.

AH! When one's karmic enemies take control, lots of negatives are created!

I also shared the meaning of Guru's mantra, the long and short version.
It is not the problem of Guru's mantra or any other mantra, BUT the sincerity of the Individual using them and whether using them with Boddhicitta or not!

When you doubt your own Root Guru, you will never ever understand True or Authentic Buddha Dharma!

Doubt is a lethal poison!

Hahaha!

When you act "funny", please remember that there are people that can see through you. :)

Stick close to GM Lu and stay safe!

There is no need to say sorry to me too, just say sorry to yourself for your own choice of actions.

为何精进持咒 Why Diligently Chant Mantra?

A: Fashi, what happened if we can't remember to chant Guru's Mantra upon death?
Means that I can't go to Pureland?
Unlike you, I can't chant Guru's Mantra when I am asleep.

L: Actually, all boils down to Absolute Faith in One's Root Guru! :)
GM Lu promised all that if you diligently chant his mantra for 8 millions times, he will bring you on a tour to Maha Twin Lotus Pond, the Pureland of True Buddhas & White Padmakumara.

A: So its a inprint kind of thing?

L: Yes. You chant it so often with relevant visualisation, till Root Guru is always with you, therefore, you actually can do so in sleep or awake.
When HL has nightmare of boarding a ghosts filled ship, drawing upon Root Guru's presence "saved" her and also her spouse. :)

In recent articles,  a shijie, X, alleged that she always suffered discomfort after visiting Z shijie's residence.
She consulted me without deferring to Root Guru first.
Then Y shijie came into the fray and frightened her about her having to bear responsibilities for others' negative!

THINK: Did X & Y prioritised deference to their own Root Guru in the first instance?

So how to help people like them?

Do visualisation of Root Guru's presence and beaming light blessing to ALL, then chant Root Guru's mantra continuing to share the light blessing far and wide.
Thats all!

Doing the 8 millions without proper visualisation of sharing with All, and also without sincerity but just chasing the numbers, sad to tell you that you are wasting your time!

So shortening or eliminating the distance between you and your Root Guru is the Key that you will be fetch & delivered to Pureland upon your demise! :)

AND, GM Lu recently promised to send all to Pureland and he will deal with the Karmic negatives for All!

SO? What do you still need to fear?

Just do your part with diligence, please.

OR, you can cultivate diligently till your achieved Guru Yoga and get to Pureland on your own steam! :)

Let's scroll back to Rainbow Villa, on one Sunday, a student, Caucasian by birth, came forward to tell his story.
As he doesn't understand Chinese, all he can do is to chant Guru's mantra.

He said about one month into chanting Guru's mantra, his cancer almost gone and he is able to walk.

Another student in Panama, regained sight after a reverend gave a piece of tissue paper that SZ had used to her and she used it to wipe her eyes!

Her miracle is also SZ!


Dear all,
Just chanting Guru's mantra with sincerity and regularly is all that is required!

Why are you still lost and chasing all over for what Guru has already given to you at Refuge?

Listen to Maha Perfection Dharma that SZ shares and what SZ said is VERY TRUE, sounds simple but complex to cultivate!

However, if you have been cultivating diligently from the basics, Maha Perfection Dharma does not boggles you!!!

In article one of this series, The shijie was able to visualize as I instructed her.

She has obviously been cultivating regularly, agree?


Now another shijie that I met recently on board an aircraft, told me she failed to understand what SZ has been sharing.

I also taught her to just Guru's mantra with visualization.
She couldn't do it though.
The visualization part, I mean.

Her aura showed she was confused and she kept asking about this VM and that one, good or not?

I helped her a bit with the Sariputra's sarira pendant that I was wearing.

For this one, I varied the last step and told her to time her breathing with Guru's mantra.
This helped her to have more to concentrate and worked fast and well for her.

No one has taught her this way.
Just Guru's mantra and worked fast and she felt great afterwards.

Amazing?

Not really! :)

SZ is a Buddha, of course his mantra works well on his students and those who are sincere in cultivation!!!

Please stop chasing after anyone who has yet to attain Buddhahood!

Picture above, our dearest Root Guru, The Living Buddha Lian Sheng.

Last year, I met a chapter's incharge from Taiwan, while she was mopping the floor in the ladies' washroom.

A glance somehow became a quick scan and I told her to wait for me, as I am going into one of the cubicles to ease myself.

When I am done, she is no longer inside the washroom.

I went in search of her and found her within seconds.

I said I would like to talk to her, and we went to a corner outside, a balcony of sort.

I said her health was not too good and her kidneys and heart had problems.

She affirmed my statements and told me that she had asked SZ to help her.

She said: SZ told me "A miracle will heal me"!
[她说：师尊跟我说 - 奇迹就能治疗好我！]


The following - I taught her to chant Guru's mantra in 3 different ways only! 
[以下 --- 我教她用3 个不同方式 （念上师心咒）而已!]

I smiled.

Then I asked her to chant Guru's mantra.

After a while, I stopped her and told her to do it with visualization of Guru blessing her with light when she chants!

I again stopped her after a while, and asked her how she was feeling at that time?
I could see she started to light up a little. :)

She replied she felt a bit better.

Hahaha! Now the Finale!

I taught her to chant Guru's mantra, visualizing she is Guru and radiating Light to all, without differentiation and segregation! 
Just sharing the goodness of Universal Energy in the form of Light! :)


This time she stopped and smiled and said she felt wonderful and she said I must be the Miracle that SZ told her to find! 
[这次，她自动停下来， 微笑着对我说，她觉得很好，接着说道， 我应该是师尊叫她找的奇迹!] 


Dear all,
If you really understand SZ's words in the above case, you would have immediately perform Great Prostration in thanking SZ!

however, follow situational needs or requirement to conveniently teach, like all Dharma/methods has no nature, achieve all wisdom, continue to connect to great compassion, to succor sentient beings]

[Buddha's Disciples! Just like Universal Void, all worlds if formed successfully or not, constantly without increase or decrease.
Why is that so?
Universal Void has no nature.
All Buddhas' bodhi is the same too, if achieve True Realization or not, also do not have increase or decrease.]

[Sounds, one by one repeatedly acted out, infinite speech and sounds each have their differences, abiding in the world with ease then do not have differentiation, corresponding to individual's desires, joy, then can hear.
Written characters not from within or without, also won't be lost or spoil and won't be accumulated,
turning the Dharma Chakra for the sake of sentient beings, with this type of ease is truly amazing.
If there are sentient beings that have matured roots of kindness, seeing Buddha's body will get transform or succor.]

[True Nature's Dharma nature do not have Birth, Demise, and base on practicality will appear for the benefit of all sentient beings at any time; upon this special Principle Wish//Vow, do not rest/halt, do not leave out all sentient beings, all times, all dharma/methods.]

This day, February 9: zhongzheng memorial hall

My companions and myself found seats on the tiger side of event venue being seats reserved by a group of HK fellow students.
Before the Usnisa Vijaya event commenced, K shijie asked: Fashi, can you help bless my younger brother's wife? She keeps vomiting, drinking water also no exception.

This sister in law, M, had a pale face and really very uncomfortable looking!
Thus, I instructed her to chant Guru's mantra non-stop, and I commenced to "heal" her.
Hehe! One small mater only!

First help her to rub and press:

1. He Gu acupoint - see image below. Massaging this point will help relief and reduce all associates of Large intestine and organs ailments.

Majorly treats:
Heart pain, Palpitation, Stomachache, Vomiting, Panic Attacks, Madness, Epilepsy, Chest pain, Wrist Joint pain, Emotional Upheaval.

Also can help with:
Angina, insomnia, abdominal pain, constipation, various ailments.

3. Nei Guan Acupoint - see image below.

4. Heart Vein -This is a heritage of a certain practitioner call [Song Jing Fa - loosen vein method] - not at liberty to share widely.


This M Shijie, become comfortable immediately.
Her lips reddened and also her cheeks!
Ok already.

Hahaha!

After a while, I sat and meditated.

My intention was to FEEL the Energy Fields of the surrounding.

However, I heard K shijie told fellow students: Do not disturb fashi, as she has expanded "strength" in treatment, she needs to recover her original energy!

Hehe!

Avatamsake sutra's [No Increase nor decrease] - to an obedient cultivator or yogi, whether one expands strength or not, truly does not make any difference.

I instructed M shijie to chant Guru's mantra non-stop, that is as per Guru: divert all to him and he will in turn [spread them out into the Universal void, thus all matters shall be resolved!

Dear readers, do you agree that [Avatamsaka Sutra] is a secret kungfu manual for cultivation?

Encountering Spirits 遇见灵众

Something like this one is mounted on a wall inside a hotel room we rented.
Upon first sight of it above the side table to the right of the headrest of the bed, I have a spooky feeling.
No scared but pretty weird! :)

That night or more accurately at 3am in the morning as I am posting articles to blog, there were sounds of water splashing in the bathroom. This sound stop and then starts again.
Happened twice and I shut down my laptop preparing to sleep, I told them to stop as I am going to sleep, so please don't make noise anymore!

Hahaha! The noise stops and I had a good rest till about 8am. Slept about 4 hours. :)


The next day at breakfast, YS said she also felt someone about to come disturb her and she chant guru mantra. She wasn't disturb further.


I remember sharing the having pets attract "animal spirits"!
Also figurines of animals also attract them as well!
Figurines of Deities or Divinities if left unattended to for long period also become shelters for all kinds of spirits that need homes!


I am glad that YS, a new fellow student also learn to use Guru mantra when in need! :)

Most of the rooms in this hotel have heads of one animals or another.
If you are scared then make sure you don't check into this one!

Seattle Temple, 23-8-2013.

I was taking photos of clouds formation over the temple's grounds with some fellow students.

AA and another student walked forward and asked what are we taking.

As I turned and reply, I somehow had a glance at him and what I saw made me take a good look at him.

Although I told him we are studying cloud formation as we captured lots of Dharmapalas from the cloud formation the previous day.

I told AA that he should watch his health as he is likely to have problem with his kidneys.

I gave him a pendant with Guru's picture, and within it, various Dharani.

Advised him to chant Guru's long mantra as there is the 6 realm vajra mantra mandala too, that can help in cleansing & purifying.

He looks much better then, after he chanted Guru mantra with me.

He went away and came back minutes later with his family, asking me to look at his wife and kids.
I told him that I won't look anymore.
Well? His family are ok, no point to look and explain.

If I look at the family too, a queue will form, and I will be surrounded within minutes.:)

Whenever I step on temple's ground, a Malaysian fashi tailed me, hanging about 2 metres distance from me and mostly on my left hand side. She is also back-up by a few others in different positions nearby, hanging around alone, seemingly with nothing better to do than just stand still watching.

Fellow students with me, noticed that when I move, they shift positions accordingly to maintain close proximity vigilance! :)

Wow! They have nothing more productive to do?
Don't they need to cultivate at all?
Why hand control of self to others and be directed by them into carrying orders to their own detriment?
Guru said something about these yesterday, did you pick up any?


I saw AA yesterday after Abhiseka, he looks much improved.

Pindola's abhiseka seems to help him much, health wise. :)

Guru explained today's yidam Ragarajah's various practices.

Basic requirement is chant mantra 300K.

When use, chant 7 times to execute individual method for chosen purpose.

On Maha Perfection, Guru is still explaining Concepts of Ati Yoga.

Interesting bit is how to transform into Void and with a thought of traveling to a certain location, for example Malaysia, Guru feels that somehow his Soul or Spirit descends in and arrives at the Centre of Global Earth.

Then like a propeller, turning 3 rounds, slowly surfaced to the Desired Location. 

Again how to form the Lion Posture.

Hahaha! I am real shocked about descending to the Centre of Global Earth!!!

Guru taught me this one back in March 2009.

I shared this also in my maiden dharma speech on 7 November 2009.

Only Root Guru's mantra is needed too, when we are helping those with problems or illness or discomforts!

Well, I "beam" light into a certain lady standing by my side on the EUFF opening night, after the show.
Smiling at her, I told her please stand still for a moment.
Then I lightly tapped her on her left shoulder and told her, "It's done!". :)
I told her she is dull and probably too tired.

She told me she felt something, but can't describe.
She said she is much more alert and filled with energy now.

Hahaha!
Just chanting Guru's mantra, direct you gaze at the subject you want to help.
Beam light from your "3rd-eye chakra", until you see the dullness fading away and gone.

As to how?
You need to master 9-steps breathing techniques before I will share with you how.

YES! 9 Steps Breathing again and again!!!
I am getting naggy and boring!!!

The Five Dhyani Buddhas

The Hada, the greatest form of showing respect.
These are 5-colors ones with a Pearl sewn on top.
This Hada is offered to Divinities eg. Buddhas & Boddhisattvas.
The 5 colors can represent the 5 wisdoms of all Buddhas.

The recent rumors that went around after Guru's 20-10-2012 speech, and the call to all in TBS to recite the [Plead for Buddha to stay in this realm] verses, seem frivolous if all are truly diligent in cultivation in accordance with Guru's teaching.

Chanting lots of Guru's mantra, should be a daily practice as Guru said, cultivate once a day and you will be alright! However, must cultivate with Understanding and not just go through the motion! :)

Chanting Guru's mantra, has plenty of benefits.

1. When chanting and with Visualization of Guru in your heart chakra or smiling at you, you are practicing [Using thought to eliminate thoughts]; One to over ride many. So you have a calmer and clearer mindset.
2. Once you start to chant, your heart chakra lights up and you can visualize you are Guru, sharing light as far and wide with all beings. You can also visualize all beings transform into Light and merges as ONE! You are included.
   [You are practicing Boddhicitta of sharing with all without Discrimination, and this is actually Mahamudra or higher tantra. Transformation into Light is actually the Buddha's Dharmakaya form.]
3. Just dedicating merits of chanting Guru's mantra to all, is also good to clear negative and established Affinity with all sentient beings. :) You make lots of friends in a very short time!
4. When chanting Guru's mantra you can also visualize healing, as I have shared in recent articles.
5. Chanting more of Guru's mantra, bring you close and closer to Guru too!

Therefore is there a need for a special call to all to [Plead for Buddha to stay in this realm]?
Buddha or Guru, your Root Guru, is always with you, and you only need to start chanting and visualizing only!
Just cultivating regularly and diligently is the same as Keeping Guru in this realm!

Guru said he will stay not very long and he urges that all treasure this Affinity with him.
He didn't say anything about his leaving or retiring at all.

Do not mindlessly take for truth what big brothers or sisters tell you verbally or in written form like  email, please.

From my recent articles, and analysis, not many of them truly has wisdom or practice what Guru taught and shared. And most really have no idea what Buddha's students can do or cannot do!

From Guru's book 96 - Overtures:
[For those that are evil in ways & mindset, we have to employ kind persuasion rather then one track mind of beating them. It is this group of people that we need to teach and succor.]

However, our School's administrative committee, issued an Official Notice to all to go into a Private Forum, hosted by a person calling herself [ilovegm]. This host roused all to show the defamators how strong they are and threatened them with [Force in Numbers]!

She wrote: make them hear wind of us and flee in fear!

Pretty threatening? :)

They behave like mafia more than Buddha's students, agree?


Anyone think that Guru will leave TBS at this time, when administration creates its own chaos?

Will Guru leaves us, knowing that lots of ignorants are being blindly led?

My humble opinion: Didn't you cultivate to learn to ultimately control your own Life & Death?

Guru talks about the 5 Buddha's wisdom, listen carefully and learn and move away from those that are control freaks or power-grabbing craze!

Mani Stones 摩尼宝珠

This is dedicated to Lotus Nino and all Diligent Cultivators. Om Guru Lian Sheng Siddhi Hom!

I have to stress again that the following is my own techniques of cultivation resulting from Guru’s sharing and my knowledge of Buddha Dharma.

It is for information only and if you want to use them, please do so at your own risk, as cultivation needs to build proper foundation and one gradually move along the cultivation path with Bodhicitta and Prajna.

The Sun – nature – Yang 阳.
The Moon – nature – Yin 阴.
These are Mani stones.

How to use them?

Cultivate early in the morning when they sun is about to rise. Time Samadhi with the appearance of the Sun or later, so that you can see the light and feel the warmth gradually engulfing you, giving you light and warmth. As if being hug by the Universe.

You “breathe” in the warmth and the light.

For those that are extremely Yin, and always see spirits or disturb by them, these is very good remedy.

Or just chant Guru’s mantra and enjoy the Universal Hug.

Please don’t overdo and get Sun-burnt!

Once your system memorised this light and warmth, you can then draw upon it any time when you are feeling cold or even lonely. :)

Same method with the Moon. This one, you feel cool and light hugs you. Just visualize you are Guru and relaxing in wonderful nature.

You can draw upon it when you are too ‘Hot’, angry; agitated; feel hurt and betrayed….. The Universe is with you and nothing matters! :)

Doing the 9 steps breathing with both is good too!

You need these?

Yes! When you need to cultivate inner tantra, you need to know the feel of warmth and cool comfort.

You also need them when doing fire puja, visualizing merging with a cool blue flame.
Now take good care of your health as you need a healthy body to cultivate well.

Will share more on the usage of Mani Stones, when they surfaces in my mind.

Hehe! they have gone into hiding as I am familiar with usage and do not bring them up as often now.
