This is a Haunted Toilet that was boarded up by tenants. However, helping all spirits in this premise take refuge in SZ, we even captured a Light Orb inside!
We taught the tenants how to do offering to the spirits and maintain harmony!
We have effectively settled the spirits in this premise already!
Now Karma!
I watch a HK Drama series entitled "Karma Riders".
I specifically like a part of the lyrics : 明白了；放下了就等于得到！
Once understand that Letting Go is Equivalent to Attaining/Achieving!
When you THINK someone is pitiful and you want to extend a Helping Hand, please get all the relevant details first!
Think: In the Karmic perspective, what has this person done to others, this life and previous ones?
After grasping all the facts, help this person by teaching him to say sorry to his Karmic foes first.
If the facts pointed to this person being a victim of others, you can help all you want!
Although Karma returns to all, sometimes help is needed immediately and by helping these would be victims, you are cultivating Boddhicitta!

In SZ's speech today, practicing 9-steps breathing, helps one to relax and let go of troubling thoughts. Prolong practice makes one Healthy as well!
