GM Lu gave the transmission of this mantra in Australia Melbourne's Yen San temple, in October 2010.

Please remember that in Tantrayana, one needs transmission empowerment from one's chosen lineage guru before practicing any sadhana of yidam of choice.

Please do so before you use this mantra.

Dear NG,

I hope you can read these and understand that any mantra can help you if you stay focus.
In Tantrayana, the key is Mudra, Visualisation & Mantra.
As long as you have the relevant empowerment transmission or abhiseka from your root guru, you can cultivate any Sadhana.
But as per first stage of Mahamudra - Yoga at 1st stage or level is to Focus on One!

Dear Lotuschef Lama,

I decided to write to you because you sometimes respond to dharma questions.
I had taken refuge with Sheng Yen Lu but afterwards changed to another vajrayana school because another teacher offered to visit my country and I received many mantras and some practices to do.

I was given a long version长咒 of White Umbrella Practice.
I chanted it every day many times as protection from black magic which I was always a victim and still ocassionally suffer.

Recently, Living Buddha Lian Sheng who I respect and believe in his teachings last September 2017 he taught about protection from black magic with sitatapatra.
I have a question but dont have a way to ask His Holiness Sheng Yen Lu.
I hoped maybe you know the answer or can intervene to ask his Holiness, since compared to me you sure have more access to His Holiness.

The question is:

If I pray to sitatapatra Buddha Mother to shield me with her great white parasol, is it possible to ask the deity to shield me in such a way that the parasol follows me even when I go outside various places or is the parasol only stationary in place in house or practice room?

Clarifying this point would be important if one wants protection in all outdoor places.

Thank you very much may you gain a lot of merit by enabling simple practitioners get protected with the teachings of Grandmaster.

而我也跟他分享了：密教的传承灌顶的重要性，还有咒，观想，手印。
And I shared with him: Tantrayana's abhiseka importance, also Mantra Visualisation and mudra.

重点：瑜伽第一层［专一］！
Key is : First stage yoga - Focus on One!

这次，来问［大白伞盖佛母］如何能24小时保护自己，无论身在何处！
This round, he asked [Sitatapatra] how then can protect self 24/7 irregardless of location.

他还说，他皈依了鲁师尊，然后又［变节］去皈依另外一个密宗师父，因为这师傅答应到他的国家弘法。
他也因此［得到］很多咒和法！

这师傅给了他［大白伞盖佛母］的长咒 long mantra。

他说他一直在念，以保护自己，因为他时常受降头的伤害。

他想知道，是否可以以此咒让大白伞盖佛母［不停］的一直保护他。

他说重点是能在户外都可以得到保护。

他谢我也祝我能得到很多功德～就是能给予［简单行者］得到师尊教诲的保护。

哈哈哈！Hahaha!

他根本没有［了解］我之前讲的［专一］！
He didn't basically understand what I shared with him on [Focus on One]!

也没有明白［密宗传承］的重要性。
Also don't understand the importance of Lineage transmission in Tantrayana.

很明显的是，他对现任的密宗师父也没［信心］！
Very obvious is he has no confidence or trust in his current Tantric Guru!

那莲师讲的：［尊师，重法，实修］， 他都不懂。
What Padmaguru says: [Respect Guru, Treasure dharma, diligent cultivation], he all don't know.

还能教他什么！！！

Still can teach him what!!!

重点很明显就是他对降头能够对自己的影响有巨大的恐惧！
What is most obvious is that he has great fear of Black magic and its effects on himself!

就是连［心经］里讲的［无挂碍故，无有恐怖］。。都不懂！

That is even the part of [Heart sutra] that says [Have no concern in heart. With no concern, there is no fear. ]

此人还需要建立基础而且必须自己走出［恐惧］！
This subject still needs to build foundation and solely up to himself to walk out of [Fear]!

印契的口訣─表裏合一 Mudra's Secret Key – Inner & Outer Self As One

　觀想時，手指結印，又叫「印契」，也叫「印相」，有時也稱為「契印」。結印時，用指頭作種種之形，是佛菩薩諸尊法德的標幟。

密教由小指次第數至大指，各安上「地水火風空」之稱。

Tantrayana levels start from little finger to thumb, each signifies [earth, water, fire, wind, void].

又左手為定，右手為慧。

Also, left hand as constant/firm stillness, right hand as wisdom.

　　佛菩薩手上所執之種種法器，也是印契。
Dharma instruments held in hands of Buddhas & Boddhisattvas are also mudra contract.

「契」的含義，又是「契約」的意思，表示非偽也，是合一的，不改變的。
[Contract] means not false, as One, will not change.

　　結印有結印的作用。若結本尊手印時，就是象徵本尊。
Forming mudra has purpose, when forming a particular yidam's mudra, then represent the yidam.

　　另外，連續的結手印，等於是「法」的作用，例如：
Moreover, continue to form mudra, equals to [Dharma], for example:

　　結施無畏印，屈豎左手，舒五指，掌向前，即施無畏給眾生的意思。
Form Fearless Dana, bend left hand with fingers erect and palm forward, means Fearless Dana to all sentient beings.

　　結與願印，即伸手掌向外，指端下垂的手相，就是佛菩薩為應眾生所求的給與之印相。
Forming Fulfil wish mudra, palm outstretch, fingers downwards, that is Divinities' mudra in granting sentient beings' wishes.

　　結轉法輪印，這是二手當胸，左手掌向內，屈拇指，中指，無名指，豎食指及小指；右手掌向外，屈拇指及食指。這是表示轉法輪及說法。

　　結吉祥印，右手掌立向外，拇指無名指相捻。

　　結法界定印，膝上仰左手，仰右手於其上，兩拇指頭相接即是。

　　密教中的「印契」，有很多非常特殊的，種類也多，當我們看見一尊佛菩薩時，要識別是何佛及何菩薩，首先我們要觀察其手是給什麼印契，由結印，認出其標幟，再來可觀察其手中之持物，由持物的含義，認出是何尊佛菩薩，因為持物的含義，均依各尊之本誓而有不同。

　　例如：

　　藥師如來手執藥壺，或塔。

　　觀音菩薩手執淨瓶及楊柳枝。（這種造像最多）

　　金剛薩埵手執五股杵及金剛鈴。

　　大日如來手結智拳印。

　　大隨求菩薩手持鉞斧鉤。

　　孔雀明王及鬼子母手持吉祥果。

　　馬頭明王持三鈷厨。

　　大輪明王持三鈷戟。

　　等等…………………………。

　　真佛宗八大本尊之一的「蓮花童子」，其印相，是左手「持蓮印」，右手「說法印」，修「蓮花童子」本尊時，必須結蓮花童子手印。

　　持蓮印──左手大拇指按食指。

小指伸直，其他兩指彎曲。掌心向內。放在胸前。像拿蓮花一般。

　　說法印──右手大拇指按屈下的中指，其他三指伸直。手心向外。

　　結印時，要知道，蓮花童子的傳承是淵源深遠的，其實蓮花童子正是大日宮而來的轉化，其真實傳承是：

　　大日如來──佛眼佛母──蓮花童子──蓮生活佛。

　　「印契」是密宗的三密之一。

　　學習真佛密法，要明白「印契」之理，凡是真佛宗的真正金剛上師，皆由根本上師親傳祕密印契。

　　「印契」的口訣正是「表裏合一」。

　　「手印」是具體的表徵，「身體」是具體的表徵，手印與身體的配合就是表現「外相」。

　　至於「通達本心，菩提心，金剛心，圓滿心，慈悲心，喜捨心。」這是表現佛菩薩的「內相」。

　　「手印」的結成，要觀察自己的本心，把本心集中在一處，不讓它妄動，然後依手印的標幟，轉化自己的本心成為本尊圓滿，本尊佛駐進自己的身中。由「手印」的結成，密宗行者和佛本尊，二者合而為一，這正是「印契」的大口訣「表裏合一」。完全與本尊合為一體。

「蓮生活佛」在本文中，說出結手印的大口訣，這是非同小可的，因為「手印」人人可結，但「手印」通達本心，變成「表裏合一」那就不是簡單容易的事。如果「手印」與「本心」能結合，那所施之法，如同佛菩薩本尊的法力一樣，可說是十方通達，如應隨響。

　　由「手印」到「通達本心」，變化本尊，是一種祕密的成身觀，須要精神統一的觀想及轉化。「手印」的具體，再配合「觀想」，佛我合一的境界，正是印契的大口訣──「表裏合一」。

Build Foundation - Four Preliminaries Practice 建基础 － 四加行法

Quoting from 5-7-2011 The Importance of the Four Preliminaries:

`What is the most important practice?`
`The Four Preliminaries` I replied.
`Why?`
`The Four Preliminaries Practice is the very foundation of Tantric Buddhism. If the foundation is weak, all cultivation is simply like building castles in the air.`

When we begin our cultivation of the Tantric practices, we must first build the foundation, as it is required for preparing the ground of cultivation, hence, the Preliminaries.

The Four Preliminaries are each embedded with profound significance.

蓮生活佛讚揚「蓮信上師」是「真佛宗第一位功德主」，功德巍巍！，

蓮信上師也是協助「台灣雷藏寺」建寺，弘法不遺餘力尊貴的上師。

GM Lu enumerated VM Lian-xin's various meritorious deeds, like being instrumental in the success of erecting Caotun Temple.

在火供時，蓮生活佛清楚的看見蓮信上師立於火上，直接成佛！

坐在蓮花上，様貎如阿羅漢，非常真實清楚！
During the event, GM Lu has a very clear sighting of VM Lian-xin in the Homa fires, directly attained Buddhahood!

He was sitting on a lotus flower, appearance like Arhat, very true and clear!

這是「中陰成佛」，是第二等的成佛，是非常非常難能可貴！

This [Bardo attain Buddhahood] is the 2nd class Buddhahood attainment, very very rare and precious!

蓮生活佛感謝蓮信上師！

並作為真佛宗的見證，是真佛宗的光榮。

 

蓮信上師是「敬師、重法、實修」，在今天火化後，燒出了「金剛舍利」如姆指大，非常稀有珍貴；而且還有各種顏色的「舍利子」、「舍利花」。

VM Lian-xin practiced [Respect Guru, Value Dharma, Diligent Cultivation], and upon cremation today, sarira the size of thumb, [Vajra Sarira], resulted, these are rare and precious; and there are various types of sarira in various shapes too.

Dear all,

During his Dharma speech yesterday, GM Lu brought up the topic of authenticity of Dharma shared by him.

The resulting sarira from cremation, proved that what GM Lu taught and shared are authentic and can lead a diligent student to eventual Buddhahood if adhered too steadfastly!

Hahaha!

It is not Dharma that is no good, but dependent on the student practicing Dharma!

Yet another good motivation for all to start as per GM Lu "From the beginnning" and "Step by step" too!

A word of caution: Do not attempt to jump before you can even stand erect to walk!

Think that you have ample foundation or did enough Ground works?

【雨文 報導】2015年11月29日下午二時許，蓮生活佛 盧勝彥法王於〈甘露精舍〉主持「地藏王菩薩瑜伽焰口」法會。

會後，蓮生法王開示時首先談到〈甘露精舍〉，每年一度做瑜伽焰口超度幽冥非常靈感，廣度十方法界。

在化食時感應到非常多的幽靈，數目像螞蟻那麼多，全部乘坐到有一整面的法船，往生到佛國淨土，非常的殊勝。

（現場有同門見證看到佛菩薩放光，幽冥眾等乘坐法船往生。）

墮落到三惡道是最不好的，陽間者可以請諸佛菩薩放光加持他們，令他們黑業化為清淨，就可以往生佛國淨土。
做超度的話，一般來講，祖先可以到好的地方，陽間者會得到福報，會增長福分和智慧。

修行人可以常常超度歷代祖先，都是會有利益的，我們自己本身等於是在修行。

看地理幾個要訣，龍本身來講就是氣，看地理一個要訣，陽宅有地氣且盤旋停留不走就是好房子，住了會發。
陰宅也是一樣。環境很重要，生基很重要。還要看流水的方向，在台灣的地方，住在西部，所有的水是東邊往西邊流，台北方向是往南邊流。

很遠水，看近水，有近水明堂是比較容易找；遠水是發的比較久遠，看是不是能藏風聚氣，能不能把水引進來，就知道財庫位。最後看房子正門的方向是不是合主人生命磁向，房子後面要有靠，兩邊要有抱，前面要有照，照中要有泡，生命磁向很重要。

要知道地理風水要捉住五個要點：龍、穴、砂、水、向。

風水也是很重要，是可以冥陽兩利。
Most important point in Feng-shui is to benefit both realms of dead & alive.

唯有修行才能改變命運！

Only Cultivation then can change one's destiny!

真正最大的善就是修行，只要好好的修行，你所得到人生的價值超過一切。

The most true kindness is cultivation, and only cultivate properly then the life's value that you can get surpasses everything.

你只要能夠度化你自己到佛國境土，你可以即生成佛，你就是人生最高的價值，等於是最大的善事。

阿羅漢 Arhat 就是把自己度到最高境界，自度度他，自覺覺他，就是

菩薩 Boddhisattva。

在六道轉來轉去，唯一最重要的要懂得修行，有了正法，有耐心，有長遠心，每天在修行，把自己度化，也影響周遭的人跟著你一起修行，就是真正的大善。

因為你發了慈悲心，能到天道去修行，要超過天道去四聖界，要仗著我們的修行才行。

失憶不見得是壞事，只要把愛恨情仇等垃圾忘掉，懂得唸阿彌陀佛，持一個咒，一個想念，把心中化為一朵蓮花，就可以成就。

世界上只有修行的身口意清淨是不變的 In this world, Unchanging Body speech mind only from cultivation，

你不修行你的身口意就是dirty，就是垃圾，這就是修行的價值。
When you don't cultivate, your body speech mind is dirty, is garbage, this then is value of cultivation.

真正修行人不管住在那裡都是在修行，不管在賭場或妓院工作，也都是在修行。
修行要能成功，就是特別能吃苦。
修行一定要勤，一定要快，而且要時時刻刻在修法，不忘掉法，不管任何時候就是在精進之中。

把修行融入生活之中才是真正的修行。

不只在禪修中，食（修供養）、衣（練習結界）、住（睡覺修眠光法，修夢）、行（行走和開車皆持咒）都是在修行，工作也是修行，練習制心一處。

人生最有價值就是你自己超越了六道輪迴到四聖界，做了很大的善事，超度歷代祖先也是很大的功德，很大的善事，每天要做善事，每天要修行。

Because Maha Mudra, Maha Perfection, Zen, Dharma all develop from Effective Use of Relevant Basic Principles/Theories recorded in Dharani and passed down.

One of them told fellow student during Wenshi, that he can advance to Guru Yoga as he has cultivated 4 Preliminaries for sometime! 

Hahaha! 

Obviously don't have Basics, agree?

Goes to show that the individual has yet to advance to the next stage or leave "beginner's stage"!

If you hate me for revealing the Truth about your cultivation level of almost non-existence, Then please Use this Great Emotion of Hate to drive you to advance in Cultivation with effective and diligent cultivation as per shared by GM Lu!

Ya. Nothing to do with anyone if you can't "Advance"!

Buddhas don't lie and also Buddhas know all!

Calling a meeting to decide and rule against Root Guru's Words?

In my humble opinion, this should not occur in Tantrayana where Root Guru is absolute Teacher, we can't cast doubts on his teachings or his ways.

In the above speech on 4 October 2015 in Seattle's Rainbow Temple, GM Lu shared a very important key!

He shared how Yeshe Tsogyal paid respect first to Padmaguru unlike the 25 other followers, upon sight of appearance of 13 variants of Vajrakilaya.

She was the only one that received Abhiseka for 8 variants of Vajrakilaya!

The 25 others, not even one variant!

Then he recounted a similar incident whereby a chapter's admin decided to follow Shi-mu's instruction instead of GM Lu's!

An importance message from GM Lu: Your lineage comes from WHO?

Hahaha!

When you failed to achieve Yoga with Guru or any yidam, You have only Yourself to Blame or Point Finger At!

An important key for your foundation building in Tantrayana is Respect Guru!

You always defer to your Root Guru and absolutely trust Him too!

Abhiseka comes only from Root Guru too!

Well?

It is not too late to chuck out the garbage and listen exclusively to your Root Guru!

249 - Language from Buddha Country

老子說：「人能守一，萬事畢！」

Lao-zi said: People can keep to One, all matter conclude! 

孔子說：「一以貫之。」

Confucius said: One throughout.

佛陀說：「一乘。」

Buddha said: One vehicle.

道家曰：「煉精化氣，煉氣化神，煉神返虛。」

Daoist said: Practice essence to transform to Qi, Practice Qi to transform to soul or spirit, Practice soul return to illusion.

後來，再加一句：「煉虛返道。」

Later, added: Practice Illusion return to Dao (Path).

這也是「一」的道理。

These are definition of [One].

淨土宗的迴向：

Pureland School's dedication: [see below]

「願同念佛者，同生極樂國，上報四重恩，下濟三塗苦，見佛了生死，如佛度一切。」

這是「一」。This is [One].

全部回到極樂淨土的「一」。

All return to Paradise Pureland is [One].

禪宗、淨土宗：「萬念皈於一念！」

Zen & Pureland schools: All thoughts regrouped as One thought!

密宗說：「一味瑜伽。」

Tantrayana said: One flavour yoga.

基督教說：「唯一的一神，耶和華上帝。」

Christian school said: Only one god, Top emperor Jehovah.

密宗有「子母光明會」：

Tantrayana has [Meeting of child's and mother's light:

「修煉自己的光明（子光），與宇宙的光明（母光），彼此合一，回歸互融於毘盧遮那的大光明海。」

Practice & Cultivate self's light (child light), with Universe' light (mother light) merge as One, return and harmonise in the great bright sea of Vairocana.

這全是：「一」。

These are all: One.

密教修「加行法」，是密教的「築基」，這一點非常的重要。
基礎愈堅固，將來就愈能成就。

Tantrayana's [Preliminary Practice] is [Build Foundation], this point very important. 

The firmer the foundation, better in attaining success in future.

不可小看「加行法」。

Do not underestimate [Preliminary Practice].

「加行法」是基礎法。

It is basic foundation dharma or methods.

「加行法」是一切法之基點。

我們且看： Lets look at:

大禮拜法── Great Homage method:
全身投地的禮拜，三步一拜，不管是繞山、繞湖、朝聖地，全在表現虔敬的一心。
冥想本尊在前，一心一意的全身投地的大禮拜。
（降伏自己的傲慢）- Suppress one's pride & ego.

大供養法── The Great Offering method:
以大曼達供養，相當於整個宇宙的七珍八寶供養，以「一」供養「一」。
（降伏自己的私心）= Suppress one's selfishness.

四皈依咒── The Four Refuge mantra:
南摩佛，南摩法，南摩僧。
南摩古魯貝（皈依金剛上師），南摩不打耶（皈依佛），南摩達摩耶（皈依法），南摩僧伽耶（皈依聖僧）。

（一心皈依金剛上師、佛法僧。其實是一皈依，最後是皈依自性）

Refuge with one heart to the Vajra Guru, Buddha Dharma Sangha. Actually is one refuge, eventually refuge in self's nature)

大懺悔法──  The Great Repentance method:
念誦「金剛心百字明咒」，達萬萬遍。
（消除自己的業障，百字明的法義就是空性，也即是佛性）

Eliminate sins of self, 100 syllables mantra's dharma definition is Void nature, that is Buddha Nature.

這四種法，做愈多愈好，十萬、百萬、千萬…。

These 4 methods or dharma, do as much as possible.

以上的加行法，是深入提高自己的專注力，以身體、手印、口誦、觀想，達到身、口、意的合一清淨。

The above Preliminary Practice or Dharma, is to go indepth to lift up one's own concentration ability, with body, hand mudra, verbal chanting, visualisation, arriving at body, speech, mind merging as one in purity.

精神集中的修行實修，可進入真正無妄念的專注狀態。

Focusing one's conscious essence or spirit in diligent cultivation, can enter True no unwholesome thought type of focus condition.

全神貫注。

All essence concentrate or focus.

訓練自己分散漂移的念頭，能夠達於：「一」。

Train own's loose and wondering thoughts, can reach: One.

18. Dedication of Merits

Recite the dedication verse:

May all who uphold the name of Amitabha Buddha
Be born together in the Pure Land of His Western Paradise.
Repaying the Fourfold Generosity from above,
And aiding those who suffer in the Three Paths below.
Upon seeing the Buddha,
May I be liberated from the cycle of birth and death,
And may I develop the qualities of Buddhahood,
And thus free all who suffer.

NOW, Got an idea what is Buddha Language all about?

Lotuschef has a very peculiar and "Unfriendly" stipulation to all that seek to learn cultivation from her!

You must show Lotuschef that you are sincere in diligent cultivation and have some basic or fundamental to BUILD upon!

To the reverend that yelled at me at my first attendance of White matter chanting session in Singapore, who pronounced : Who said cultivate Four Preliminaries Practice can attain Buddhahood!

Does it matter whether some ignorants pronounced that Lotuschef is not a Fashi?

Wake up, please!

Show me you are sincere and going to be diligent in cultivation, and arm yourself with some fundamentals that I shared profusely in this blog, 

THEN, I will help you progress "Step by Step" in cultivation of Tantric Dharma!

Of course, the choice remains Yours and Yours alone, to do or not to do!

The Importance of Jin-mu

Referring to the recorded sermon:

• 08/30/2015 Nine Stages Dharma of the Great Perfection Dzogchen by Grand Master Lu-Rainbow Temple

In the above speech, GM Lu once again stressed how important is Jin-mu in healing and most sentient matters.

In the example of Shi-mu needing blessing whenever she is ill and suffering greatly, all she needs is GM Lu to invoke Jin-mu's presence to bless her.

She will be fine quickly.

From another angle: 

Why shi-mu can't invoke Jin-mu's presence to help herself?

The answer is also in the same speech!

Now GM Lu talks about Cultivation must do step by step or stage by stage, advancing only when One has mastered the initial step or stage!

So? Back to building foundation that I have stressed repeatedly! :)

Another interesting topic was about Green Tara's vow that all those that betrayed their Root Guru will not be help by Green Tara.

Also those that caused disharmony in Sangha Assembly, resulting in break up of the Assembly and members leaving.

Hahaha!

Core stuck this crime on Lotuschef few years ago!

Alleging that Lotuschef caused havoc or chaos in the Sangha Assembly and therefore the penalty is to remove from TBS reverend list!

Now, many fellow students left TBS well before Lotuschef takes refuge!

Likewise, many reverends also left of their own accord!

Why suddenly need to pin such a crime onto Lotuschef?

Hahaha!

I just recalled that a lackey of Core, using a Facebook account named "Tok Chef", in which the mentioned of a reverend by the name of "Lian Jie -discipline", who allegedly continue to breach disciplines was liken to Lotuschef!

Bear in mind though that this Lian Jie left TBS with a big group of fellow students and not delisted or chased away with penalties!

He has his own temples and functioning pretty well too with lots of followers in various countries too!

What has he done?

GM Lu said in the above speech: If you leave, please refrain from slandering your guru!

For those wise ones, with discernment, Lotuschef has never slander or talk bad about Root Guru, GM Lu, but instead promote "absolute faith & trust" in GM Lu, her one & only Root Guru!

In a world whereby Wisdom of Buddhas is prioritised, shouldn't you all try to show some wisdom when attempting to "Pin" false allegations on anyone?

Hahaha!

Why does Shi-mu always need GM Lu to invoke Jin-mu's presence to bless and heal her?

Why does Shi-mu always preach that "You must come to temple every Saturday in order get blessing from GM Lu"?

In the same speech, GM Lu said that YOU need to break free to attain Buddhahood!

Isn't GM Lu trying again and again to teach you to "DIY -do it yourself"?

If you can't DIY, means that you have not bothered to Listen to GM Lu and practice accordingly, concur?

To invoke the presence of Jin-mu or any divinity, GM Lu said the Key is Absolute Faith!

ALL in the same speech too!

Quoting from The The Profound Treasure Instructions of Padmasambhava To The Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal – The Pointing-Out Instruction to the Old Lady:

[--- Then he instructed the old lady and her attendant with these words: 

Old woman, take cross-legged position and keep your body upright. 

For a short while, simply remain with totally relaxed attention.

The master pointed his finger to the old lady’s heart and gave this instruction: 

Old woman, listen to me. 

If you are asked what the difference is between the mind of the truly perfected Buddha and the mind of sentient beings of the three realms, it is nothing other than the difference between realising and not realising the nature of mind.

Since sentient beings fail to realise this nature, delusion occurs and from this ignorance the myriad types of sufferings come to pass. 

Thus beings roam through samsara. 

The basic material of buddhahood is in them, but they fail to recognise it. ---]

[--- Thus he spoke. Since the master gave this instruction while pointing his finger at the old woman’s heart, it is known as “The Pointing Out Instruction to the Old Lady.” 

Upon hearing it, the old lady and her attendant were both liberated and attained accomplishment. ---]

Hahaha! I shared much Cultivation Keys too, but you can't use them at all, because you lack relevant fundamentals.

GM also shared Fundamentals all the time, but you didn't pick up any, right? :)

In group cultivation sessions, I always have to remind students to "Sit up Straight"!

In the most recent speech, SZ said those VMs, Fashis and etc., if failed to Yoga then all false!

He said that most of the VMs, Fashis and most Dharma Propagators has yet to Yoga with Him!

Without Guru Yoga, all these people do are all False!

Very Enlightening, right?

So far, 9 Yanas sharing from SZ is truly truly enlightening!!!

Lotuschef has explained and shared many techniques though simple but forms part of Fundamentals of cultivation of Maha Perfection, agree? :)

Go listen attentively to SZ please.

O! SZ said if One cannot invoke Guru's presence then Principal Yidam and Dharmapala will also won't show up. When this happened, the cultivator is in grave danger! 

Now sit back and reflect on how many events you have attended and how much resources you have given up and what are the results?
