只需[身口意]Only Need [Body Speech Mind] !

Terjemahan Bahasa: Hanya Butuh [Tubuh Ucapan Pikiran]!

Chat:

A: Would like to share an article with you, fashi.
I found that this writing makes sense and is logical too.
A method to strengthen the frequency from far away to move to close distance.
So it also clarifies that distant empowerment is possible.

--

The Miraculous Usage of the Three Mysteries

By Maha Acarya Feng Da An
...

Various Buddhas’ Energy and Sentient Beings’ Field of Energy penetrate into people's bodies and mind together ceaselessly. The Buddha’s Energy is subtle (as it reveals the true nature of Dharmadhtu) and delicate, so its use is pure. Sentient Beings’ Field of Energy is turbid (as it is formed by delusions), so its use is polluted. Sentient beings cannot experience Buddha’s Energy because their Field of Energy has veiled it.

Within the Field of Energy, the farther an object, the weaker is the Field of Energy. The strong Field of Energy can cover the weak one. As a result, the objects that sentient beings can see, hear and touch are all those close to them.

As for sound, the further the distance, the weaker they become and it will die out when it is very far away. But if there is one method to raise the strength of the wavelength, the sound in the distance can also be heard or even louder than those of closer objects as in the case of the radio. The TV set and fax machine also have similar function in making people see far-away objects in their full colors; the enhanced Field of Energy of a distant object can overcome that of a closer object.

Likewise, the Buddha’s Energy could also be strengthened with wonderful methods to make it stronger than the Sentient Beings’ Field of Energy.

There are broadcasting facilities to raise the voice. Then, how to strengthen the Buddha’s Energy?

There are three miraculous usage:

  • Various Mudras to bring forth the seed of enlightenment.
  • Various Mantras to moist and develop the seed of enlightenment.
  • Various pure contemplations to experience the corresponding states.

---

B: hahaha!
The seed syllable allowed to be nurture by mudras, mantras, also visualisations!
种子字让手印,真言,观想而滋润!

This is the concept of my latest article :)
(执子之手 Holding Fast Your Hand)

Still remember feeling the energy empowerment when you watch live casts or even recorded ones?
this is also what your article trying to explain!

But one need to experience for self then there is reality!

A:Yes, and I also remember during the puja here you told us that the seed syllable grew by being nurtured with bodhicitta and recitation of the mantra.
Thank you again.

B: hahaha!
not many appreciate my sharings! :)
Keys I shared also ended upon deaf ears!
and all one need is all the basic keys!

Vikalpa in Yoga Meditation 瑜伽定中的妄念

Terjemahan Indonesia: Vikalpa di dalam Meditasi Yoga

Quoting from tripurashakti.com: yoga meditation, contemplation, and devotion for self-realisation – Vikalpa:
Courtesy of Tripurashakti

Vikalpa = one of the five kinds of thoughts or vrittis; there are five kinds of movements in the mind-field and one of them is vikalpa (yogasutra 1.6)

Vikalpa = movements in the mind that are “fantasies or imaginations”

5 kinds of thoughts are: pramana, viparyaya, vikalpa, nidra, smriti

VIKALPA: PRACTICAL

Observing vikalpa
We want to understand the meaning of vikalpa, but not merely by knowing its definition; we want to be able to observe it in our daily life.
Thus choose for a day or a week to be aware of this movement of mind, called vikalpa, as you go through activities, situations, and conversations.

Observe how vikalpa relates to actions, thoughts, and speech.

You want to find your own examples of vikalpa, so that you have direct knowledge of this concept of vikalpa.

One way to start is to catch a thought, any thought… since there are only 5 kinds of thoughts, five kinds of vrittis, this thought has to be one of these five.
Is this thought an imagination or fantasy (vikalpa)?
If it is not vikalpa; then find out by using buddhi, which of the other four kinds of thoughts it is.
Examples of vikalpa are day dreaming, fantasizing about a future event, making little theater shows in your mind on situations from the past thinking how they should have happened, or thinking of a pink elephant which doesn’t exist.

Internal dialogue about vikalpa
Ask your mind; why do we run away into fantasies and imaginations?
Have a dialogue with your mind: is this is useful or not?

Ask your mind; where will these fantasies lead us to?

Thus one way to increase your awareness to vikalpa is to literally ask to mind to help you understand vikalpa.

Why do we fantasies, what will it bring and also how can we deal with it.

Mind can we be aware of vikalpa, and can you help me reduce drifting into fantasies and imagination?

When you learn to talk to your mind, the mind will become a great friend that can help you on the path.
Then the mind starts to help you to overcome unnecessary vikalpa, isn’t that a delight!

Dear all,
Whats GM Lu's solution for Halting Vikalpa?

以念止念 Using Thought to Halt Thought!

Hahaha!
Easy to say but difficult to achieve though.

Look carefully at the photos shown above.

Can you figure out why I shared them? :)

Think: What happens when you can Halt Vikalpa?

You are welcome to send your interpretation of the photos shown above to purekarmaservices@gmail.com

Interpretation or inference needs a certain amount of Authentic Tantric Dharma knowledge though.
Have you enough to read the photos shown accurately?

Hint: Try [Merging Into]!

Cheers all.

「相應」即是「合一」Mutual Response is Merge as One

PS: 相 - mutual 應 - respond

蓮生活佛 > 師尊文集 > 249_來自佛國的語言

有人問我:「什麼是相應?」
Someone asked me: What is mutual response?

我答:「合一。」
I answered: Merge as one.

人問:「如何合一?」
People asked: How to merge as one?

我答:「制心一處。」
I answered: Make or set heart at One place.

我又說:「佛陀說,制心一處,無事不辦!」
I said again: Buddha said, set heart at One place, no matter can't be done!

佛的意思是說:只要能制心一處,任何事都可以成功。
Buddha's meaning is to say: only when can set heart at one place, any matter also can suceed.

這和老子說的:「人能守一,萬事畢!是同一的道理。」
This is same as Lao-zi saying: People can keep to One, all matter conclude! same principle.

This [Merge as One] just is mutually accommodate, enter me - me enter, He enter me, I enter Him.

我的精神集中力,完全投射在本尊的身、口、意上。
My vitality concentration ability all focused on yidam's body, speech, mind.

我的觀想,全是本尊的莊嚴寂靜。
My visualisation all of yidam's dignified tranquil solitary silence.

我的咒語,全是本尊的心咒。
My mantra all of yidam's heart mantra.

我的手印,全是本尊的身。
My hands formed mudra all of yidam's body.

從這裡去覺受!
Go from here to sense and feel!

Here, the one important secret key : [One].

世上萬事都是喧囂嘈雜的。
紛紛擾擾而無休無止。

你只要實修「一」。
You only need to diligently cultivate [One].

你的心靈就昇華了,達到與本尊合一。
Your heart spirit or soul will ascend to lotus, achieving merging as one with yidam.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Buddha's language?
Hahaha!
These are all the Keys that GM Lu shared repeatedly all these years!
I am sure the diligent ones have them all in their hearts!
Are you still chasing the non-virtues and frivolous stuff like name, fame, title, honor, adulation, image, .......?
Sad to say that most are left behind, because you were misled by mortals that had already sold their souls to Mara or equivalent!
Most have followed their corrupted leaders into the 3 lower realms or worse still, to Vajra hell or Timeless hell.
Cheers all
THE ZEN TEACHINGS OF BODHIDHARMA
Translated by Red Pine 1987
Wake-up Sermon
The essence of the Way is detachment.
And the goal of those who practice is freedom from appearances.
The sutras say, Detachment is enlightenment because it negates appearances.
Buddhahood means awareness Mortals whose minds are aware reach the Way of Enlightenment and are therefore called Buddhas.
The sutras say, "Those who free themselves from all appearances are called Buddhas."
The appearance of appearance as no appearance can’t be seen visually but can only be known by means of wisdom.
Whoever hears and believes this teaching embarks on the Great Vehicle" and leaves the three realms.
The three realms are greed, anger, and delusion.
To leave the three realms means to go from greed, anger, and delusion back to morality, meditation, and wisdom.
Greed, anger, and delusion have no nature of their own.
They depend on mortals.
And anyone capable of reflection is bound to see that the nature of greed, anger, and delusion is the buddha-nature.
Beyond greed, anger, and delusion there is no other buddha-nature.
The sutras say, "Bu as have only become buddhas while living with the three poisons and nourishing themselves on the pure Dharma."
[经云:诸佛从本来,常处于三毒,长养于白法,而成于世尊。
经文中说:诸佛从本源而来,常处于三毒之中,在去除垢染的法中成长,最后成就为世尊的境界。
All Buddhas from their origins, abides within the 3 Poisons, grow by nourishing themselves with Purifying Dharma, ultimately attain Buddhahood. ]
The three poisons are greed, anger, and delusion.
The Great Vehicle is the greatest of all vehicles.
It’s the conveyance of bodhisattvas, who use everything wit out using anything and who travel all day without traveling.
Such is the vehicle of Buddhas.
The sutras say, "No vehicle is the vehicle of Buddhas."
Whoever realizes that the six senses aren’t real, that the five aggregates are fictions, that no such things can be located anywhere in the body, understands the language of Buddhas.
The sutras say, "The cave of five aggregates is the hall of Zen.
The opening of the inner eye is the door of the Great Vehicle."
What could be clearer?
Not thinking about anything is Zen.
Once you know this, walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, everything you do is Zen.
To know that the mind is empty is to see the Buddha.
The Buddhas of the ten directions" have no mind.
To see no mind is to see the Buddha.
To give up yourself without regret is the greatest charity.
To transcend motion and stillness is the highest meditation.
Mortals keep moving, and Arhats stay still."
But the highest meditation surpasses both that of mortals and that of Arhats.
People who reach such understanding free themselves from all appearances without effort and cure all illnesses without treatment.
Such is the power of great Zen.
Using the mind to look for reality is delusion.
Not using the mind to took for reality is awareness.
Freeing oneself from words is liberation.
Remaining unblemished by the dust of sensation is guarding the Dharma.
Transcending life and death is leaving home."
Not suffering another existence is reaching the Way.
Not creating delusions is enlightenment.
Not engaging in ignorance is wisdom.
No affliction is nirvana.
And no appearance of the mind is the other shore.
When you’re deluded, this shore exists.
When you wake tip, it doesn’t exist.
Mortals stay on this shore.
But those who discover the greatest of all vehicles stay on neither this shore nor the other shore. They’re able to leave both shores.
Those who see the other shore as different from this shore don’t understand Zen.
Delusion means mortality.
And awareness means Buddhahood.
They’re not the same.
And they’re not different.
It’s ‘List that people distinguish delusion from awareness.
When we’re deluded there’s a world to escape.
When we’re aware, there’s nothing to escape.
In the light of the impartial Dharma, mortals look no different from sages.
The sutras say that the impartial Dharma is something that mortals can’t penetrate and sages can’t practice.
The impartial Dharma is only practiced by great bodhisattvas and Buddhas.
To look on life as different from death or on motion as different from stillness is to be partial.
To be impartial means to look on suffering as no different from nirvana,
because the nature of both is emptiness.
By imagining they’re putting an end to Suffering and entering nirvana Arhats end up trapped by nirvana.
But bodhisattvas know that suffering is essentially empty.
And by remaining in emptiness they remain in nirvana.
Nirvana means no birth and no death.
It’s beyond birth and death and beyond nirvana.
When the mind stops moving, it enters nirvana.
Nirvana is an empty mind.
When delusions don't exist, Buddhas reach nirvana.
Where afflictions don’t exist, bodhisattvas enter the place of enlightenment
An uninhabited place is one without greed, anger, or delusion.
Greed is the realm of desire, anger the realm of form, and delusion the formless realm.
When a thought begins, you enter the three realms.
When a thought ends, you leave the three realms.
The beginning or end of the three realms, the existence or nonexistence of anything, depends on the mind.
This applies to everything, even to such inanimate objects as rocks and sticks.
Whoever knows that the mind is a fiction and devoid of anything real knows that his own mind neither exists nor doesn’t exist.
Mortals keep creating the mind, claiming it exists.
And Arhats keep negating the mind, claiming it doesn’t exist.
But bodhisattvas and Buddhas neither create nor negate the mind.
This is what’s meant by the mind that neither exists nor doesn’t exist.
The mind that neither exists nor doesn’t exist is called the Middle Way.
If you use your mind to study reality, you won’t understand either your mind or reality.
If you study reality without using your mind, you’ll understand both.
Those who don’t understand don’t understand understanding.
And those who understand, understand not understanding.
People capable of true vision know that the mind is empty.
They transcend both understanding and not understanding.
The absence of both understanding and not understanding is true understanding
Seen with true vision, form isn’t simply form, because form depends on mind.
And mind isn’t simply mind, because mind depends on form.
Mind and form create and negate each other.
That which exists exists in relation to that which doesn’t exist.
And that which doesn’t exist doesn’t exist in relation to that which exists.
This is true vision.
By means of such vision nothing is seen and nothing is not seen.
Such vision reaches throughout the ten directions without seeing:
because nothing is seen;
because not seeing is seen;
because seeing isn’t seeing.
What mortals see are delusions.
True vision is detached from seeing.
The mind and the world are opposites, and vision arises where they meet.
When your mind doesn’t stir inside, the world doesn’t arise outside.
When the world and the mind are both transparent, this is true vision.
And such understanding is true understanding.
To see nothing is to perceive the Way,
and to understand nothing is to know the Dharma,
because seeing is neither seeing nor not seeing and
because understanding is neither understanding nor not understanding.
Seeing without seeing is true vision.
Understanding without understanding is true understanding.
True vision isn’t just seeing seeing.
It’s also seeing not seeing.
And true understanding isn’t just understanding understanding.
It’s also understanding not understanding.
If you understand anything, you don’t understand.
Only when you understand nothing is it true understanding.
Understanding is neither understanding nor not understanding.
The sutras say, "Not to let go of wisdom is stupidity."
When the mind doesn’t exist, understanding and not understanding are both true.
When the mind exists, understanding and not understanding are both false.
When you understand, reality depends on you.
When you don’t understand, you depend on reality.
When reality depends on you, that which isn’t real becomes real.
When you depend on reality, that which is real becomes false.
When you depend on reality, everything is false.
When reality depends on you, everything is true.
Thus, the sage doesn’t use his mind to look for reality,
or reality to look for his mind,
or his mind to look for his mind,
or reality to look for reality.
His mind doesn’t give rise to reality.
And reality doesn’t give rise to his mind.
And because both his mind and reality are still, he’s always in samadhi.
When the mortal mind appears, buddhahood disappears.
When the mortal mind disappears, buddhahood appears.
When the mind appears, reality disappears.
When the mind disappears, reality appears.
Whoever knows that nothing depends on anything has found the Way.
And whoever knows that the mind depends on nothing is always at the place of enlightenment.
When you don’t understand, you are wrong.
When you understand, you are not wrong.
This is because the nature of wrong is empty.
When you don’t understand right seems wrong.
When you understand, wrong isn’t wrong, because wrong doesn’t exist.
The sutras say, "Nothing has a nature of its own."
Act. Don’t question.
When you question, you’re wrong.
Wrong is the result of questioning.
When you reach such an understanding, the wrong deeds of your past lives are wiped away.
When you’re deluded, the six senses and five shades are constructs of suffering and mortality
When you wake up, the six senses and five shades are constructs of nirvana and immortality.
Someone who seeks the Way doesn’t look beyond himself.
He knows that the mind is the Way.
But when he finds the mind, he finds nothing.
And when he finds the Way, he finds nothing
If you think you can use the mind to find the Way, you’re deluded.
When you're deluded, buddhahood exists.
When you’re aware, it doesn’t exist.
This is because awareness is buddhahood.
If you’re looking for the Way, the Way won’t appear until your body’ disappears.
It’s like stripping bark from a tree.
This karmic body undergoes constant change.
It has no fixed reality.
Practice according to your thoughts.
Don’t hate life and death or love life and death.
Keep your every thought free of delusion, and in life you’ll witness the beginning of nirvana and in death you’ll experience the assurance of no rebirth.
To see form but not be corrupted by form or to hear sound but not to be corrupted by sound is liberation.
Eyes that aren’t attached to form are the gates of Zen.
In short, those who perceive the existence and nature of phenomena and remain unattached are liberated.
Those who perceive the external appearance of phenomena are at their mercy.
Not to be subject to afflictions is what’s meant by liberation.
There’s no other liberation.
When you know how to look at form, form doesn’t give rise to mind and mind doesn’t give rise to form.
Form and mind are both pure.
When delusions are absent, the mind is the land of Buddhas.
When delusions are present, the mind is hell.
Mortals create delusions.
And by using the mind to give birth to mind they always find themselves in hell.
Bodhisattvas see through delusions.
And by not using the mind to give birth to mind they always find themselves in the land of Buddhas.
If you don’t use your mind to create mind, every state of mind is empty and every thought is still. You go from one buddhaland to another.
If you use your mind to create mind, every state of mind is disturbed and every thought is in motion. You go from one hell to the next.
When a thought arises, there’s good karma and bad karma, heaven and hell.
When no thought arises, there’s no good karma or bad karma, no heaven or hell.
The body neither exists nor doesn’t exist.
Hence existence as a mortal and nonexistence as a sage are conceptions with which a sage has nothing to do.
His heart is empty and spacious as the sky.
That which follows is witnessed on the Way.
It’s beyond the ken of Arhats and mortals.
When the mind reaches nirvana, you don’t see nirvana, because the mind is nirvana.
If you see nirvana somewhere outside the mind, you’re deluding yourself.
Every suffering is a buddha-seed, because suffering impels mortals to seek wisdom.
But you can only say that suffering gives rise to Buddhahood.
You can’t say that suffering is Buddhahood.
Your body and mind are the field.
Suffering is the seed, wisdom the sprout, and Buddhahood the grain.
The Buddha in the mind is like a fragrance in a tree.
The Buddha comes from a mind free of suffering, just as a fragrance comes from a tree free of decay.
There’s no fragrance without the tree and no Buddha without the mind.
If there’s a fragrance without a tree, it’s a different fragrance.
If there’s a Buddha without your mind, it’s a different Buddha.
When the three poisons are present in your mind, you live in a land of filth.
When the three poisons are absent from your mind, you live in a land of purity.
The sutras say, "if you fill a land with impurity and filth, no Buddha will ever appear."
Impurity and filth refer to on (?) and the other poisons.
A Buddha refers to a pure and awakened mind.
There’s no language that, isn’t the Dharma.
To talk all day without saying anything is the Way.
To be silent all day and still say something isn’t the Way.
Hence neither does a Tathagata speech depend on silence,
nor does his silence depend on speech,
nor does his speech exist apart from his silence.
Those who understand both speech and silence are in samadhi.
If you speak when you know, Your speech is free.
If you’re silent when you don’t know, your silence is tied.
If speech isn’t attached to appearances its free.
If silence is attached to appearances, it’s tied.
Language is essentially free.
It has nothing to do with attachment.
And attachment has nothing to do with language.
Reality has no high or low.
If you see high or low, It isn’t real.
A raft isn’t real. But a passenger raft is.
A person who rides such a raft can cross that which isn’t real.
That’s why it’s real.
According to the world there’s male and female, rich and poor.
According to the Way there’s no male or female, no rich or poor.
When the goddess realized the Way, she didn’t change her sex.
When the stable boy" awakened to the Truth, he didn’t change his status.
Free of sex and status, they shared the same basic appearance.
The goddess searched twelve years for her womanhood without success.
To search twelve years for ones manhood would likewise be fruitless.
The twelve years refer to the twelve entrances.*
Without the mind there s no Buddha.
Without the Buddha there is no mind.
*) Twelve entreances are: The six sense - organs, (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body and mind) and the six sense objects (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and thought).
Likewise, without water there’s no ice, and without ice there is no water.
Whoever talks about leaving the mind doesn’t get very far.
Don’t become attached to appearances of the mind.
The sutras say, "When you see no appearance, you see the Buddha."
This is what’s meant by being free from appearances of the mind.
Without the mind there’s no Buddha means that the-buddha comes from the mind.
The mind gives birth to the Buddha.
But although the Buddha comes from the mind,
the mind doesn’t come from the Buddha,
just as fish come from water,
but water doesn’t come from fish.
Whoever wants to see a fish sees the water before he sees the fish.
And whoever wants to see a Buddha sees the mind before he sees the Buddha.
Once you’ve seen the fish, You forget about the water.
And once you’ve seen the Buddha, you forget about the mind.
If you don’t forget about the mind, the mind will confuse you, just as the water will confuse you if you don’t forget about it.
Mortality and Buddhahood are like water and ice.
To be afflicted by the three poisons is mortality.
To be purified by the three releases" is Buddhahood.
That which freezes into ice in the winter melts into water in summer.
Eliminate ice and there’s no more water.
Get rid of mortality and there’s no more Buddhahood.
Clearly, the nature of ice is the nature of water.
And the nature of water is the nature of ice.
And the nature of mortality is the nature of Buddhahood.
Mortality and Buddhahood share the same nature, just as Wutou and Futzu share the same root but not the same season.
It’s only because of the delusion of differences that we have the words mortality and buddhahood. When a snake becomes a dragon, it doesn’t change its scales.
And when a mortal becomes a sage, he doesn’t change his face.
He knows his mind through internal wisdom and takes care of his body through external discipline.
Mortals liberate Buddhas and Buddhas liberate mortals.
This is what’s meant by impartiality.
Mortals liberate Buddhas because affliction creates awareness.
And Buddhas liberate mortals because awareness negates affliction.
There can’t help but be affliction.
And there can’t help but be awareness.
If it weren’t for affliction, there would be nothing to create awareness.
And if it weren’t for awareness, there would be nothing to negate affliction.
When you’re deluded, Buddhas liberate mortals.
When you’re aware, mortals liberate Buddhas.
Buddhas don’t become Buddhas on their own.
They’re liberated by mortals.
Buddhas regard delusion as their father and greed as their mother.
Delusion and greed are different names for mortality.
Delusion and mortality are like the left hand and the right hand.
There’s no other difference.
When you’re deluded, you’re on this shore.
When you’re aware, you’re on the other shore.
But once you know your mind is empty and you see no appearances, you’re beyond delusion and awareness.
And once you’re beyond delusion and awareness, the other shore doesn’t exist.
The tathagata isn’t on this shore or the other shore.
And he isn’t in midstream.
Arhats are in midstream and mortals are on this shore.
On the other shore is Buddhahood.
Buddhas have three bodies: a transformation body a reward body, and a real body.
The transformation body is also called the incarnation body.
The transformation body appears when mortals do good deeds,
the reward body when they cultivate wisdom,
and the real body when they become aware of the sublime.
The transformation body is the one you see flying in all directions rescuing others wherever it can. The reward body puts an end to doubts.
The Great Enlightenment occurred in the Himalayas suddenly becomes true.
The real body doesn’t do or say anything.
It remains perfectly still.
But actually, there’s not even one buddha-body, much less three.
This talk of three bodies is simply based on human understanding, which can be shallow, moderate, or deep.
People of shallow understanding imagine they’re piling up blessings and mistake the transformation body for the Buddha.
People of moderate understanding imagine they’re putting an end to Suffering and mistake the reward body for the Buddha.
And people of deep understanding imagine they’re experiencing Buddhahood and mistake the real body for the Buddha.
But people of the deepest understanding took within, distracted by nothing.
Since a clear mind is the Buddha they attain the understanding of a Buddha without using the mind.
The three bodies, like all other things, are unattainable and indescribable.
The unimpeded mind reaches the Way.
The sutras say, " Buddhas don’t preach the Dharma. They don’t liberate mortals. And they don’t experience Buddhahood."
This is what I mean.
Individuals create karma; karma doesn’t create individuals.
They create karma in this life and receive their reward in the next.
They never escape.
Only someone who’s perfect creates no karma in this life and receives no reward.
The sutras say, "Who creates no karma obtains the Dharma."
This isn’t an empty saying.
You can create karma but you can’t create a person.
When you create karma, you’re reborn along with your karma.
When you don’t create karma, you vanish along with your karma.
Hence, with karma dependent on the individual and the individual dependent on karma, if an individual doesn’t create karma, karma has no hold on him.
In the same manner, "A person can enlarge the Way. The Way can’t enlarge a person."
Mortals keep creating karma and mistakenly insist that there’s no retribution.
But can they deny suffering?
Can they deny that what the present state of mind sows the next state of mind reaps?
How can they escape?
But if the present state of mind sows nothing, the next state of mind reaps nothing.
Don’t misconceive karma.
The sutras say, "Despite believing in Buddhas, people who imagine that Buddhas practice austerities aren’t Buddhists.
The same holds for those who imagine that Buddhas are subject to rewards of wealth or poverty. They’re icchantikas. They’re incapable of belief."
Someone who understands the teaching of sages is a sage.
Someone who understands the teaching of mortals is a mortal.
A mortal who can give up the teaching of mortals and follow the teaching of sages becomes a sage. But the fools of this world prefer to look for sage a away.
They don’t believe that the wisdom of their own mind is the sage.
The sutras say, "Among men of no understanding, don’t preach this sutra.
And the sutras say, "Mind is the teaching."
But people of no understanding don’t believe their own mind or that by understanding this teaching they can become a sage.
They prefer to look for distant knowledge and long for things in space, buddha-images, light, incense, and colors.
They fall prey to falsehood and lose their minds to Insanity.
The sutras say, "When you see that all appearances are not appearances, you see the tathagata."
The myriad doors to the truth all come from the mind.
When appearances of the mind are as transparent as space, they’re gone.
Our endless sufferings are the roots of illness.
When mortals are alive, they worry about death.
When they’re full, they worry about hunger.
Theirs is the Great Uncertainty.
But sages don’t consider the past.
And they don’t worry about the future.
Nor do they cling to the present.
And from moment to moment they follow the Way.
If you haven’t awakened to this great truth, you’d better look for a teacher on earth or in the heavens. Don’t compound your own deficiency.
Karma – Lethal Attraction 业-桃花
The above, a Fire Puja session on a roof-top garden in Semarang, Indonesia.
Kurukulla or Red Tara, is amongst one of the Guest Yidams.
Pretty auspicious!
We cultivated "Great Affinity" practice!
---
1. Recently, I met a young man who has [Peach-blossom eyes] - means lethal attraction for opposite sex type of eyes!
However, his came with melancholy and hurt, that is pitiful look.
That is, he is able to attract the opposite sex, but relationship just won't last.
Every time get jilted!
2. LY committed suicide when jilted by his girlfriend. It was GM that forcefully dragged him back to life into sentient realm. He is a university lecturer and a professor too!
3. A university student, always get jilted by girls.
Each time this happened, he feels like death!
He asked: Reverend, why I always get jilted?
I answered: You choose people, People also has the RIGHT to choose you or others.
I suggested that he ponder on: Before, when he not acquainted with this girl, how did he Live or Survive.
4. Someone came for personal consultation.
He married a divorcee.
In his workplace, a fellow colleague is interested in a relationship with him.
He has [Peach blossom eyes].
Thing is, all women whether at home or outside, are all out to [Collect Debts] from him.
"Touching" any woman outside of home, will be lethal for him.
There is a long line up of such Female Karmic Creditors waiting to Collect from him.
He has truly accumulated much [Love Debts] through various lifetime!
Less than 3 months after consultation, he was killed by a goods-truck!
Obviously, he didn't heed my advice.
---
Dear readers,
Remember that 6th Zen Patriarch, reverend Hui Neng, is illiterate?
Once one acquired Knowledge, if do not [Use], then is as good as [Zero].
Hahaha!
Within Buddha Dharma, there are "Antidotes" or Methods of Convenience, geared to resolve Sentient tuned matters.
[Use], then can already!
[Letting Go] is very good to Use!
In this Sentient Realm, if can [Comprehend] everything is just Bubble Dreams; An instant of Glory or magnificence; all will [Pass on].
That is [Comprehend] [Impermanence]!
Knowing how to [Let Go], then can have [Pure] [Body Speech Mind].
GM said: when your [Body Speech mind ] is clean or pure, You are a Buddha.
Infinite attachments or entanglements!
You can't Break Free!
How then can you cultivate to Yoga with Yidam?
Cheers all.
Choice - Limitations or Progress?
Refer also to :
Body Speech Mind Again 又是身口意
Some comments for the two latest articles
Limitations 限制
Telling a Hard Luck Story 讲可怜的故事
I think the term "Limitation" can be related to the word "Progress".
Through progressive cultivation, we are cleansing ourselves from the bad karma that hinders us physically and mentally.
Similar to what you said that one sees a thing differently as one progresses.
As with the different eyes, one progresses at seeing an object.
The higher the progress, the level of truth being seen/analysed are different as well.
That reverends who express their financial conditions are the same with ordinary people.
GM said last time when someone wanted to be ordinated and he told that person that one of his wives are sleeping with other man, he then got infuriated and ran away.
However, this shouldn't be an excuse for people who are entering the door of Buddhism, especially Vajrayana.
Still remember one time you told me to have an absolute faith of GM, that he shall provide everything and take care of the believers.
I guess with true faith and "correct" mindset, unhappiness and lacking of necessaries won't be the issue.
What a woe if reverends who are the ones being seen as the role models are actually the ones who complaining about financial problems.
One party are complaining about the financial problem, while the other one are busy with drawing money from people.
Can liken this case as a Gauge of Greed.
I love that part of "cannot tahan" and "jam brakes", it is one example of [everything is buddha dharma] and can be a lesson too!
If one looks at it from the perspective of Training, one should be aware of the objects of desire and how to steer it.  :)
CHAT:
AA: still waiting for the rain to stop before going to office :)
sending you some comments on the 2 latest ones
BB: I was just thanking GM for windy n cooling sunny day :)
AA: this cool rain is a blessing in these hot summer days here :)
BB: This SUMMER?
Feels like Autumn. Rain, windy, cool, sunny, all fruits ripening for harvest.
Brings to mind my favorite poem: Ode to Autumn. :)
Read your email.
YES! limitation are Same as hindrances that One put up against Self.
Hahaha! Like Jam Brakes! All from Personal Choice.
If you want to see that piece of Sky Only n not move on, that's fine n nothing to do with others. However, when you Assumed n Force anyone to Fit into your mould Then like R' s Courage, You revealed Who n What You Are!
AA: exactly
point of view is very private
BB: She probably Thinks she is courageous, facing the physical demons that she perceived as blocking her from getting near GM. (Self is the only Factor Hindering One Self!)
AA: what others choose to think and act are their own choices, with the related consequences.
BB: To her, being near GM, then n only then, she can get the Keys to cultivation! How sad!
AA: some thing that isn't well understood and is the seed of endless wars
hahaha yes!
BB: yup. In another perspective, R is fighting lots of battles of her own fabrications!
In School - she said they accused her of ........! that they all plotting against her ......
tea break now with the cornflakes cookies n chrysanthemum tea.
as cultivation will goes into my Tea Time! :)
Visualize you are beside me, my dears!
Hmmmm. Yummy yummy!
Dear all, picked up anything useful?
Cheers all.
Time to get ready for Live Cast. See you!
Lotuschef at Play - Faces 脸孔
The followings are from 26-4-2014 Taiwan Temple event.
2014年4月26日聖尊蓮生活佛盧勝彥主持「高王觀世音菩薩」護摩大法會+開示-台灣雷藏寺
04/26/2014 Nine Stages Dharma of the Great Perfection Dzogchen by Grand Master Lu-Taiwan Lei Tsang Temple
Check out candid shots of people around you. :)
There are some that show you their TRUE Facade if you are Observant enough!
Someone remarked that there is a pool of animals beside and around SZ, like a wild-life zoo.
Hahaha! What's my point?
Your Personal Karmic Influences all written on your face!
In the recent articles on "Interesting Encounters", there are faces which I do not choose to look "Into" for mere seconds!
SZ said look closely, so I did so.
However, there are some that somehow "forced" themselves or photos of friends & relatives into my Vision!
Well? Sorry to burst your euphoric bubble in thinking that looking at any subject forced onto me, is truly pointless or your efforts are futile! They won't get blessing from me!
The Negative effect might also results from looking at those with heavy karmic negatives!
Greed & Ignorance in You can bring about some sort of Aversion from Sighting or Aura Reading!
That is to say: when Dharmapalas or Divinities were forced to see certain people, these people might be penalize earlier than if left to run their natural courses!
Don't forced anyone into the vision of True Yogi, you might not like the results!
Remember in Hevajra's Sutra?
The One that can yoga with Hevajra will be able to use visualization to end a real evil being's life; with a Purbha Dagger.
I shared SZ's article on this Hevajra's practice in this blog!
If I remember correctly, it is in Astral Weapons series.
Remember your Body Speech Mind are clues to who you really are! :)
Best stay out of limelight if your aura can betray you all the time!
Cheers all
Lotuschef at Play – Entangled in Sentient Mud
Rolling in Sentient Mud
Entangled or Stuck in Sentient Mud
From Chat Archive:
LC: I wrote a pretty naughty one: 傻瓜这么容易骗!Stupid, So Easy to Bluff!
AA: Wah the ending statement is very nice:
Do not compare as comparison leads to disputes!
What a really true thing in this world!
LC: That's SZ's not mine!
AA: what's with all these people hurrying themselves to practise treasure vase breathing?
this is for those who have cleared the preliminaries and understand true buddha dharma.
LC: Prestige! To show off. Let ppl think they are great n put them on pedestal and revere
YY unhappy with me as I didn't give him the pendants.
He uses them to give to fellow students, expecting Ang pow (red packets with money) in return.
All do for $$
Imagine he so no brain to tell me that my current position will make lotus light charity refuse to take my donation!
Hahaha! They received all so gladly as many wants the pendants!
His Greed too obvious.
Then he slanders ZZ who is more enlightened then him and his followers!
Gosh!
They really have no idea what I can see and deduce from their body speech mind!
As SZ said: need to yoga to really know what is going on!
---
Dear all, this reverend also another that "needs" to earn a living from fellow students, by plying them with little gifts!
The Best Gift that a reverend can give to all is to Cultivate diligently and beam light and energy to bless all!
This reverend still needs to achieve Guru Yoga too!
Hahaha! Yes! This one is also one of my assignment and I have already handed up this one to SZ!
Throwing a Life-line upon SZ's instruction, but don't expect the chosen one to grasp the Life-line and succor self!
SZ is ever compassionate and ever willing to extend help to all, irregardless of whether these help will be accepted and make a difference!
That's a True Buddha - Infinite Compassion & Wisdom.
If you are still struggling to maintain yourself after ordination, please spend a little time to Reflect upon your daily activities.
YY spends time watching cartoons or worming expensive meals from fellow students.
YY believes that a reverend should be taken care of well by fellow students!
YY is another that wasted SZ's care and don't cultivate with sincerity and diligence to succor self as well as all beings.
When a fellow student do not obey or give offering to him, he "black-listed" this student and spread lies and slander the student.
YY forgets that Lying is breaching one of the 5 major precepts too!
Let me share something to look out for to detect Liars:-
There is a white rim around the mouth, noticeable even if the subject is dark-skin.
Also this Liar is somehow "short of breath" and his eyes are "darting everywhere" avoiding your eyes!
Also he is trying to think of other lies to cover his previous ones, so his hands might clasp and unclasp at speed, showing his instability of Mind!
He may also bend or hunch down and look at the floor with darting eyes but never at you, the subject of his lies!
O! in order to have more "business", he and many others go to event venue very early to "walk around" so that their preys can see them!
Unlike those like YY, I timed my arrivals now, and show up when event about to start!
Hahaha!
Had FUN?
Cheers all.
