Lotuschef at Play - Irregularity of Property Agent - 4% Sales Commission

the commission claimed by the agent is also irregularly high!


Market price is only 2% sales commission. Based on $1.8 million, commission should be only $36,000 and not $72,000.

How much is the actual sale price for this property? One wonders!

The property is on 8th floor and should sell at a higher price at current market value.

There was one transacted in May 2012 on the 5th floor, in original condition - needs complete make over, that sold for $1.75 million.

This new owner is a fellow student of my Guru, The Living Buddha Lian Sheng.

The apartment was vacated less than a month and Mr Chan claimed he managed to sell it! 



The telephone number that Mr CGH gave to the lawyers, is a number registered under company that he has affirmed into Family Court that has stopped business since 2006!

However, his property agent claimed that he has failed to contact me but he somehow got a number that is registered under my name: xxxx, used by my son, previously.

They alleged that I am un-cooperative and based on all their fabrication got the Family court to hand over the sale of matrimonial property completely to them.

DZT's agent, sent an invoice to harry elias to claim $72 K which is 4 % of sale price they reported at 1.8 million
However, I think they double transfer to hide sale proceeds in excess of 1.8 million.
Question: how do I go about making a complaint to Case for fraudulent practice or dishonest practice?
Advice please ]

For such cases against agent, police cannot help much.

I would suggest u complain to CEA (Council for Estate Agencies). CEA is set up to regulate all agents and their agencies. They have their own investigators.

The key now is, what did the agent did to deserve a 4% commission? 
It is not as if he has been marketing the unit for very long. Neither did he sell it for a very good price.

I think your ex n the agent need to explain why the 4% commission whereas the market practice for private property is mostly 1% or max 2%.

Dear all, SZ showed me what to do just now, woke me from sleep! :)

Think: Why do a person needs to be dishonest?
Think: What price this person has to pay for this Negative Karmic deed?
Think: All those involved in any scam, like in this case, Mastermind Mr CGH, property agent, lawyers and even the Court got dragged into this piece of Collective Karma, agree?


SZ said watching these people being entangled and controlled by their own Sentient Mindsets of desires, needs and cravings, is FUN!


Think: How much does a lawyer really put his/her acquired legal knowledge to good use to uphold Justice?
Read some of their affidavits and you will see that almost all they know is Slander, and the use of English language do not tell one that this person has good mastery of English language too!

I remember a Judge said to the lawyer representing CGH, "Be Credible!"

Does this mean that if she is credible in her fabrication, the Court will take her version for Truth?
Hahaha!
This lawyer is now a judge too at Family court, just like another that was representing CGH!

SZ brought me through my experiences in court these 7 years and I am most grateful to be able to see these people busy churning stories upon stories to make themselves CREDIBLE! 

The Whole Point seems to be to make the other person appears "BAD" in Court and then they can win the case for their pay-masters, their clients!

SZ also showed me what's going to happen to these people in the near future. :)

Anyway, there's Bardo deliveries to do these few days for fellow students and their karmic foes, let us see these people continue their current trend and hopefully leave me in peace after they are happy that their  "antics" got through.


Cheating Sanghas, one of the Triple Gem, is also pretty gigantic!

In this case, I really didn't use 3rd / 4th / 5th eyes to "Look See"!

Buddha's disciples do not get involve in any disputes!

Walk away and if Affinity arises, these are people that we have to succor for this visit to Saha world.
Else let them go into 6-realms cycle until their affinity mature.
