I admire Zhuang-zi's <Carefree Wandering> :
若夫乘天地之正，而御六氣之辯，以游無窮者。
我欣賞米勒日巴的《道歌》，且看：
I admire Milarepa's <Path Song>, have a look:
如同逃離惡陷阱，
背離家鄉瑜伽樂。
如同駿馬脫韁繩，
脫離二取瑜伽樂。
如同野獸遭傷殘，
獨自安住瑜伽樂。
如同雄鷹擊長空，
觀察深遠瑜伽樂。
如同涼風穿虛空，
毫無遮止瑜伽樂。
如同牧童牧羊群，
牧守空淨瑜伽樂。
如同須彌福壽山，
永不變遷瑜伽樂。
如同大河水長流，
禪意綿綿瑜伽樂。
如同寒林一死尸，
拋捨萬物瑜伽樂。
如同巨石擲海中，
有去無回瑜伽樂。
如同虛空昇太陽，
光芒普照瑜伽樂。
如同多羅樹剪斷，
永無轉生瑜伽樂。

This [Zhuang-zi] & [Milarepa] have similar point, they promote escaping from the restraint of Home.
所謂的家樂、所謂的財產、所謂的物質、所謂的名聲、所謂的親友，都看成陷阱及韁繩了。
所謂的家樂、所謂的財產、所謂的物質、所謂的名聲、所謂的親友，都看成陷阱及韁繩了。
The so-call happy home, inheritance, material, fame, kins and friends, all perceived as traps and leashes.
他們認為：They believe:
「人為物役」最是俗物。
[People toil/slave for material] is the most mortal's material.
要：
「不拘於物」最是逍遙。
Must be: [Not restricted by material] then is most carefree.
莊子與米勒日巴所追求的，正是無牽無掛、獨立自主、自在的人格。
他們認為一個人，被家束縛、被社會束縛、被國束縛，不如自由自在的投入大自然之中，這樣才叫著澄明透亮的逍遙。
我看到世人：
汲汲於追求事業的發展，追求擴大的企業，成為富豪排行榜上的名人，日日夜夜增長財產，多了還要更多。
這些財物的追求者，真是怪物。
又：
人人追求美色、追求帥哥美女，整型美容，這邊戀愛，那邊戀愛，不知節制，顛顛倒倒，一天到晚追尋感官的快樂。
這些美色的追求者，真是怪物。
又：
很多人追求聲名與地位，不擇任何手段，等到聲名與地位都得到了，也就是踏足於險地或陷入不利，無法脫身之時。
這些「財、名、色」的尋覓者，真是怪物。
他們每天自尋煩惱千千百百件，還不知足的繼續糾纏下去。
真是怪物啊！我說，在這地球上，小小的一個星球，卻住滿了很多奇形怪狀的怪物。
他們不知道，一切的一切，均是「無所得」嗎？
They don't know that everything is [Not attainable]?
「不知足」痛苦。
「不知足」痛苦。
Discontentment is suffering.
「知足」常樂，何不：
「知足」常樂，何不：
[Contentment] is everlasting joy, why don't:
寫少少文。Write a little essays.
畫少少畫。Draw a little drawings.
修少少法。Cultivate a little dharma.
這樣的人生才快樂喲！
