Weeks after the surface piping were completed, the leakage problem remains in the kitchen and utility area!
I also started to notice brownish liquid that is foul smelling on the tiled-walls of my stove.
Yesterday the plumber came to look the kitchen and utility area of my apartment that is directly above his client's.
BAD BAD situation!
The verdict: The sewerage pipe rusted and leaking.
So what is leaking is waste water!!!
No wonder so smelly!!!
See the brownish stains along the cracks of the walls?
The brownish stains are seeping through the boxed-up here too!
The plumber got the officer from the Management to come look and the officer affirmed and authorized the changing of the sewerage pipes inside the above wall!
Hahaha!
What about the cost of this job?
Another part of this apartment needs to retire forever!

This area is worse. The brownish stained water is more profuse and smelly!
