Lotuschef at Play - Qi Mobilization - Bardo delivery

We did mass dedication to all residents of Nirvana Memorial Gardens; Earth Deities and Homeless Spirits and also all that register dedication to their ancestors; Karmic negatives; and etc.

Visualization of bardo delivery:

1. Guru or Amitabha Buddha appears in the Universe; beam light on the bardo subjects.
2. Then these subjects light up and board lotus vessels
3. Visualize the subjects and lotus vessels transformed into golden-yellow light dots and all of them form a golden-yellow river of light and ascend into Guru's or Amitabha's Heart Chakra.

This means that they are in Amitabha's or Padmakumara's pure land.

Qi Mobilization:-

1. You draw air/Qi into you when you visualize blessing all with light.
2. Hold the Qi when you visualizing the boarding of the vessels and transformation into golden-yellow light.
3. Exhale slowly and "move the lotus vessels upwards. If you can't visualize these entering Amitabha's or Padmakumara's Heart Chakra, just ascending upwards slowly will do.

So the sequence is always [breathe in] deeply, [hold and spread out], [exhale and move subjects].

I will explain expelling or clearing blockages next.

Please practice the 9-steps breathing techniques studiously or else you won't be able to do Qi mobilization at all.

Today is the 18th day of the Lunar Month, please find time to chant True Buddha Sutra at least once and lots of Guru's mantra. Dedicate to all sentient beings on behalf of Guru.
Sharing Dharma and its energy is the best Boddhicitta as per Guru.
It surpasses resources charity and etc...
