Guru said many times to Keep a Straight Posture.

He liken posture to upright as a Fir tree, for a cultivator.

To do 9-steps breathing well, you need to sit upright and be at ease.

Going through the motion of the breathing cycles is pointless if your posture is all wrong.

Hahaha!

In a recent speech, Guru said VM XX needs to attend to his central channel.......

Guru talks about how a student can maintain Great Bliss for 24 hours by keeping a Light Orb vibrating in his central channel, creating friction in the central channel between chakras.

Actually sitting upright enables One's chest to expand properly, drawing in more air into the lungs.

This is especially good for elderly to prevent moisture from gathering in their lung bases causing Respiratory problems.

I shared previously how to "Feel" the Sun, Moon & Stars.

Guru talks about "Borrowing" Light from them.

However, you need to "Feel" them first or understand their characteristics then you can start to "Borrow", correct?

What is the most important requisite?

You need to be "Cleanse" and "Pure"!
Clean slate for Karmic influences.

Then you need a Good Guru's instruction.

All these while, you have to be diligent in cultivating Foundation!

"Borrowing" Light? You need to have developed channels and opened chakras as well!

We discussed these recently at a wake.

When a male cultivates to become very feminine in ways, that is speech and hand gestures and even body language become very feminine, this person has gone opposite direction of advancement.

One slowly cultivates to clear hurdle of "body restraints".
Dropping "body" or "shell" to merge with Universe in the form of Light.

Light is neutral of Sexual differentiation.

Talking about Ying & Yang natures, when one becomes more YANG than YING, and from Yang to more Ying, both these are not ideal.
Guru talks about Ying & Yang pretty often, how much did you pick up? :)


I wrote about seeing some one with blocked channels and can't achieve Inner Tantra.
Well, for those that don't believe me, just listen to Guru telling VM XX that his central channel .....

Now go watch that speech again.

How far is Guru from this VM when he states that VM XX has problem with his central channel?

Remember too that Central Channel can't be seen by Human eyes; and X'ray Examination or Ultra Sound Scans.


So those with which eye can see whether the Central channel exist or not, and whether they are blocked or not?  :)

five eyes (pañca-cakṣu, 五眼). These are 

(1) the physical-eye that a sentient being is born with; 

(2) the god-eye that can see anything anywhere; 

(3) the wisdom-eye that can see the emptiness of dharmas; 

(4) the dharma-eye that can discriminate all dharmas; and 

(5) the Buddha-eye of omniscience, which includes the preceding four at the highest level

Dharma-eye (法眼):
The spiritual eye that not only penetrates the true reality of all things but also discriminates all things. Bodhisattvas who have realized the no birth of dharmas ascend to the first ground and acquire the pure dharma-eye, with which they continue to help sentient beings according to their natures and preferences.

Sentient Mindset will be unhappy when someone tells you that your channels are blocked!

Why don't you look at it from a more productive angle?
Think: someone tells you that you have a problem that hinders your progress in cultivation, you should go about doing something or seeking help to solve your problem, correct?

Why do you start to feel offended and initiate aggressive actions against this person?
