It reminded me of you saying you've seen a thai-looking figure with yellow robe and sharp pointing crown.
It might be this figure, perhaps hehe.
But anyway this is the 2nd King of Shambala: King Pundarika, an emanation of Avalokiteshvara.
In one of Guru's sermon, if I could recall it correctly, he said the king was also known as King Yasu who emanated as Jesus Christ.

I was in yellow robe kneeling in front of this one with a pointed head dress, but he is in army gear with short skirt.
like those we see in emperor's qin shi wang's grave.
the soldiers n horses of life size
the pointed head gear is like the bell or the stupas with long stem n ends with pointed top. the bottom is bell-shaped.
very ancient kind of dressing though
