Representative matter – they only need to take grains of
sand that you stepped upon
& your hair follicles.
Growth from your body represent your spirit or essence

I have suffered casts of black magic in the past to now

When a water snake bites my toes that were hanging outside the lotus flower bed, I close up the lotus
flower and sleep within and slept soundly.
You also can use the Kalachakra's pendant placed into 4 corners of your room and chant Kalachakra’s mantra.
Nothing can come into your armed boundary or near you.

There are some that make a straw doll of you and pour
urine and feces on you, you developed skin problem that can’t be cured.
They put in your representative essence of life and vitality,
draw your face, write your address, draw your spirit into the doll, and then pour urine n
feces on you.
These skin problems are incurable.
You need to use Buddha dharma to clear these.
People ask for my inner shirt, used and unwashed ones, I gave to them.

is vitality’s essence and can use for casting black magic on me.

medicine.
The ones behind me (pointing to the statues behind his Dharma Seat) don’t need to take medicine but I have a
physical body, when ill must take medicine.
Don’t look down on me when I take medicine!
Those that have yet to cultivate to realization, become
jealous and use ghosts' n deities' strength to hurt you
Yogi has to protect yourself even if you have attain high
levels of cultivation.

Bear in mind that you don't know who will get jealous of you or what they perceived as your high level of cultivation achievement and send some black magic your way.
