Lotuschef in Repentance Success 忏悔成功

We did True Buddha Repentance on 1st November 2012.
That evening after the session, we had supper nearby.
AA sat at the next table and we were all chatting about how great we all feel after the session.

AA said: Feels so much lighter.
Well! As we chat, I saw how tough life has been for her.
She is very hardworking in her studies, however, the Retentive Power is somehow missing!
Guru said to tell her why.
Yesterday evening after fire puja session, I talked to her.
In her past life, she is very intelligent and misused it to take advantage of others.
That's why this life, got stuck with acquiring knowledge.
Told her to do more dedication to all beings.
She is a relatively new student, she took refuge about 3 months ago.
So just Guru's mantra will do, and visualize sharing of Guru's blessing with all.
This is her very first time with True Buddha Repentance too! :)

BB's aura also showing negative, and I also told her to do dedication to all beings.

[Thirdly, is Repentance. As each word & action of all sentient beings are bad karma, each move and thought are undesirable thoughts, which are also bad karma. Sentient ways are basically upside down; illusionary; delusionary; non other that dark karma. Before sentient being cultivates, they are all directed by sentient heart, and do not understand the fundamentals of [natural/inherent purity of mind/heart], present are suffering/worries, hastiness, hindrances, truly nothing positive.

第三個條件，是「懺悔」。因為凡夫的一言一行，無不是惡業，一動一念無不是非非之想，也是惡業。凡夫的行為，根本是顛倒、迷謬、虛妄的，莫不是黑業也。人類在未修法之前，完全是凡心作崇，根本不明白「自性清淨心」，又是煩惱又是衝動，又是障礙，簡直一無是處。八大人覺經有云：「心是惡源，形是罪藪」。身心陷溺在罪惡深淵中，卻完全不知不覺。所以要「懺悔」，要先修「四加行法」，尤其「金剛心菩薩法」，也就是金剛薩埵百字明法，持百字明咒，先除惡業。

A local chapter posted the clarifications to the Dragon robe sheng ji fa.
Read it and look at it as they say with discretion.
The problem still remains - Does Guru knows only a name list will be placed in the robe?
The hair nails blood ...... are not used?
Guru will sign on anything if one asked for blessing, as he said he wants to leave a part of him with you. [Remember that article - Guru's great compassion.?]
What about the other identical ones? those done in Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and etc.

At least this shows that they are aware they have to answer their customers and not threaten law suit to shut their customers up!

Well, let us sit back and recap recent development, shall we?

What did we learn?

From Guru's speech, he asked all present whether he taught the Sheng Ji Fa?

The unanimous answer were: NO!

Guru also said he didn't transmit his Fengshui skills to anyone as none of them ask. However, when he asked them, they said passed down from ancestors!

Therefore, it is reasonable for those that paid hefty sum, to seek clarifications after hearing Guru's speech, because they felt cheated!

However, the chapter's personnel that contacted them told them what they did was for protection only and not what the Sheng Ji Fa stood for! But they paid upon what Sheng Ji Fa stood for! [One can get info on these from the web.]

They were threatened with Law Suits because the representative said they should not inform other clients that have also bought these Products! They were also told that if they sue these clients that write in for refund, they will sure win!!! There were threatened with penalties of $400K in compensations and legal cost too!

Do you concur with Service personnel's "bullying" attitude towards their clients?

Psychologically speaking: Fear makes a person violent! Fear of exposure of misdeeds!

Hahaha! What did we learn?

1. Retailers must appease their clients and not force their clients to seek clarifications through the Courts!

2. Clients here all bought a product without Full understanding and placed their trust on the retailers, because the retailers have Form from Sentient Minded Preconception.

3. Sentient Minds will galvanized to any Get Rich Quick method sold to them.

4. In my humble opinion, the chapter should ask for donations to build a temple instead of selling all kinds of "gimmicks" with all kinds of "promises" or "guarantees"; do you agree?

5. Whether a temple gets build or not depends on whether having it will help succor more sentient beings or not? Definitely not a poschly build one to attract the Rich and Famous!

6. Lastly, I hope that One will truly stop rushing to grab at something because others attributed it with "super power" to help you "get rich quick"!

It is prudent to maintain Cool Calm Clear mind always and especially for a cultivator, do you agree?

Hahaha! This morning, students rushed in with their opinions just like Lotus JY from the Titles; Sentient Mindset: .... series of articles.

If this case turn out that they really cannot provide satisfactory answers, do we close our eyes, minds and hearts, and let them continue with their programs of selling their products to yet more Innocents?

Why did Guru said we have to abide By the Law of the Land?

Human lives is at stake and would you still consider the reputation of TBS?

Guru said we should not protect ferocious animals to the detriment of Human Lives, correct?

Therefore, in the case of the priest that rape young boys, Guru will not hesitate to hand him over to the Law and think nothing of trying to protect the reputation of an Institution!

Do not affix attachment to Fame, name, and draws prides from them!

This is what Renunciation is about! Seeing through all these Illusory Sentient Materials which can lead one into Great Sufferings!

Still that same humble suggestion: Do you need it? Don't follow others blindly.

A reasonably acceptable conclusion to this saga! We learnt how lots of Sentient Minds reacted immediately to threat of "perceived danger" , what a great experience!

[My humble believe is that Sarira should not be bought at high prices just because you crave it and attribute it with great powers.
The Craving is actually Greed, one of the 3 poisons.
It also denotes Attachment to certain material and Fixation of adhering them with Power.
You believe they have Power to grant and execute your wishes!

The Purity of Sarira were polluted by the 3 Poisons of Greed; Ignorance and Hatred.

Ignorance in perception of power when Sarira are in your possession, created a craving to possess, which is Greed. Hatred derives from Greed of Power, which one thinks will elevate one above others.
If you love all sentient beings then you do not want to have power over them or be above them, correct?

To those that follow others’ without being Mindful of what and where you are heading, please sit back and reflect on your life before and after the possession of these Sariras!

Have they improved your life?
Having them helps you in cultivation?
Possession elevated your status?
You Ego has advanced because you think you have powers that others didn’t have?]

The same thing happened here but instead of Sarira, in its place is the Dragon Robe! The sales pitch is real fantastic.

However, in the Dragon Robe saga, the marketing team is headed by senior titled masters and jiangshi (blue collar - Dharma speaker).

Dear all, do you agree it is time to throw away Attachment and Fixation?

Why didn't listen to Guru instead and cultivate diligently?

When you do so, you will not need any of these special blessing but instead can share universal blessing with all.

Make Guru real happy now, just WAKE UP!

Red signifies Light of Affinity in True Buddha Sutra.

However, in Western concept, when One Sees Red - means anger and hatred!

Sea of red - describing the aftermath of battle fields means great lost of lives!

Let begin our journey again walking in step with Guru.

 

Why did I present conflicting concepts of RED?

Why did I choose a title : - Bodhicitta? No!

Storytime: -

LX, a chapter's administrator, approaches me and ask: Shijie, we are planning visits to old folks home, can you support this activity?

Me: Why don't you link up with Lotus Light Charity? I know they have these activities.

LX: No! I want results 业绩! We need these as we are building new temple.

I was stunted for a moment then some voice told me, think of who will benefit at the end! AH! The old folks!!!

So I told her I will help her.

After months, this activity did not kick start at all! Other than myself, non of the students that frequent this chapter wants to allot a few hours to make the old folks happy! Sad though but True!

When I return from Seattle Temple after my training, I also beseech fellow students to do charity work or voluntary work. I also told them this is an important part in cultivation.

I said: Succour sentient beings? What kind of sentient beings need your help or succouring? If you don't go at least to have a look at how some of them live, how to succour?

Well, my words mostly fell on deaf ears! I am very crazy or know nothing about cultivation unlike XX and team of immediate followers! They have great powers from more than 20 years or 30 years of refuge with TBS.

Most think you only need to cultivate to be very powerful and that's the ultimate! Is it?

Think:

Does LX has Bodhicitta? Although I say NO, but you can choose to say Yes. No need to agree with me all the time! :)

Will the temple get build without hindrances? Or at all?

LX is the chair person of the chapter that told fellow students that they went to request a dragon robe from Guru to do the 生基法 Chance of a new and better life method, to raise funds to build new temple. XX and team claimed that Guru endorsed their doing so. We now know this is also not true!

When they said build temple, I had a flash vision of rubbles strewn all over the existing premises and left barren.

The chapter's in-charge said Guru will come for ground breaking sometime last year which didn't materialise. Then words changed to Guru will come for the inauguration when the temple is erected.

However, in the meantime, based on their statements, many pay hefty sums for ancestral lots; statues; and etc.

Let's  assume they are running a business. What they said to clients constitute legal contract. Upon receipt of said funds, the contract is Binding!

The temple cannot be register as a temple because of the zoning or classification of that parcel of land. So it is registered as an Association!

Whether temple or association, the administrators are held responsible for transactions and the promised delivery of the items stated within.

Do you agree, it is very hard for this temple to be build and also to continue to run when so many have been somehow "cheated" by their misrepresentation?

My vision of the future of this temple is true? I have fore-sight into the Future?

From Guru's latest speeches, we know Bodhicitta is the ultimate spark needed to ultimately achieve Buddhahood!

So without Bodhicitta, will Guru or the Divinities support the erection of the new temple? Or for the matter, the continued existence of the current one?

Ah! Again we come to the end of this journey.

Lotuschef in Conversation - Bardo and Karmic Negatives [3]

At last the puzzle is solved!

BL asked why those that took refuge and had bardo delivery done and also the relatives register them for bardo frequently at event, can dropped into the Hungry Ghosts Realm?

The son of this deceased keeps seeing her frequently recently and also his cousin too!

They consulted a geomancer; fortune teller and seems some sort of medium too!!!

All-in-one! He is also a fellow student!!!

No wonder I reminded them that what they are asking is in personal consultation territory and I need to charge for personal consultation.

This great master told them that Avalokitesvara brought the parent up from the Hungry Ghosts Realm for that meeting!

BL said this relative has taken refuge in Guru and she said she trust Guru 100%!

Think: 

When did W started to see his late parent? Before or after the consultation?

It is relevant!

Because some of these so call masters actually very good at observing their clients; then they plant a seed into your mind and you go through what is called : Chained thoughts.

Actually they somehow programmed your mind to think in a certain trend like the 12 Affinity / 十二因缘.

The Live Animal Release Sadhana actually can explain to you all, that refuge in Guru; Buddha; Dharma and Sangha; one do not drop into the 3 lower reams easily or at all!

I think I wrote an article about fortune tellers and geomancers too.

Well, wake up! The good ones can direct your mind to come to a conclusion to their favour!!!

This evening, a student said someone at his workplace said he is student of an evil sector!

Well, if anyone think so, without first understanding what kind of sector we are, I am sorry to inform you that you are what Buddha Dharma classifies as IGNORANT!

Don't make any pronouncement if you are not sure of the facts.

Back to our fortune teller or medium.

1. W is able to see his parent when he cultivates!

2. His late parent has taken refuge with True Buddha School.

3. Bardo delivery was done, not once but many times as per BL.

4. BL said this relative has taken refuge in Guru and she said she trust Guru 100%!

5. W saw his late parent, and she is just like how she looks when she is alive.

6. Those that are in the Hungry Ghosts Realm has very distinctive features - their lips are burnt and dried and cracked, also parts of their bodies like their hands!

These burns resulted from contact with any form of food intake. Whenever food touch their lips or whenever they make contact with food with their hands or any part of their bodies, they get burn!

I remember CC's grandma's wake. The priest told the family she has dropped into the Animal Realm. CC's mom was so scared and worried and ask me how.

I went and stand in front of the altar and look at the deceased, smile at her and sent her upward with the lotus mudra and chanting Guru's long mantra!

Guru recent speech is very clear! He did not impart any Fengshui skills to any one because all grades of students did not ask to learn!

Don't let anyone play with your mind!

Please be inform that I will charge consultation as stated in my blog!

If you can pay for someone to cheat or bluff or play your mind, I don't see why you can't pay me too!  :)

Was talking to some Foreign students about our Root Guru always try to appease; satisfy; all request and human cravings. Because each individual ultimately answers/pay back own Karma.

Your intent is hopefully sincere and not out to criticize and take sides. However, the morale of the article is to incite thoughts processes to be wary of those that as Guru said: Claims to have great powers but are all fakes.

We have all to be wary of those with conferred titles or self-proclaimed ones, so as not be led into Mara’s territories.

There are those with conferred titles which shirk their responsibilities as well, but would like to enjoy or bask in the glory and the worldly offering of followers.

Hahaha!

My humble advice: Let go of Fixation!

What have writer to gain from talking about these masters?

There is no personal vendetta as you so much wanted to fabricate, why?

Titles are what got you?

Dear all, this is my humble opinion only. Readers may choose to differ.

Please watch and listen carefully to the video above and you will benefit tremendously.

The Venerable brought out the essence of Tantrayana in his speech.

It is Buddha's solution to merge the traditional practices with Dharma to achieve Great Harmony!

He states that it is stipulated in the scripture that one needs to study Mahayana teachings for at least 10 years, in order to understand and start to practice Tantrayana.

He liken it to a student having attained a Master Degree and then can proceed to study for higher Degree to be a Professor.

As per his Guru, Tantrayana is not for anyone, just because they want to learn.

He touches on Anu Yoga, the Yab Yum practice. He is correct in saying that if one has not reach full renunciation, the practice is obscene and will land one in Hell.

All in, he kind of dispelled the Discrimination of Tantrayana and the myth of Yab Yam practice.

I do agree with him on learning Mahayana's teachings as Foundation. I find that most Tantrayana students of all sectors like Red; White; Yellow; Flower; True Buddha School; .... have no basic concepts and just want to cultivate fast to acquire "powers" which sentient beings adhered to Tantrayana.

From now on, I sincerely wish that all study and practice the 4 Noble Truths and the 8 Fold Path as a foundation. Please check out the Back to Basics series that I shared or search for them from online & or other sources familiar to you.

Remember the recent 9-stages of cultivation I shared in this blog. Mahayana is actually at level 3 and the Ultimate is level 9 - Ati Yoga.

However, bear in mind that there are those that are reincarnation of Yogi and able to recollect or "draw back" upon what they have cultivated and able to be a little faster in moving up the cultivation ladder.

Open Mindset of living Harmoniously with all and also sharing One's cultivation achievements with all as well.

Let us all be crazily happy!

No Constant 无常

Sometime back, I chanced upon one of the Asian Heavenly Kings, Mr Andy Lau's portrayal of a monk in a movie about Shaolin Temple.

I read his aura and shared a little of what I saw.

Hahaha!

Yesterday Guru said Mr Lau actually has features that are not supportive of his popularity as per 'fortune telling' bible.

Guru said Mr Lau's fortune changed due to widespread posters of him being affix to washrooms' walls.

Guru said that his own Dharma propagating lifespan is 30 years but due to the negatives from slandering, these negatives somehow neutralized Guru's negatives tremendously. Guru started at the age of 26 and his Dharma propagating should end at the age of 56. He is now 68 years old.

My point is with cultivation, One's fortune can change and also one's health, equating to longer lifespan.

It is alarming that students that had cultivated to a certain level dropped back and seek out fortune tellers; geomancers; ..... to improve their lots.

The Fengshui of a place is linked to the fate of the owners or occupants. As the Earth rotates constantly, so does the aura of a person and a place.

Fortune telling and Geomancy are based on fixed text passed down by those that recorded their findings through observation and experiences.

Buddha teaches that Nothing is Constant and everything around us, including Self, is ever changing.

Why go backwards to Fixation?

Fortune tellers and Geomancers might be able to solve your immediate problem but while doing so, they might have created negative on your behalf by hurting or harming other sentient beings.

When One takes, there should be One that has to give up or sacrifice.

Just like Demand & Supply, there always is a Balance.

To improve your fortune, who knows what these fortune tellers and Geomancers will do to the detriment of others, just to please you, their pay-masters.

For all Cultivators, think and be truly mindful before you execute any plans to Enrich your lot and disregarding the impact to others.

Some Karmic deeds are too negative to be easily dissolved.

Plea for Help

The following extracted from a facebook member’s plea for help:-

[The …… Rinpoche has a lot of nice bhumo that loves Him. That's good, Rinpoche, please Rinpoche, do some Monlam for me and my economical situation, I'm studying in a Shedra in Kathmandu, Boudha]

Hahaha! It seems that mentality of sentient beings is all the same!

I asked XH last evening these questions:-

Why did you take refuge with a Tantric Sector?

What did you learn after refuge?

Why most of you do not show up at the temple unless the Kenpo is in town?

Why always asked for help from the Kenpo?

He agreed that his and others’ attendances at the temple is unanimously to seek help from an accredited yogi/practitioner, to improve their lots in life.

They are not interested in learning anything like cultivation from the Kenpo.

Therefore they go for blessing transmissions whenever the Kenpo is in town.

Dear readers, remember we have to seek inwards and not outwards.

The Kenpo is perceived here as One with Power to perform miracles!

Just like any Rinpoche or self-proclaimed ones too!

I shared these with him as I see Amitabha Buddha’s aura around him.

Hahaha! He is one of the luckier ones amongst the group.

Affinity with Amitabha Buddha!

Advised he chant Title or mantra of Amitabha Buddha as much as possible, in so doing sharing blessing transmission with all visible and invisible beings.

The writer of the plea for help to improve his financial status should be taught to help himself too.

First say sorry for all past wrongs whether in this life or passed ones.

Then make amends by dedicating merits of chanting dharani; offerings;…to those we have wronged.

Repentance should be sincere and please do not repeat any negative deeds to harm any beings hence.

Your quality of life will improve gradually when you truly open up your heart sincerely for the benefit of all beings.

However powerful a yogi or practitioner, he/she must not go against the Law of Nature benefiting the one who plead to the detriment of his karmic foes.

Great powers come with Great responsibilities, and power of any kind/form should not be abused.

Paying lots of money will not get you everlasting/temporary power to harm.

A Note to Liars

This is a gentle reminder to all those that lie and cheat to hurt and harm others for monetary gains and other material gains.

I have seen lawyers fabricating documents and teaching their clients how to lie in order to steal from others or cheat them out of their possessions.

It is truly scary that renown institutions churned out these Liars!

Hahaha!

From the Karma perspective however, all that initiated negatives will eventually have to pay the penalty accordingly to the level of negatives they dole out and the damages that result.

Sad to say that some started out honest and practice with integrity; but seeing those liars in their midst enriching their individual coffers and all the material rewards that sort of elevated these liars' statuses; the demon won!

Human nature of "I cannot lose out to others"; is the deciding factor here.

For those that lied and cheated your way through the legal proceedings with the help of unscrupulous legal aids; YOU & all YOUR AIDS actually did not win at all!

Once You let Evil thoughts manipulate you into executing any negative against others; You are actually hurting your self.

WHY? Because you have lose to your own demon and walked into Mara's control!

Dear readers, start to observe lawyers and personnel of the judiciary system from all over the world carefully.

Liars are mostly bound for the Animal realm; Greed lands one in Hungry Ghost realm; a combination of the 3 poisons lands in Hell or for serious cases, they land in Timeless or Vajra Hell.

Am I threatening Liars? NO!!!

Just sharing the Truth of the Universe or Law of Nature!

your mom's problem stems from heavy karmic negatives which has already taken root in her for many years

like her illnesses, they have caused damages to her organs too

only guru can help her lighten a little bit

chant gaowang n help her dedicate to all sentient beings


people with heavy karma usually unable to do much to help themselves

just like your mom, can't chant sutra to help herself

i suggest that you cleanse n purify food in the house before feeding her

or at least teach her to chant namo amituofo X 7 to cleanse any food she is planning to eat

then guru's mantra as offering to all


instead of buying the little buddha, sponsor offering to charity is better for her

remember last round you help her sponsor supplies to needies through lotus light?

you can get your siblings to sign up as volunteers also to help on rice donation day, thereby dedicating merits to her and all


who buy what is not important, my dear

contributing to enable others to cultivate is good as well

the heart to help the needies and those less fortunate is more urgent

Renal Failure - Advice needed.

my father suffers kidneys illness, doctors say that it can't be cured, he has to have a hemodialisis (HD) every week, but he refuse in doing so.  he has been chanting 8000 more High King sutra, and I chanted 1000 times of High King Sutra, dedicated for him. Although the creatine number is high, he never do the HD programme that suggested by doctors.
fashe, what shall i do? I know that his illness is because of his karma, but I want to see him be recurred, can I..?

Hi,

Guru said that the high king sutra can cleanse n purify negatives

Last month on March 10, a Japanese with cancer stage 4 was cured by Guru n high king sutra

He has to dedicate to all his karmic negatives, and all sentient beings

You can dedicate to him and also his karmic negatives too

Make a vow to dedicate to all and wish them well

There are many articles on my blog about how to clear negatives by saying sorry n dedicating merits

Doing charity also can n dedicate all merits of good deeds to all sentient beings

You can help him send his photo with his name and address to Guru for blessing

Remember, guru mantra n high king sutra is effective for all problems

Dear all, remember that when you are ill, you need medical treatment. 

Clearing negatives helps only when you are truly SINCERE in SAYING SORRY!

When One dedicates all merits to others, One has dropped the All Important SELF. When you have no needs; no cravings; no expectations; and willing to share or give away  what ever you have, You have no more Enemies as you transformed them into Friends!

Is it very difficult to treat all as Friends?

It will be better to treat all as You and be at One with All Sentient Beings.

Vajrasattva's 100-syllable mantra is the Best Repentance as per Guru. Chanting at least 108 times per day will help cleansing too.

Guru explains about the Purity requirement to attain Buddhahood many times.

Why is it that the more a person is onto him/herself,
the more his/her energy projection is swirling around uncomfortably.
I don't know how to explain, and perhaps others won't feel it as well,
but this is still strange.

Sometimes we don't need to use the third eye to examine certain persons,
by just observing at their physical behaviour is enough to conclude whether something is going wrong or not.
Even those who have taken the Bodhisattva vow but fail to observe their behaviours can't escape the bad projection either.
Now I'm asking, what are they taking the vows for?!

Am I crazy or what?
Now I understand what you wrote on your email yesterday.
Sharing the dharma is still okay, but to guide them in the path is way another problem.
Being mindful for ourselves is sometimes not easy either haha.

First of all, do not attempt to second guess why others do these n that

You create sufferings for yourself

Lots of people go blindly into things without true understanding

Taking vows without Sincere intent is for show as some of them are "Somebody" in certain temples n they want to be standing in front of others

Power chase!

They also want to be leaders of ceremonies!

How many genuinely wanted to share Dharma and happiness with all?

Pure Karma's regulars know what is the vows all about and willing to make a wish to better the lot of all sentient beings, you see at certain sessions when they all put on the full gears

We have more than 10 of them that had taken the vows upon my advice

Yes! one don’t need a 3rd eye to observe others, as Guru said: all we do are cultivation!

What do you consider Bad Behaviour? Hahaha!

Actually we have to be Mindful of our observations.

Like the view I had of VL, I have to make sure I am objective and also must not be too obvious as to cause harm

But lotus B went and put him into the limelight

I make things pretty close to obvious last year about the central meeting and voting against Guru's statement of wearing the tolga for tantrayana which is TBS' leanings

However, as Guru has Taoist, Buddhist .... leanings, it is truly up to individual to choose which he is more prone too as well

Guru does not like to use force which resultant is unhappiness

I also become pretty obvious when the Dharma propagator gave a Sales talk and not a Dharma Speech!

There is a limit to what they can do to harm others, and I actually acted GOD when I wrote the article that obviously pointed to their shoddy and dishonest ways

It is not good to act GOD at all for a true yogi! Hehe..

I acted Demon too some time but I am sacrificing myself in those instances

It means giving up much of your accumulated cultivation merits

Hahaha! but merits are not important when one has true renunciation, correct?



My retreat has done wonders as I have a better mindset and also 'see' lots clearly while folding lotuses.

My hands busy and my mind too!

Astral Sight -- I am quite clear on each individual emitting light. I am telling all that we are all Light-bodies! It is futile to try and grab on to anything which eventually harm us and dim our light only.

The Chinese article that I put up just now, actually very profound and I might translate it but keep the meaning hidden, just like article itself.

The words are simple but seem to have no meaning on the surface.

Just like the pointing sticks articles.

Try to see only good of others to start with.

You can see how they are struggling to be good, see that taking vows means they want to be good and struggling to meet the vows.

After all, Buddha said that everything is Suffering and we have to learn to save ourselves from suffering and attain happiness.

The 4 Noble Truths --- something to live by. Use it all the time.

Start with taking another view, a good view!

Those with bad behaviour are struggling to be good and trying to be good

Hehe!

This will make you more happy too!

As you are actually the same, being mindful of your own Karmic deeds.

Swirling energy that are uncomfortable -- do you agree that you can take it as the good struggling with the bad to break through?

It alone solves many problems :)

Really fashi, when we don't focus on others, in terms of letting them be, we can feel a certain serenity over the atmosphere.
I guess this is the positive effect over non-fixation.

Thanks again for reminding the pointing out, that externally we see lights (the goodness), and internally don't focus on disturbing emotions.
We're really transforming our mind to be 'pliable' in every sense.

I received feedback that those retailers of Sariras in general weren't too happy with my recent article posted on 3 April 2012 : Sarira & Greed [1].

Their claims were that my article affected their business!

Guru said we in TBS should be honest in business.

In the above case, if their Sales Pitch is by attributing their goods which they claimed as Sarira of Arhats; Boddhisattvas and Buddhas have "powers" to smoothen your path in life, granting or satisfying all your cravings and desires irregarless; then they are just telling you what you want to hear as you already have preconceived ideas of such "powers".

Now Dragon Palace Sariras are said to be that left by those attaining Arhat level.

The Highest level for all Hinayana cultivator is Arhat; just below Boddhisattva and Buddha.

Sakyamuni Buddha encourages his disciples that have cultivated to Arhat stage to cultivate Boddhicitta to attain Boddhisattva and Buddha levels.

Guru spoke about this in one of his speeches. Guru said Buddha kicked the Arhat back to sentient realm to cultivate Boddhicitta.

I have noticed some fellow lamas that have a protruding forehead and the skull is somehow bisected in the middle, separating front and back.

This is a very unique change in bone structure formation of those cultivating to Arhat level.

Just keep in mind that Arhat needs to cultivate Boddhicitta!

Boddhicitta as per Guru, in his latest Dharma speech yesterday,  is the vital ingredient to Buddhahood.

One is free to buy anything one desires.

What I wanted to bring out for all cultivators is to be discerning and learn the truth first then decide whether you need any sentient material for cultivation or for aid in self advancement.

Does Sakyamuni have them?

What are you accumulating?

This article has been in my mind since the Kalachakra event held in Indonesia on the 25-3-2012.

Lots of seats within the main hall were blocked or reserved by unknown groups that did not turn up.

When I registered for entry tickets, I was told to submit names; ages; addresses of attendees. My group were allotted seats in the tentages outside the building.
However, they were later able to sit within the building, some in the main hall and some outside the hall.

From where I was sitting, I could see many vacant seats within the main hall.

Attendance of this event is well below expectation!
The capacity is about 12,000 and Indonesia being the country with the most TBS students should show a larger turn out.
Those attendees are mostly from neighbouring countries like Singapore; Malaysia; Hong Kong; Taiwan; .....

Someone hoarded the entrance tickets and created a false demand thus resulting in over supply.
I humbly believe the causative factor of poor attendance is this false demand.

I also observed how territorial the Dharma propagators are, segregating those that are from other chapters.

I remember when Guru visits Singapore, some of us regulars of Yuan Xue chapter set up security with many students from Shicheng chapter. The rest perceived that they are privileged to be seated as near Guru as possible.

Many foreign students were pushing at the security line and some vajra masters came out and ordered security to let certain students from their chapters into Yuan Xue chapter.

Well, when Guru arrives, someone gave me an umbrella to shelter Shi-mu into the premises. Guru walked passed security and we were really very close to Guru, when he arrives and departs. If you think that is important!

For those that were pushing at security and trying to grab at Guru, I sincerely hope you have realised by now that what you did is an extremely disrespectful act of trying to touch Guru.
Selfish act of prioritising self before others by getting into the chapter proper through any means, just to be near Guru.

What are your priorities in refuge with True Buddha School and cultivation?
What do you think you should accumulate when cultivating?

Does accumulating what you think is important helps you open your Heart Chakra and other chakras, thereby opening your mind to Universal Wisdom?

Sarira & Greed [1]

Guru has said that Sarira signifies Purity.
The Pure Essence of Buddhas.

It derives from studious cultivation and resulting attainment of Arhat; Boddhisattva; or Buddha levels.

For those that attained these levels of cultivation, the presence of immovable or steadfast faith and wisdom to unravel Universal secrets is achieved.

Sentient beings crave the perceived powers of Sarira for centuries.
They think as long as they possess these Sariras, they will have great power.

In the Eight fold noble path from the Fourth Noble Truth, these are what we should remember.

Division	Eightfold Path factors	Acquired factors
Wisdom (Prajna)	Right view	Superior right knowledge
	Right intention	Superior right liberation

My humble believe is that Sarira should not be bought at high prices just because you crave it and attribute it with great powers.
The Craving is actually Greed, one of the 3 poisons.
It also denotes Attachment to certain material and Fixation of adhering them with Power.
You believe they have Power to grant and execute your wishes!

A student bought a 108-bead chanting beads made by Dragon Palace Sariras. She kept standing at that booth and reluctant to leave without it. Seeing this, I told her if she thinks she really like it so much then by all means buy it.

She showed it to other students and they all followed suit, buying these ornaments made from Sariras.

However, the auras of all of them didn't improve with using these as chanting beads to cultivate.

The Purity of Sarira were polluted by the 3 Poisons of Greed; Ignorance and Hatred.

Ignorance in perception of power when Sarira are in your possession, created a craving to possess, which is Greed. 

Hatred derives from Greed of Power, which one thinks will elevate one above others.
If you love all sentient beings then you do not want to have power over them or be above them, correct?

To those that follow others' without being Mindful of what and where you are heading, please sit back and reflect on your life before and after the possession of these Sariras!
Have they improved your life?
Having them helps you in cultivation?
Possession elevated your status?
You Ego has advanced because you think you have powers that others didn't have?

Lastly, Guru talked about Chanting beads in detail and I have posted the article in this blog.
There is no mention of chanting beads made from Sariras.

This article resulted from a chat with Guru, because I am worried about the students that bought these Sarira ornaments.
In Samadhi, I saw darkness hovering over and around them.

Strictly speaking, Sarira is Human remains too!

If you can't appreciate the Essence of Purity from studious cultivation they represent, I have to advise you to relinquish thoughts of ownership of them.

They are good as gifts as there is no exchange of money involved.

As a True Yogi, renunciation of sentient materials is the Key to cultivating your very own Sariras.

Against the Law of Nature

Vietnam – A much devastated place.

The inspiration to write this article came from meeting 2 Vietnamese ladies on board a flight.

I can’t help but “scanned” them. [I would like to keep the readings confidential.]

Many were displaced during the long drawn out war and under a regime that cause massive loss of lives.

Many died during their escapes and some died en route to so call safety.

I salute those that rebuild elsewhere and lead honest and contented lives.

To those 2^nd or 3^rd or so forth generations of descendants of these refugees who pioneered their way in alien lands and stood firm and became good citizens of the new countries, do not forget what your fore fathers had gone through. If you are into organized crimes and other illegal activities, my humble suggestion is to stop immediately and make an immediate change of your life style.

In Karmic perspective, the one/ones that cause so much death and suffering, will be infinitely in Timeless Hell and until all his/their negatives are neutralized, he/they will never be able to leave that Hell.

Do you want to join him/them?

He/They had greatly upset the balance of the universe or gone against the law of nature!

It is Timely to take correction action to save yourselves now!

Bell & Dorje

The five pronged vajra (with four makaras, plus a central prong) is the most commonly seen vajra. There is an elaborate system of correspondences between the five elements of the noumenal side of the vajra, and the phenomenal side. One important correspondence is between the five "poisons" with the five wisdoms. The five poisons are the mental states that obscure the original purity of a being's mind, while the five wisdoms are the five most important aspects of the enlightened mind. Each of the five wisdoms is also associated with a Buddha figure. (see also Five Wisdom Buddhas)

The following are the five poisons and the analogous five wisdoms with their associated Buddha figures:

In Vajrayana Buddhism there are ritual implements and instruments. Many of the Buddha images hold one or two, or many of these, depending on how many arms the particular Buddha is displaying. All of these implements have meaning. Each is there to engage our busy minds in a way that will lead us toward the Truth. Those held in the left hand relate to wisdom, the realization of the emptiness of all phenomena, and those held in the right hand relate to skillful means, or compassion.

The bell and dorje are two of these implements. The dorje, held in the right hand, represents skillful means, and the bell, held in the left, represents wisdom. Together these ritual implements represent the inseparability of wisdom and compassion in the enlightened mindstream. Looked at separately, each is a great treasure of spiritual meaning.

The word Dorje means Lord of Stones in Tibetan. It symbolizes the capacity to transform all experience into an experience of enlightened perspective. Everything in samsara, cyclic existence, is impermanent, and therefore, not to be relied upon. The dorje symbolizes the skillful means of transforming our ordinary experience to one that will propel us on our spiritual path. The dorje has five extraordinary characteristics. It is impenetrable, immovable, immutable, indivisible, and indestructible. The dorje is the indestructible weapon of the wrathful deities. It is the symbol of spiritual authority of the peaceful deities.

Vajra, the Sanskrit word, means the hard or mighty one, diamond-like. Its brilliance illuminates ignorance and reveals Truth, destroying the delusion that causes suffering. Once the cause of suffering is revealed to us, we are empowered to create the causes of happiness. Ultimately we will attain the egoless state, which is free from all suffering. From the Vajrayana perspective, the motivation for attaining this state is to relieve all beings from their suffering.

The physical appearance of the dorje is rich in meaning. At the very center is a sphere representing the dharmata, the sphere of reality itself, the ultimate truth. Surrounding the sphere on either side are one or three ‘strands of pearls’, depending on the size of the dorje.  These represent the three doors of liberation. The first door is the transcendental concentration of signlessness, in which words and concepts fall away and there is nothing to grasp. The second is the transcendental concentration on directionlessness, the state of perfect equanimity–spiritual stability and balance. The third is the transcendental concentration on emptiness.

Next to the pearls on either side of the sphere are eight-petaled lotuses. The petals on one side represent the eight great Bodhisattvas; the petals on the other represent their consorts. * The next display on the vajra is a moon disc. This is the seat of the Bodhisattvas symbolizing the full realization of Bodhicitta, the Great Compassion.

There are six more rings after the moon disc. These symbolize the six perfections: generosity, moral conduct, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom. The accomplishment of these six is the foundation of the Mahayana, the Great Vehicle of Buddhist study and practice. They are the hallmark of the Bodhisattva path. When one has accomplished these, one can truly be of benefit to others.

The next thing we see on the dorje are the makaras. A makara is a composite animal with jaws like a crocodile which symbolizes effort and persistence in Dharma practice.

A vajra may have one, two, three, four, five, six, or nine prongs. The most common is the five-pronged vajra. They look like points that protrude from the curved ends, one on each curve and one at each end. These five prongs symbolize the five Buddhas of the five Buddha families and their consorts.

The bell, also, is rich in symbolic meaning and power. Mainly the bell is the mandala of Prajnaparamita, the Great Mother, she from whom all reality comes forth. By its sound, the bell invites or attracts the deities to attend or participate and warns or drives away obstructing forces. The ringing of the bell can remind one of the emptiness of phenomena or bring the mind into greater awareness. As a musical instrument, its sound can be an offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

The hollow of the bell represents the void from which all phenomena arise, including the sound of the bell, and the clapper represents form. Together they symbolize wisdom (emptiness) and compassion (form or appearance). The sound, like all phenomena, arises, radiates forth and then dissolves back into emptiness.

If you look closely at the bell, you will see many markings or designs on it. Each of these has a meaning. On the rim of the bell is the disc of space that gives rise to the sound of emptiness. The vajra fence, the indestructible circle of protection which encircles the bell is bordered on both sides by a ring of pearls. The bottom ring is a ring of wisdom flames, representing the five primordial wisdoms. The top ring of pearls is another protective circle symbolizing the development of the higher states of consciousness which allow one to enter the celestial palace of Prajnaparamita. The flames are associated with Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, the vajras with Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva of Power, and the lotuses with Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion.  This indicates that spiritual qualities are the true protection.

Above the protective border are the makaras holding loops of jeweled pendants with vajras in between them. The jeweled pendants decorate the celestial palace. The vajras in between symbolize the eight charnel grounds within the mandala. Above the jeweled loops and between the makaras are eight lotus petals representing the eight Bodhisattvas. The lotus petals are marked with syllables representing the eight consorts or offering goddesses. Above this is another double row of pearls with a row of vajras in between. These represent the inner walls and inner protection circle of the mandala.

The stem of the bell rises above this. At its base are lotus petals, representing Prajnaparamita’s lotus throne. On the stem there are two sets of pearl rings, a lower set and an upper set. Together these represent the six perfections. In between them is either a square or round base. The square base represents the earth, the round a long life vase. The long life vase symbolizes the nectar of accomplishment and represents the nectar-filled body of the goddess Prajnaparamita whose face is above. Prajnaparamita represents the perfection (paramita) of the absolute non-duality of all the Buddha’s wisdom or discriminating awareness (prajna). The binding of her hair represents the binding of all views into non-dual reality. There are five wisdom-jewels on her crown, which overlap onto the five front petals of the upper vajra’s eight-petaled lotus pedestal. The bell is crowned at the top with a five or nine-pointed vajra.

These two instruments give us much to contemplate and meditate upon. Deepening in our understanding of what they represent and using them in our practice with that deepened understanding give them the potential of being very valuable tools for our path. As we become more familiar with the various Buddhas and their qualities, and participate in ritual ceremony and empowerment we move closer to the realization of our own Buddha nature, which is, after all, the point.

Karma - Keeping promises

I met the student that fainted on 4-2-2012 at Caotun LZS again, that was just before the High King Avalokitesvara's event on 10-3-2012.

The greyish-green on her forehead and around her eyes had disappeared. She came looking for me to thank me.

I am happy that she has improved.

However, after the event, she fainted again and her relatives came looking for me.

I taught her to chant Guru's mantra the long version and held a 6-realm vajra mantra wheel against her right palm. Also requested those students that were with me to  chant along as well.

She started to shake again, first from her left arm and then her head and body, as if in a trance.

I told her to say sorry repeatedly and promise to dedicate offerings and merits of good deeds to the negatives coming to collect from her.

Then I told her to put emphasis on the words: Om and Hom.

She obviously is fearful and cause her to just give in and her shaking are natural responses too.

VM ChangChi came and he depressed an accupoint HeGu (combined valley) situated between the thumb and the index and at the base of the valley.

There is much improvement, so VM said to bring her to where Guru's vehicle is parked and wait for Guru to bless her.

Well, Guru gave her a glance and patted her on the shoulder and then her back. He said, she will be alright.

The student slump down after these and she was much improved and able to walk to the waiting transport.

Anyway, I hope she keeps her promises to say sorry and dedicate offering and merits of good deeds to her karmic negatives.
