當你的身心在滾滾紅塵之中，在擾擾紛紛的世間，在喧喧鬧鬧的世界。

When your body keep rolling in Red Dust (Sentient Realm), in worldly turbulence, in world's racket or uproar.

你一直的在漂泊，心起起伏伏，徬徨不定。

You are always floating, heart rise and fall, perplexed and unstable.

你很想找個寧靜的港灣憩息。

You would very much like to find a peaceful and silent bay to rest.

何不上山去？

Why not go up to the hill?

去看：Go see: 
緣草如茵。Green grass like carpet or mattress.
春暖花開。Blooming flowers in the warm spring day.
生機勃勃。Life teeming all around in exuberance.
迎接朝陽。Welcoming in the morning sun.

**[You should start to feel light and joy oozing from within, like a fountain now, and a constant will to smile and even giggle with happiness].

或像一隻蝴蝶一樣，在百花中飛舞，倦了，孤零零地停落在一片樹葉上，翅膀折合起來，無聲無息。

Or like a butterfly dancing amidst the flower bushes, when tired, solitarily dropped onto a tree's leaf, folded up both wings, without sound and movement.

進入了一片寂靜。Entering into a plain of solitary silence. 

你已經脫離凡塵了，靜靜的像潺潺的小溪，所有的干擾、雜亂，隨風而去了！

YOU have already broken away from Sentient Dust/ Realm, like a brook quietly babbling, all interference, chaos, floated away with the wind!

色。Form.
聲。Sound.
香。Smell/fragrance
味。Taste/flavour
觸。Sense/Touch/Feel
消失了！Disappeared!

所有自然的真諦似乎就在你的四周。

All Truths of Mother Nature as if in your surrounding.

穿過寂靜的森林，來到巍峨的青山，在山之巔。

Threading through the solitary and silent forest, come upon towering green hill, at its peak.

你體會到：You will experience:
遼闊。Great expanse.
壯觀。Spectacular.
空曠。Great Openness /spaciousness.

你將會知道，有一天，你會一無所有，你也會知道你不會失去什麼。
（無得無失）

You will know, one day you will have nothing, you will know you won't lost anything.

(No gain no loss).

現在你將知道：Now you will come to know:
空洞。Empty cave or Emptiness
虛無。Illusionary non existence
無盡。Unlimited or Infinite

但，你從這裡會得到如意寶，無法形容的珍寶。

But, you received from within this "Ru yi bao - Gem to fulfill your wishes", unable to describe Gem or treasure.

你會知道：You will know:
以前的你，追名逐利，享受酒甜美女，這種繁華，就是你一生的理想嗎？

The you of the past who chased fame and benefits, enjoy wine, sweet pretty women, this type of bustle, are your life's ideals?

現在：Now: 
你會明白，渾渾噩噩，糊里糊塗的現實的夢，已遠離你了！

You will understand, muddle and confuse dream of reality have left you far behind! 

上山隱居，會讓你醒過來！

Living in seclusion on the hill, will let you wake up!

要「天人合一」就要有這樣的心境。

Must have [Heaven & Human merge as one] , this type of mindset.

要「相應」就要有這樣的環境。

Want [Mutual response] then must be in this type of environment.

你可知道：Do you know:
我在美國西雅圖「巴拉」的「靈仙閣」隱居三年是為了什麼嗎？

When in Seattle's Ballard, I live in seclusion for 3years in [Ling Xian Ge]?

我在：I was:
苦學苦修。Studiously learning and cultivating.
苦行苦煉。Studiously executing and practicing.
茅屋陋室，非苦也！Cottage or hut dilapidated, not suffering!
簞食瓢飲，非苦也！Living frugally, not suffering!
破衣芒鞋，非苦也！Wearing tattered & torn clothes and shoes, not suffering!

最後：Finally:
無貪求。No greedy wants.
無嫉忌。No jealousy or resentment.
無怨尤。No grudges or worries.
無苦樂。No bitterness nor joy.

修行要達到「一」，口訣是：

Cultivation must arrive at [One], the key is:

「無色聲香味觸」。

[No form, sound, smell, taste, feel] .

讓我點起一盞燈

在「葉子湖」閉關，每到了夜間，四周一片黑幽幽，好像天地是一隻巨獸，把光明全吞噬了。 

While in retreat at Leaflet Lake, every time when night falls, the surrounding is tranquilly dark, as if Heaven and Earth is a great beast that swallowed up all brightness.

在閉關小屋，我只點一盞燈，這盞燈是照明我的手，我的筆，我的稿紙，還有我腦海中的靈思。

Shut up in a little house, I only light one lamp, this lamp lit up my hand, pen, writing paper, and also the spiritual thoughts of my mind.

為什麼只一盞燈？

Why only one lamp?

答案很簡單，我生活很省，是「省電」。

The answer is very simple, my daily living is very frugal, and [save electricity].

如果「寫作」算是豐收的話，在這幾年閉關的歲月之中，我沒有偷懶，我一個字又一個字的播種，每一天，每一夜，我早已遺忘，什麼時候是星期六？

什麼時候是星期日？

我幾乎沒有一天是休息的日子。

If [Writing Articles] reaps abundance, then within these years of retreat, I have not been lazy, I planted each word by word, each day, each night, I have long forgotten when it is Saturday or Sunday. 

I practically do not have a rest day.

在黑黑的夜裡！
我化為這盞燈吧！
免得這世界無限的空蕩！

In the darkness of night!

I transform into this lamp!

To prevent this world from becoming infinitely empty!

對於娑婆人間世界，我已啞然，我眼睛裏看不見自己的希望，耳朵裏聽不見美妙的樂章，我的心，毫無一絲絲的慾望，就在這一刻我憶起一一
日無所見。
耳無所聞。
心無所知。
即為清淨。

As to the Saha world, I am dumbfounded, my eyes do not see own hope, ears do not hear wonderful music sheets, my heart do not have any shreds of desire, and at this moment I recall --

Eyes do not see.

Ears do not hear.

Heart do not know.

This is Purity - clean, peaceful, tranquil....

太上曰：
「上士無爭，下士好爭，上德不德，下德執德，執著之者，不名道德。」

Deity Tai Shang said:

Top Earth no dispute,

Bottom Earth love dispute,

Top Merit (HeavenlyBeing) not for merit,

Bottom Merit (earthly being) all fixated on merit,

Those fixated ones do not understand the path merit or virtue.

我覺悟到，湛然常寂的境地，當寂無所寂，慾則不生，慾若不生，則名「真靜」。

I realised peaceful silence or tranquility, at the extreme of peaceful silence or when there is no more peaceful silence, desire or craving do not arise, and this is term as [True Silence].

我現在只點著這一盞燈，守護著山河大地，這盞燈明就算是我的絮語，心底的秘密吧！

Now, I only light up one lamp, guarding mountains rivers great earth (means the world), this lamp is considered as my incessant chatter, the inner most secrets of my heart!

這盞燈也許亮度不會太大，也許世人不一定看到，也許不會有人知道了。

This lamp's light level might not be very big, many worldly people might not see it, or no one knows about it.

但，我仍然要點，在我離開大家這麼多年之時，或永遠不再見面之時，或互道珍重再見的時候。

But, I still light it, when I am away from all for these many years, or never meet again, or both treasure the time when we meet again.

在黑暗之中，我點這一盞燈，什麼是身清淨、口清淨、意清 淨，什麼是「真靜」，我要讓大家有亮光。
In the darkness, I lit this lamp, what is Purity of Body, Speech, Mind, and what is [True Silence], I want to let all have brightness.

Retreat is Great!

Hahaha!

I am not that great to be completely without vested interest la.

Still have lots to learn from guru

The recent topics for articles somehow come from guru when I am in meditation or "sleeping"

Some of them I forgot when I woke up, but the ideas will slowly break to surface when there is an environmental stimulus

Sleep to me as if take on another angle too.... Retreat is indeed great!!!

The lotus child series all from guru - he would like to let those sleeping or drunken beings know how to look and analyze and not be led blindly into darkness

Having a good look at VMs; fashi n etc is good practice

Thinking how to simplify daily matters and not be entangled is also a good thing

Finding that simplicity brings contentment n happiness

As to how long u can stay happy depends solely on you

Guru explained great bliss for a true yogi can last and not those momentous bliss from sentient realm

I suddenly have this flash thought about Noah's ark

Seems guru is moving into higher tantra n selected few get on board

Do u have the same kind of feeling?

I had yet another long chat with Guru this afternoon.

Today's session is like presenting a Summary Report of recent activities!

It is truly coincidental that I received an email about Talking to GM at 20:57 today.

Certain matters that are highly confidential, I did not include into letters to Guru. From the replies to my letters received, I find that most of the time, it is someone else opinion and not that of Guru.

The letters that others received also have a standardised kind of feel. Hahaha! Just like the medical practitioners giving you pain killers for all kind of pain. It is very strait-lace or uniform.

It is just me maybe, but I don't find the Wisdom of a Living Buddha in most of the letters.

Like the Vajra Boxing Empowerment case, where Guru said no need empowerment at all previously, and recent reply to my letter reporting planned activities, stated that need Guru's personal empowerment.

Guru demonstrated Vajra Boxing all the time and the most recent after dinner in Jakarta. If this is not empowerment transmission/transfer then what is?

O! I do ask Guru to teach and guide me all the time.

Hahaha!

It is just like having a close-door meeting, one to one, with Guru!

Ya! real great!

My point is that One can talk to Guru at anytime, but One must be sincere and have absolute faith and trust in Guru.

Always remember that Guru is a Living Buddha!
