Dear all, having too doubtful a mindset is detrimental to your cultivation.
Just as thinking too much and thinking you are being intelligent!

Wisdom is truly a different kettle of fish and what more Universal wisdom of all Buddhas!

自空 - Void Self
他空 - Void Others

These are keys to revealing your own Buddha nature!

I humbly suggest that you listen FIRST and DIGEST before you butt into any conversation!
Being too hasty to add your take, you revealed how Unstable and Hasty you are, not giving yourself Time to Absorb and Analyse.

I noticed many writing down SZ's speech, word for word, then they chat with someone, then they missed some parts of SZ's speech,, then they get frustrated and agitated and eventually they felt real unhappy because they think they lost their chances to learn from SZ.

In all this process, this person is too busy with OWN AGENDA to truly pay full attention to SZ.
They got trapped by themselves and the Chain of Thoughts & Reactions they churned on their own.
I remember advising all to Listen Attentively first and if you missed or think you missed out any part, you can always wait for the written transcribe or watch the recorded video.
No loss at all!

Know that when you are busily writing, YOUR MIND is Occupied and you can't absorb the True Essences that SZ wants to share with you! ---]

In a recent encounter with someone that is possessed by ancient pagan spirit, of a certain native tribe, I told him that he can draw "energy" when I give him Moding, when he achieved 我空 Self Void!

Hahaha!

If you have been diligently listening to GM Lu all these years, you will realised that when you achieved Self Void, you DO NOT NEED energy from others at all!

BUT, in turn able to or know how to draw energy to give to anyone or everyone! 

Hahaha!

Don't have = Have!

When you can Void Self successfully, you will understand what GM Lu meant by this one!

People doing translation of GM Lu's speeches into various languages?

If the person has achieved Guru Yoga, then AND ONLY then, the translation has Truth & substance!

Bear steadfastly in your mind what GM Lu said about a True Master:
1. One that do not ask you for large sums of money.
2. One that do not keep busy constantly garnering "territories".
3. One that has not lost Lineage Transmission.

Craving endlessly for Sentient possessions hinder you only!

Hehe! I think its hard to find a master that do not demand large sums of money for their services or even an audience with them!
Garnering Territories?
Most master wants to build their own temples and also have other temples under their "Charge & Control"!
And Reverend Lian-xuan even jeered at me when I was in training in Seattle Temple that since I am so filthy rich, go build temple & GM Lu will make me a VM!

Dear all, a title does not make you a true yogi automatically!
Wake up!

Most of you fell prey to people like XX because you were blinded by the Title and the Dress-ups!

师尊没教！GM Didn't Teach!

有个新封的上师在草屯雷藏寺的会宾室把我拉到一旁，跟我说：莲厨，师尊没有教你的方法做护摩。不可以这样做。

At Caotun LZS' reception hall,  a newly appointed Shangshi pulled me aside and said: Lotuschef, Shizun didn't teach your method of doing homa. Cannot do like that.

这时，师尊正在会宾室的另一边签书！

At this time, Shizun is at the other end of the hall signing books!

我默默的用心跟师尊传达了上师的话。

I silently use my heart to transmit the shangshi words to Shizun.

哈哈哈！Hahaha!

遗憾啊！Regretful/ Sad, Too Bad!

［护摩］（Homa），意译为火供 Fire Offering，最早来自于婆罗门教的吠陀祭祀，后融入佛教成为修行仪式的一种，目前主要盛行于佛教金刚乘和日本神道教。

通俗说，所谓成就，即修法时心有所求，皆能满吾人所愿而如意现前。

Generally speaking, Success is said to be - when cultivating have wishes, and that all wishes be fulfilled and materialise to the forefront.

成就有两种：Success have 2 types:

一、世间成就：如求财、求子、求升官、求名位的获得等。

Worldly success: wish for wealth, children, promotion, fame status, attainment

二、出世间成就：如求得解脱，或求了脱生死等。

Out of world success: like achieving 解脱（梵文: मोक्ष ，mokṣa， 或मुक्ति，mukti）, or wish to understand and leave birth death,.... 

一般不论是何尊法，皆有世间与出世间两种利益。

Generally, no matter which Yidam's practice, also have both worldly & out of world benefits.

护摩 

护摩，为密教大法。

Homa is Tantrayana's big dharma practice.

凡求成就，必作护摩。

All those that wish to achieve success, must do Homa.

护摩者，焚烧之义。

Homa has Open burning meaning.

亦有浅深二解。

Also have surface and deep meaning.

浅者，因印度外道，有事火之法，以火为梵天之口，为令供物，上达于天，故以火进之。

Surface - Because Indian tirthika/pagan has fire matter method, using fire as the Heavenly doorway, in order for offering to reach heaven, thus use fire as entry instrument.

今密教为摄伏彼故，借用彼法，造作坛，构设炉器场，以诸供物，顺次加持，投于炉中，供养本尊，求成就也，是名外护摩。

Offering to Yidam, begging for success - termed external homa.

此虽云浅，然其义趣，比之外道，犹如天地，不可相并。

如大疏云：若但作世谛护摩，不解此中密意，则与韦陀火天无异，

Like a big commentary cloud: If only do sentient truth homa, do not understand the underlying meaning, will be no difference from Skanda Fire Heaven,

故须作三平等观。自身、本尊及炉，一体无二。

Thus requires Three Equality Visualisation - Self, Yidam & Fire pit, One body only.

以智火，烧无明薪。( 薪 xīn 柴火)

With Wisdom fire, burn ignorant's wood-fire.

以一切众生，皆从业生。

Base on the fact that all sentient beings are born from their Karmic deeds. 

今烧除前业，即得解脱也。

Now burn away previous karma, then attain Break free.

是即佛法真正护摩，深秘火法也。

Thus it is Buddha Dharma True Homa, deeply secretive fire practice.

但以密教当相即道，此外护摩，亦不可废除。

凡欲求成就者，依所求之事不同。

All those that wish for success, follow their individual wish.

是以设坛之方法，亦异，所求之事虽多，而经中略有四种、五种不同。

The difference is in method of setting up altar, though wishes are numerous, but roughly have 4 or 5 different types.

四种者：The four are:

一、息灾，所以除灾生德也。

appease calamity, eliminate life's merits.

二、增益，所以增进福智，圆满万行也。

increase gain or benefit, like increase auspiciousness and wisdom, rounded perfection in many endeavours.

三、降伏，所以损减怨敌，克服强暴为能。

Suppress and conquer, loss or reduce enemies, ability to overcome strong violence

四、敬爱，所以得人宗仰，使众和合为功。

respectful affection, respected by others, merit of achieving public harmony 

这四种修法通金刚界五部（佛部、金刚部、宝部、莲花部、羯磨部）和胎藏界三部（佛部、莲花部、金刚部）。

此四种外，加钩召，名五种法。

钩召者，摄召之义，所以召摄欲得之人也。

The 5th is hook & invoke, to invoke the one desired.

又四种各各互具，谓息灾息灾、增益息灾、敬爱息灾、调伏息灾等也。

更有延命法，亦增益之部所分出。

The 4 types each has combination possibilities, like appease calamity appease calamity, increase gain appease calamity, respectful affection appease calamity, harmonise control appease calamity....

Still have extend lifespan method, derivation of Increase Gain section.

Homa is a Sanskrit word that refers to a ritual, wherein an oblation or any religious offering is made into fire. A Homa is sometimes called a "sacrifice ritual" because the fire destroys the offering, but a Homa is more accurately a "votive ritual". 

The fire is the agent, and the offerings include those that are material and symbolic such as grains, clarified butter, milk, incense and seeds.

Why do Homa?

As Cultivation is all dependent on Self.

So are the Results or Achievements of Cultivation!

I can do Homa without anyone else's participation!

But, I choose to share this Cultivation with all interested parties that have relevant Affinity!

The poor freshie VM was "selected" as a sacrificial lamb by those that he perceived as Control Tower!

His obedience evidenced his giving up himself to this Control Tower!

Regretful and real sad, agree?

Another Lost soul!

Know what you are doing, or else, don't even start!

In this current atmosphere in TBS, can we then conclude that all Titled masters are lacking in the relevant Buddha Dharma knowledge & applications?

When you are given a title to do a job, it is your very own karma if you fail to deliver!

迷于眼前 Lost in Present Sight

The 5 Buddha Crowns & those that wear them, your Human Eye can see these.

BUT, with this Sight YOU in turn created lots of Suffering for Self and become Blind to GM Lu's teachings!

One of my assignment 2 years ago was to explain to a certain fellow student about her fixation on those with Titles & 5-Buddha Crowns.

The subjects were mainly VMs that she perceived as "Powerful"!
We were on a bus travelling back to Guest house that I rented for my stay in HK.

As she brought up each one, I explained to her what each had Claimed as Abilities!

In the end, I reported to GM Lu: As you can see, she just don't want to accept what you directed me to explain to her. :)

Well, one of the subject is the recent delisted VM from LA.

AND, most people think that I am talking bad to advance my own popularity!

Even those that saw photos (above) of Transcendental presences that were captured by camera, they also can't interpret the Truth for themselves!

YES!
The culprit is Self & Interpretation with a Mortal's view or mindset only!

Do not blame me or GM Lu for not trying to give you advance warning or relevant facts, YOU just didn't want to accept what your eyes can't see!

Explanation for the HK student was 2 years ago.
Similarly, a 2-year notice that the student that helped post videos to this blog will act destructively!
And the other one that shut down the domain lotuschef.org - GM Lu also gave us more that a year of advance notice to save guard materials in this blogspot we share.

Remember that I said when you take refuge with GM Lu, you already establish a link with HIM?
Hahaha!
Whatever you think and the resultant action are all that GM Lu is aware of.

In Tantrayana, One has to have Absolute Faith & Trust in One's Root Guru in order to advance step by step in cultivation, guided physically or transcendentally by this Root Guru!

Hahaha!
I am not credible because I do not exhibit the Form with Title and a 5-Buddha crown?

There are more out there that had let go of GM Lu's hand and those that never ever hold HIS hand at all!

As GM Lu said: Time will Tell the Truth!

For those that had perpetuated destruction to dharma propagation materials, you are solely responsible for the Karmic Return and not your intended victims and the said materials.

I am also thankful to those that disrupt our blogs! :)

早课 Morning Lesson – 开悟就出家 Enlightened Then Get Ordained

Terjemahan Indonesia: Kuliah Subuh – Tercerahkan Lalu Ditahbiskan

"师尊说我开悟了， 我就出家当上师。"
"When GM said I am Enlightened, then I will be ordained and become Shangshi (Vajra-master)."


Hahaha! How many times have you heard these words from fellow students?

Sad to say that when you are truly Enlightened, whether Ordained or not, it doesn't matter anymore!

However, this Mindset of being Ordained ONLY IF GM has said that you are enlightened, is that of a very lost Sentient Minded being!

WHY?

As per Heart Sutra: 心经，［以无所得故、菩提萨埵］.
[Because there is nothing to be attained, a Bodhisattva relying on Prajnaparamita has no obstruction in his heart]


Quoting from 蓮生活佛開示 ＞ 蓮生活佛講心經 －以無所得故，菩提薩埵:

[也就是說菩薩，「菩提薩埵」四個字的意思是菩薩的意思，那麼「以無所得」，在我們以前談過的，也就是說這個宇宙當中這個原來的自性，原來的佛性，本來就是你自己的，那麼因為是你自己的，你既然明心見性了以後，你還有什麼得呢？
這本來就是你自己的，所以你根本就沒有得。
所以有一句話講，假如講有所得，就不是菩薩。

就是因為無所得，所以你才是菩薩。

當觀世音菩薩，觀自在菩薩在入甚深禪定的時候，祂最後所看見的，祂所講出來的這個心中心的這個話，也就是開悟的話，就是說一切都無所得；所以心經裡面才有這一句話，以無所得故菩提薩埵。]

Quoting from USA Shaolin Temple – The Heart Sutra (The Prajnaparamita-Hrdaya Sutra) English Translation:

[Also, there is no truth of suffering, of the cause of suffering, of the cessation of suffering or of the path.
There is no wisdom, and there is no attainment whatsoever.
Because there is nothing to be attained, a Bodhisattva relying on Prajnaparamita has no obstruction in his heart. 
Because there is no obstruction he has no fear, and he passes far beyond all confused imagination and reaches Ultimate Nirvana.]


This is a very BASIC mindset that a Sincere Cultivator should have learned, agree?

When you are after "Titles" and "Glory" and Crave Sentient Materialistic Returns, for your deeds; sad to say you are very very lost indeed or in deep slumber!

I made many angry by asking you all to "Wake-up Please"?

Should you even have the Emotion of Anger when someone is trying to Help You Break loose or free from Sentient Mud?

With GM sharing Maha Perfection Dharma, should you not pay more attention to what GM shares now and go research what He has shared previously?

Hahaha!
I ROCKED your security point?

You need to grasp or hold on to something that you have known for decades?

Well?

Another Key is to Renounce Sentient Matter!
